Female Sarms 1 LGD Log!

Hey everyone, I am new here but another member mentioned to me that you all were interested in seeing a Female LGD log. I am running Sarms 1 LGD right now (about a week in. I started at 5mg for the first few days then bumped it to 10mg. I plan to stay there for the remainder of the run.

Stats:
5'5"
145lbs

Current macros:
155p/200c/65f on training days
155p/150c/65f on non training days

Cardio is at 1 HIIT sessions per week right now

I train 5 day per week hitting each upper body muscle group twice and legs 1x per week. I am on the tail end of a lean gaining phase then I will be transitioning into contest prep for the 2014 NPC Mike Francios Classic. This will be my first show and I plan to enter WPD. I have attached some pics that were taken when I started and I will get some more up later in the run.


Here is what my training looked like tonight so you guys have an idea of what I am doing.

Leg training: 11-25-13

-Barbell Squats:
Several sets of 10 working up to 135. Then I hit one all out set of 40 reps at 135.

-Seated Leg Curls: 20 reps

supersetted w/

Leg Extension: 20 reps
*3 rounds with 90 sec rest between sets

-Leg Press: 12 reps
*In these I did not lock out in order to increase my time under tension

supersetted w/

Adductors: 12 reps
* 4 rounds of this with 90 sec rest

-Calf Raises on Machine Leg Press:
4 sets of 10 reps with a 1-2 sec hold on the concentric and in the stretch position.

Typically volume is a bit higher but I am participating in a squat challenge with some other female competitors so that took alot out of me right off the bat.

Great physique! Excited to follow along and see how a female reacts to Lgd. I'll actually be incorporating it in my cycle starting in a week or two. The first run I had with it was impressive.
 
I love pics! ;) You're going to love LGD but there are some sides to be out on the look out for. I'm currently on my second month of it I have have some insane gains. Here what to be out on the look at for.


Cons list.

Weird feeling on junk food all of a sudden, Example. If I ate 2 slices of pizza I feel like death is about to visit me. Never had a problem incorporating junk food in my diet. Seem like LGD has switched something in my body so if I took/ate even the most simple form of junk food I feel like dieing. I have tried junk food with a without a dose of lgd and when i'm on it the problems starts. I'm fine without it.

Sick queasy feeling if I eat something seems random at sometimes.

Slight shaky hand noticed this about 2 times

Feeling like i'm lacking the aggression lately and motivation to workout

Shut down is there but with hcg/unleashed's balls are doing good but they do have there up and down days, but hard on are fine and potency is better.

Sleeping has been rough, waking up few times at night and or to pee to, feels like I drank 3 gallons of water, but sleeping has been affected at this point
 
Yes LGD has made me gain a bit both muscle and strength I noticed the strength automatically , I don't really have any urges to eat junk food , I had some fried shrimp for a cheat meal and I felt awful afterwards , I am lacking motivation to workout but once I get going its all good and sleep lol Ive been sleeping like a rock lately but when I wake up I feel like I haven't slept in days.

Awesome to see a log like this. I'm very interested in how the LGD from sarms1 treats you. I'm here to follow your progress
 
Sweet! I'm very interested in following female sarms logs. The only thing I would suggest is substituting exercises for the seated leg curls and leg extensions. Both are pretty bad for your ligaments and tendons I would hate to see you injure yourself. Maybe something like hack squats and another exercise for hamstrings could be incorporated. Hope everything is going well I will be following along! :D
 
Thanks for following along everyone, we always mix up oir exercises so its not like I do the leg extension/ curl every week. But thanks for yhe heads up!

Very excited to see this log. You have a great physique. My gf is running GW right now. It will be interesting to see your results with lgd.

I dont mean to hijak her thread but I should mention that I did make sure that she was running NTBM N2Gaurd with this. I dont feel that in the case of Sarms, a cycle support is needed but I do make an exception with LGD because of its nature. I have another client running them both as well and they blood work shows great results.
 
N2guard is great to run along with this, I agree. All SARMS are generally mild and do not negatively affect health like AAS does, but it is always good to run N2guard for precautionary measures.
 
Hey all! I am stopping by with a brief update.

My weight is holding pretty steady but strength in the gym continues to increase. Pumps and overall fullness throughout the day are better as well. I am not really noticing any negative side effects either. My sleep is about the same. On occasion I do feel like I am a bit more lethargic during the day but its not an issue in the gym. The only real issue is the lower back pumps I am getting. They are getting pretty rough but my bf has some taurine powder in the cabinet so I will probably start using that to compat the pumps.

So far so good!

My strength ...still increasing. .
I just did 135lb bench press slight incline
Went from 45lbs to 60lb DB press
Last weak I hit 225lbs squat
I went from 5 to 12 bodyweight dips
I went from 3 to 10 pullups
So far SO AWESOME!

Shes been killing it man. She just got a different job so its been a bit hectic but training wise everything is on par. She has started her prep for the NPC Mike Francios Classic in the spring and the LGD is still adding strength to her lifts even in a caloric deficit. Fullness wise she looks great as well!

No real sides that I can think of at this point either!

Nice to hear strength is still climbing. Hard to say about the sleep issues, as there are a lot of things that contribute to that

Awesome! Sorry to hear about your sleep being off though mine has been as well. Try adding in some extra magnesium to your diet and see if that helps. Keep us posted! Leg exhaustion and ending your shower with cold water for a few minutes might help too. Random I know haha.

Great lifts. Thats some awesome strength gains. Sleep issues can suck. I'm prescribed seroquel for sleep and this does the trick even on tren.

Quick update! I am about 19 weeks out at this point. I think my math on the weeks was off before. Anyhow, my weight is creeping down slowly. I was at 145.4 this morning but staying nice and full. My pumps still come on relatively quick during training and I am able to hit new PRs in a deficit!

PRs in a deficit are awesome! Ostarine allowed me to PR on my heavy lifts even while in a fasted state. Who knows what will happen if I go high carb? Haha keep up the good work, girl!

Lovin it.. Working out in a fasted state is great, and it always feels good to hit new records in a deficit. Thats focus
