Hey guys,
Ive posted earlier this year about doing a cycle for a photoshoot.
I have one planned around the end of the year/beginning of next year. The goal is to look shredded and insane for the pics.
The issue is that last few months my sleep has been sh*t, im not nearly eating as much cals as I should and my workouts are trash because of other priorities.
Ive lost 5kg of which alot of it is muscle and definetly lost strength. But now I really want to get back into it and prep for the shoot. I havent been on a cycle for a year.
Where i need ur guys opinions is this, because I lost gains, can I regain this muscle in my prep cycle on a defecit? I want to look my best ofcourse and I dont want to take another few months to bulk up because I have this photoshoot planned.
The cycle im thinking we be something like this:
10 weeks total
400mg Test E/week
200mg Tren E/week
Gw50516 20mg/day
50mg anavar last 6 weeks
Any input is appreciated.
