My Testosterone LOG

Hey guys, here is my current Test Log to date. This is my first time logging a cycle. This is also my first time doing a steroid cycle, so there may be some imperfections.

My Stats:
25 y/o
93 kg


Cycle:
Test E : Being my first Cycle i started with 1/2 ml twice a week SUNDAY/WEDNESDAY (250mg) weeks 1-4 to see how my body would react. I soon realised i felt absolutely fine so i went to 350mg over 2 pins a week for the next 2 weeks. Since week 6-7 i have been dosing 2ml a week (500mg). Currently at week 11/16. Zero bad side effects. My strength is insane at the moment. Muscle mass probably could be better however its my first cycle and i cant expect anything huge.

Diet; I eat 6-7 Balanced meals a day with atleast 25g protein and a cup of ricepasta/potatos for carbs and either fruit or veg on the sides

I train a muscle group a day sometimes 2. I have NO set routine i go off how my body feels each day. Train atleast 6 days a week.

Unfortunately i have no progression photos as its something i never thought of. Next cucle 100%
 
are you using an AI? make sure you balance your estrogen otherwise you will feel side effects for sure of estrogen issues.

also what brand/source did you use?
what are your goals of this cycle just get stronger?

I have arimidex on hand, used it once, havent felt enough sides to take it. I got some locally its Quantum test. I am looking for size gains, ive seen dexent results. Nothing over the too yet.

make sure you get a lot of high fats like fish oil and flaxseed

take a pic now so we can see where you at now and blur out face

Cheers bro, ill post one up shortly, far from perfect, any advice is appreciated as i am wondering if maybe doing something wrong, i have abit of loose skin around the chest/upper arm area, nothing major but seems to prevent me looking as lean as ide like -.- needs some filling in

100%, been questioning it, hard to notice on my first cycle with nothing to compare, i have grabbed a source off Evo here for my next cycle so cycle 2 i will log from the very beginning 🤙

Sounds great man! I love the fact that you don't have a set routine you follow for training. Too many guys overthink a cycle way too much and think they have to change everything and be perfect. The reality is that if you keep doing what has worked and add the gear in, you will get results. Looking forward to the updates!
