Alright bros, here's my first log regarding my past gear preferences and current (and boring) protocols:
Age: 54
Height: 6'0
Weight: 201
Years training: 38 years
Cycle History: Test, EQ, Deca/NPP, Winny, Var, Tren (🤤), Primo, Mast, Dbol, Tbol, etc., used in all forms and numerous different amalgamations and cycles, along with obvious ancillaries.
Current TRT protocol: 200mg Test Cyp per week, blasting 1 to 2 cycles each year with either Var, Primo or Mast

That's my history in a nutshell brothas, but as I alluded to, at this point in my life, I try to avoid the harsher stuff and focus primarily on lighter cycles with dialed in nutrition. I've always been keen on good health, but never restricting myself to my epicurean leanings when it comes to fabulous food, savory libations and good fucking times. We've all got one trip this life fellas, and living it to the fullest is and always has been the only way I know. I think I have (had) descent knowledge of the anabolic world, but admittedly I have to periodically re-educate myself on new studies, protocols and products, as well as continue to lean into all the renascent information that comes in and out of popularity. I don't know shit about SARMs other than what I read, so it is an area of interest that I hope to learn more about from all the subject matter experts here, whether used alone or in conjunction with other gear.

I can tell you this brothas, without equivocation. The foundation of my knowledge in this sphere was absolutely started by Ulter way the fuck back, and that was the impetus for my quest for knowledge, in what I've always considered a very misunderstood ideology regarding the positive benefits from gear. There were many other bros that played a big part in that as well, but Ulter was the one I bugged the shit out of with PM after PM after PM with questions. He never seemed to be annoyed, but I'm sure at times he needed a drink to respond. You know that old saying guys......the only dumb question is the one you don't asked!!!!

I truly believe gear is a game changer with enormous benefits when utilized correctly (the emphasis being utilized correctly), which is obviously a very subjective statement. At 54, no one believes me when they discover my age, I still look as fit as many dudes half my age, and my wife says all the time, "there's no way in hell our friends fuck like we still do." 😁 IMO, all this is due to the direct correlation between my belief and usage in performance enhancing products and my never ending quest for longevity and good nutrition.

What I am struggling with now brothas are injuries. Playing sports my whole life, particularly football all through college, and working out since I was 16, the attrition on my body has definitely taking it's toll. I've had 3 knee surgeries, shoulder surgery, torn pec and lower back issues, which have led to my experimentation with peptides. I've had decent to good results, but I've still have to modify workouts to avoid pain, so any feedback on how anyone and everyone is balancing their workouts with pain management is a welcome conversation.

As I mentioned above gents, I'm going to run test, var and mast for my next cycle, but here's the problem. I've got 20ml of tren ace in my honey pot gear bag that literally talks to me EVERY time I open it. Like Pookey said on New Jack City back in the day, "it be callin me man, that shit be callin me" :ROFLMAO:. I've always loved tren, but I will NEVER run it the way I used to. Consequently, I've been thinking...........is a super low dose run of tren beneficial, say 100 to 150mg/week alongside of test and var/mast? What is the equivalent strength of low dose trend when compared to var, primo, mast, etc.? I've read articles about a low dose tren run, but never got substantive information that would suffice. So, have any of you ever experimented with it, and if so, what were your results? How was your bloodwork. Is it even worth it, or should I just stick to the gear that has less deleterious effects? I guess that was a rhetorical question, but I had to ask!! :rolleyes:

Here you go LevButlerov.

The first pic is of me now at 202, and I threw in a couple others of how I used to run around at 215/220ish.
I normally fluctuate between 195 and 205 these days depending on how my back/shoulder/knee/elbow allows me to workout.

As you can see, my elbow is bothering me now, so I want to start a BPC/TB protocol to hopefully tame the motherfucker!!!!! I have an appointment April 2 for injections in my back, another on April 22nd for PRP injections in both shoulders, and possibly my elbow too, but I'm waiting on a response from my orthopedic to see if it's ok to start a peptide run before PRP. All this is in preparation for a May 10th departure to Turkey, Italy and France before returning back stateside in July for two weeks, then on to Mexico through the end of September before returning home. So, I'm not sure if it's going to be feasible to start my blast until most likely Mexico, which makes for a good segue into my diet, nutrition, training, etc., that you asked about LevButlerov.

