Hey guys,
Today marks the end of this log!

it's been great fun and worth everyday for the wealth of knowledge I've gained off everyone.
The support has been unwavering! I thank you and appreciate you.
I started this log at 125.4kg with the goal of losing fat % and gaining lean muscle. I can truly say I achieved exactly that and without going over the top with a crazy cycle. I really wanted to get down to 110kg but I now know that was a pretty big stretch whilst still gaining muscle.
I have finished the log at 116.8kg.
My bloods were good, everything felt good the whole journey beside some past issues before the log & I'd say towards the end i nearly started to feel "too dry" in my joints.
I'm just going to list a few key points that I have taken away from this log:
- Make a Log, even if it's something you don't normally do. It holds you accountable and you will learn a heap
- i will definitely run EQ again, very impressed with the lean gains and minimal/no sides
- Orals are a great little boost but treat them right and also stick solid to your organ support supps (bloods proved this)
-if you have ailments like i do with my hand (Vikings disease) Versa Grips are an absolute game changer
-Hit your protein.. no matter what make sure you get that protein
- My back started growing when I dropped weight and focused on muscle connection.. drive through your pinkies and keep elbows tucked
-listen to the Vets on here.. everything that they suggest may not be suitable to you but there will be a few gold nuggets of info that will change your workouts
-gut repair probiotics and digestive enzymes are pure gold especially if you get some bloating etc from high protein
-if you get shoulder pain from pressing like i do.. stick to dumbells - basically all my pressing is done with dumbells so I can align my shoulders better and not lock them out on a bar
I'm sure there is more but these are my main takeaways and they will be absolute gold for me leading into my next log.
I also have to give a massive thanks to
@ExodusLabs for being a great sponsor. His gear ticked all the boxes and his service was phenomenal. I would run his gear again anytime, thank you mate.
Again, thanks for chiming in guys. I will be starting a new log straight away which will be a Cruise then blast log 2025.. I want to stay accountable throughout my cruise also and keep it logged to look back on.
I hope you will join me again over at my new log.
Last couple of Photos from today's session
And yes
@LevButlerov I will still make that Roo mince in my new log

Cheers!
