Approved Log 30 week body recomp - Anadrol Sustanon DHB Masteron Primobolan Cycle Log

Yeah 30 weeks! I do want to put significant amount of mass this time. I have done 10-12 week cycles in the past. They do give good results but this time I wanna keep the gains coming and see how far I can push!

Starting this summer season 2025 log

Your Information:
  • Age: 29
  • Height: 170cm
  • Weight: 166lbs
  • Body Fat % (estimated): 18%
  • Training Experience (in years): 11
Training:
  • Two muscle groups a day.(eg. Chest-Triceps/Back-calves/shoulder-Biceps/Legs-abs)
  • Training 5-6 days a week
  • Cardio (30-45 min/ 6 days a week) (Steady state zone 2-3 cardio[Briskwalk on inclined treadmill])
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: 2500
  • Macronutrient Split: Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats (%)- Protein goals > 200gms
  • Meals: 4-5 meals/day [examples included below]
    • Breakfast: [Instant oats + Whey+ Banana/Berries] or 5 whole eggs + 2 slices of whole wheat bread
    • Snack: Barebells Protein bar + Alani Protein shake from 7-Eleven
    • Lunch: 250g pan fried minced extra lean chicken + 100g of basmati rice
    • Snack: 200g pan fried minced extra lean chicken/beef + 100g of rice
    • Dinner: Myprotein Casein + 250ml 0% milk + Rice flakes
Supplements:
  • Liv52 DS - 2 Tabs/day
  • Vit D3 - 3000IU
  • Fish Oil - 3g
  • Folic acid - 500mg
  • NAC - 3000mg
  • Digestive enzyme - 1 pills/day
  • Vitamin C - 500mg/day
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: No
    • BP - 115/55 with 58 pulse [55 is my average diastolic baseline and I don’t have any low BP symptoms]
Cycle Plan:
  • Cycle Goals: Dropping down to 10% BF while gaining lean muscle simulatenously
  • Compounds Planned for Use: DHB, Sustanone, Test C, Primobolan, Masteron, Anadrol

Just making a little update today(Day 20).

I had to discontinue Anadrol at day 14. I did complete 2 weeks on Anadrol at 50mg/day and ran into a few side effects. At day 13-14, my appetite was severly crushed.
Despite being on 2400 calorie diet it was extremely hard to eat regular meals. Day 14, I started experiencing Nausea. On a scale of 1 to 10, the severeness of Nausea was 7 or 8. It was extremely unpleasant to keep the food in the stomach.

Had to supplement Ginger Gravol for 5 days to fix the nausea. After discontinuing Anadrol, the nausea started getting better. 72 hours after the last anadrol pill, the nausea was gone by around 95%. Another side effect I ran into was Anxeity. Fortunately 1:1 CBD:THC potent cannabis helped. Smoking cannabis is helping both with anxeity and nausea, also helped to increase hunger.

As of now, I am about to complete my week 3. I have dropped Anadrol and do plan to reintroduce it in week 9-12 at a lower dose of 25mg split in two everyday. I was a scheduled blood test at week 8.

Further details will be shared.

Progress so far:

Weight : 168lbs this morning on empty stomach.

Visible fullness and strenght gains!

Anadrol did its job but came with sides!

Visible drop in bodyfat and increased vascularity.

Hornyness Index is up 200%.

Gained some water weight for sure but arms, delts, chest and quads visibly fuller and bigger.
