Hey everyone, I am new here but another member mentioned to me that you all were interested in seeing a Female LGD log. I am running Sarms 1 LGD right now (about a week in. I started at 5mg for the first few days then bumped it to 10mg. I plan to stay there for the remainder of the run.

Current macros:
155p/200c/65f on training days
155p/150c/65f on non training days
Cardio is at 1 HIIT sessions per week right now
I train 5 day per week hitting each upper body muscle group twice and legs 1x per week. I am on the tail end of a lean gaining phase then I will be transitioning into contest prep for the 2014 NPC Mike Francios Classic. This will be my first show and I plan to enter WPD. I have attached some pics that were taken when I started and I will get some more up later in the run.
Here is what my training looked like tonight so you guys have an idea of what I am doing.
Leg training: 11-25-13
-Barbell Squats:
Several sets of 10 working up to 135. Then I hit one all out set of 40 reps at 135.
-Seated Leg Curls: 20 reps
supersetted w/
Leg Extension: 20 reps
*3 rounds with 90 sec rest between sets
-Leg Press: 12 reps
*In these I did not lock out in order to increase my time under tension
supersetted w/
Adductors: 12 reps
* 4 rounds of this with 90 sec rest
-Calf Raises on Machine Leg Press:
4 sets of 10 reps with a 1-2 sec hold on the concentric and in the stretch position.
Typically volume is a bit higher but I am participating in a squat challenge with some other female competitors so that took alot out of me right off the bat.