My schedule is going to be somewhat capricious in trying to find a balance between work/training/fun & wife demands!!!! I always stay in hotels with a gym when traveling, so that will be fine, but there will be stints in Airbnb's, etc., where I'll have to utilize my exercise bands for workouts. With this in mind, I'm not confident I'll be fully zoned in, so starting my blast isn't really feasible until I get to Mexico if I want the best results. So, maintaining my current TRT protocol seems the most obvious and wisest choice. As far as nutrition, I will maintain a healthy diet for sure, but will of course dabble in the local cuisine.

As far as supplements, I always take the following:
Protein
Creatine
BCAAs
Beta-alanine
Multi
5mg tadalafil daily
Psyllium Husk
*And a hand full of shit my wife gives me every day, as well as a "green shake" she makes, but I have no idea what it is 😁

My testosterone comes straight from Walgreens via my doc's script. He is a very good friend, so I'm always good to go with Test.
My oxandrolone/var comes from Empower Pharmacy (expensive as shit). However, I also source var and other gear from a very good buddy as well.

As far as my training goes, I have found a pretty good protocol that gives me ample time for recovery, yet still allows me to hit each body part twice per week. I now train one day on, one day off, hitting abs and cardio on those off days. This gives me a day of recovery regardless of which body part I hit, and I feel like I have a much better life/work/training balance in the process. I utilize time under tension training and far less heavy weights, which has been a game changer for me with regards to my injuries.

I hope this is good for now fellas. I would like to hear your feedback regarding my question on low dose tren if anyone has experiencing with it.

Well, I'm not interested in "big time trenbolone" as you put it LevButlerov. My days of heavy tren usage are done, as I mentioned before. I am more interested in getting feedback on low dose tren, as in 100-150mg/week, and what results (if any) were yielded from it. Moreover, I'm also interested in what 100/150mg of tren would equate to in strength and composition compared to milder anabolics like var, primo, mast, etc.

I remember years ago there was a steroid strength chart floating around that compared different gear mg for mg, but that was a long time ago.

As far as logging my diet and training, currently it isn't the same now as when I'm blasting for 12 to 16 weeks. My wife and I eat extremely healthy all year around, adhering to the Mediterranean diet primarily, with me adding in 2 whey protein shakes during the day, and/or a casein shake in the evenings. Sometimes I'll have a protein bar, cottage cheese, pecans/walnuts or some other high fiber/protein snack, but that's about it brotha. When on my blast, I increase my protein intake, MCT oils and supplements, but I never count macros. At this point, for me, I try to listen to my body and what it's trying to tell me. The biggest thing I focus on now is ensuring I maintain my protein intake.

Once I start my blast, I'll let you guys know what my daily diet/training consists of. Moreover, if I get some substantive feedback on low dose tren that sounds appealing, that could change my outlook on things.

man injuries really suck. hopefully you can get those under control
 
I think Pigsy has used low dose 75mg Tren per week. He might be one to ask for opinion on low dose Tren. I use 300mg and I can feel it. I sweat more and RHR is up.

Is there a forum where I can just ask a question regarding low dose tren, or are there older threads on that specific topic I can research? I’m a bit flummoxed as to what exactly you’re asking for LevButlerov. I’ve done LOTs of tren in my past, so I’m not inquiring about the dangers of it, which is inherent in the compound itself. I know plenty about gear, as I mentioned in my initial thread. SARMs are what I need to educate myself on, low dose tren is simply a curiosity that’s never even been in my purview until now, hence my question.

It seems like this forum requires more detailed and granular Q&A, which at this time I don’t catalog. Is there another more casual forum, or perhaps my question is better suited for a private messaging??

i agree with you on tren. sometimes it can get in the way of what you're trying to do.

I agree with you about not counting macros.

Seems kind of silly unless you're competing.
 
Hopefully you get some good results on this, man. i think you will push it good!
