I've only done U.S. domestic so that is all I can personally speak on but processing times have always been in the 2-5 day range that they say and it's delivered within a few days after tracking is received. Anytime an issue has come up, they've been great to deal with and it's always resolved in a timely manor, which I can appreciate. The prices are extremely competitive and there's always sales or coupons to save you a couple bucks which is nice.
