@Wheelhouse87 I clicked back about 10 pages bro ;) i want to honestly say you are getting BIGGER and leaner FACT bro
arms bigger, shoulders bigger and you leaner
on the neck part, you got access to bpc for the neck situation?

and next time you talk roasted chicken bro we gotta see pics lol ;)
Man, your comment made my day bro... honestly.
Sometimes you look everyday and think you're getting nowhere so thank you mate. It's very appreciated.

Yep got some TB and BPC on the way 🙌 I'm also booked in for a cortisone injection in a couple months since my last one has worn off (hence the pain/nerve pain)
I have a bone spur on my spine near the nerve cavity so when my disc bulges it pushes the nerve onto the spur. I really should get the OP to shave the spur off but I found if I control the disc bulge then I have the nerve relief.

Would you suggest pinning the BPC in the trap? I know you guys have said to get close to the pain site with pinning...Or should stay away from that area?

Looking nice and muscular.

Can definitely tell we're seeing something.

The changes here are definitely legit. You've come a long way, keep it going.

You also need to adjust the way you train.

You can't just take the peptides and expect them to produce miracles.

You are looking, extremely muscular and extremely big.

It would be cool if you could post up some meal pictures.

We haven't seen anything like that from you in a while.
Sorry brother.. I have been a bit slack with the meal photos as I've been pretty flat chat with the family still on school holidays over here.
Here is tonight's dinner:
Chicken Piccata with home grown Heirloom tomato salad 🙌

I'll be sure to keep the food pics coming bro

Completely understand bro..
I have dropped reverse curls from my arm sessions for the time being since they seem to give me some elbow pain the most.
It's a shame because I do love them 😂

I'd have trained then hit the beach. 6am if need be
My normal regime is 4.30am to the gym everyday but after a couple of days at the beach.. sun, surf, swimming i was pretty knackered 😂 probably wasn't a bad thing to have the extra day rest.
I guess you could call it a cardio day at the beach 😂

they are the truth bro ;) you are making real gains, very few guys are dedicated but you're in the game and making body changes, EVO family love

BPC you can pin in the trap BUT i would be careful with trap pins can hit the wrong site and damn you got more pain bro, easier upper shoulders
but @AE1079 @Pigsy can you comment?

Glad you had a good holiday brother. You over there at the beach and I am shovelling 2 feet of snow, lol.
Hahaha no way! Worlds apart.
Has been great weather and the water temp has been beautiful.
Luckily I don't get snow here 😂 shovelling snow would be a good warm up exercise for you before the gym every day haha get the shoulders working.

Hey guys,

Had to work this morning (Saturday) which i don't normally do so I thought why not stop on for a quick back session.

2025 goal is to get wider 😂 Healthy wider not unhealthy wider haha.

Wider grip pull downs, narrow grip pull downs, wide bar rows, single arms, T-Bar rows and Shrugs.

Have a good weekend

P.s still don't know how to pose properly 😂

You're getting wider and you look good, I like the video on the right showing the pump there thank you. You have the look and heart of a champion, deep down you want it, thats the key. Thank you for sharing with the EVO family, proud to have you here.

Bigger and better than ever :D
100% bro.. next weekend this cycle & log will finish and I'll be on a cruise until another blast.
But I have to say a massive thank you to all the guys and girls just like yourself who has come on to my log and given positive comments.

@Wheelhouse87 many guys have issues with self image and self esteem in the EVO family. We get you brother. :D I think its not commonly discussed but our muscle-gain game is based on body dysmorphia thats why we use steroids. It's not a bad thing, it something that can drive us to achieving goals better than others. We just have to push hard.

You have full EVO family love and support, always. :D

That really does make sense re: body dysmorphia

It's normal in our industry but something we can use to get to actually achieve huge gains. :D

Hey guys,

It's a great day here so took the family paddle boarding in the lake.. had a solid paddle over to the beach and gave the core and shoulders a good workout.
Got back and just finished up some prep on my Mon & Tues meal 1 and 2's.
500g lean pork mince, 500g grass fed premium beef mince, 2 bunches broccolini, onion, baby corn and garlic in a Soy and local honey sauce.
This makes 4 portions at 412 calories per serve and 50g protein per serve.

Not the best looking meal I've done but they do taste good 👍👍

Another quick post - i have a huge week on so thought I'd post up another quick few photos after today's shoulder and leg session.
Bought another house so it's pretty crazy with that & I also have a best mates 40th in Sydney for the weekend that I'm in-house chefing at so lots of food prep.

Shoulders felt strong today with some cable Y-Raises, upright rows, military press, rear delt raises, seated leg curls, reverse curls and leg press.
Hit another PB on Seated leg curls (loving these at the moment as there's no stress on my back) 103kg for 8 reps.
I can also notice my hamstrings really starting to bulge now - I never noticed them till this morning since I don't really look at them but someone mentioned it after I got off the machine.

Locking in for a solid last week of training on blast 🙌

Have a great weekend everyone

Hey guys,
Mid week check in!
One training session short this week due to Australia day long weekend on Monday. Spent it on the beach with the family enjoying our beautiful country with some tunes.

Neck has been feeling better since resting up so it was into back day today. Just started incorporating some high rows with the pull up bar and can feel it really working my traps and upper back. Hooked into some Shrugs aswell since my neck was feeling good.

Worked calf's quickly and some seated leg curls also - skipped leg press as my lower back tail bone was feeling a bit "iffy" this morning.

Forgot to meal prep (Public holiday threw my routine out of whack) but stayed solid with protein numbers by eating Roast chicken over the last couple of days with some protein yoghurts on the run.. not really any carbs but I have felt good regardless.

Cheers
Solid

It's a bit of a rich meat. Super lean. Has a great dark colour too it. You would think it would be dirt cheap because of the amount of bloody wild roos we have here 😂 but no.

In saying that it's not expensive either but you would thing they'd be trying to give it away with how many roos live here 😂

Really good for my back and core! Definitely felt it after but it's so nice being out in the lake.. our lake is a really sandy white bottom and open to the beach which is only a few hundred meters paddle

Great progression on this log. Best thing I heard is that your mental state is improving,
Yes mate everyone on here and even the people in my gym have helped me improve. My mental state definitely better.
I should really have taken better care for it as I actually run a suicide prevention charity fundraiser day but I guess I didn't practise what I preach! Cheers bro

I haven't had it for a fair while so I'll give it another try for the sake of Evo brothers that want to see it cooked up 😂

Hey guys,

Today marks the end of this log! 😪 it's been great fun and worth everyday for the wealth of knowledge I've gained off everyone.
The support has been unwavering! I thank you and appreciate you.

I started this log at 125.4kg with the goal of losing fat % and gaining lean muscle. I can truly say I achieved exactly that and without going over the top with a crazy cycle. I really wanted to get down to 110kg but I now know that was a pretty big stretch whilst still gaining muscle.
I have finished the log at 116.8kg.
My bloods were good, everything felt good the whole journey beside some past issues before the log & I'd say towards the end i nearly started to feel "too dry" in my joints.

I'm just going to list a few key points that I have taken away from this log:
- Make a Log, even if it's something you don't normally do. It holds you accountable and you will learn a heap
- i will definitely run EQ again, very impressed with the lean gains and minimal/no sides
- Orals are a great little boost but treat them right and also stick solid to your organ support supps (bloods proved this)
-if you have ailments like i do with my hand (Vikings disease) Versa Grips are an absolute game changer
-Hit your protein.. no matter what make sure you get that protein
- My back started growing when I dropped weight and focused on muscle connection.. drive through your pinkies and keep elbows tucked
-listen to the Vets on here.. everything that they suggest may not be suitable to you but there will be a few gold nuggets of info that will change your workouts
-gut repair probiotics and digestive enzymes are pure gold especially if you get some bloating etc from high protein
-if you get shoulder pain from pressing like i do.. stick to dumbells - basically all my pressing is done with dumbells so I can align my shoulders better and not lock them out on a bar

I'm sure there is more but these are my main takeaways and they will be absolute gold for me leading into my next log.
I also have to give a massive thanks to @ExodusLabs for being a great sponsor. His gear ticked all the boxes and his service was phenomenal. I would run his gear again anytime, thank you mate.

Again, thanks for chiming in guys. I will be starting a new log straight away which will be a Cruise then blast log 2025.. I want to stay accountable throughout my cruise also and keep it logged to look back on.
I hope you will join me again over at my new log.

Last couple of Photos from today's session
And yes @LevButlerov I will still make that Roo mince in my new log 😂
Cheers!

A quick start of log photo... and end of log photo (today)
I should have tried to replicate the original but shoulder width has grown with lean muscle and more definition..more wider back.. fair bit smaller waist line.
Thanks

@Wheelhouse87 I want to congratulate you here. You have made amazing life changing gains, while really taking your training to the next level. :D anyone looking at your picture can see, you're BIGGER, LEANER and tighter. The shoulders are wider and thicker, arms are bigger and you're super lean compared to before. A true champion transition. :D Congratulations again and EVO family love support and respect for you.

On your cycle thoughts, I agree with all points. I think biggest is dedication to the log process and high protein. And weight modifications is person to person, you really have to feel it. Happy to see this cycle closer and impressed by your input. Thank you again.
