it's not a problem of money. It's a problem of advise. If I buy from EU, I expect goods from EU Union, that's it
My concern is being advised that goods aren't shipping from an EU country to my EU country, tha'ts It. I purchase from EU, not from UK, and I receive from UK. Hence I advised to pay attention to the potential customer. That's it.
Just for clarify: I live in a EU country, I bought goods supposed to be shipped from an EU country, and I received it from UK.
This means fee, and customers must be advised. Anyhow, PSL refound me for the issue, hence I apologised to them and also I apologize to the forum for the misunderstanding

The region from which we shipped is in partnership with our European shipping operations, so rest assured, everything on our end is above board. If your items/finances have arrived, then the sale has been successfully completed!

PSL is the real deal!
It's no different to the Tariff issue right now.
Example. The EU paid farmers grants to over produce milk. That was to compete with US prices. When I owned a supps company I'd have bought imported US sourced whey protein as it was cheaper. But the EU added a tariff to bring its price to the same as the EU's.
The UK left the EU (European Union via Brexit). But geographically we're a part of Europe. In much the same way the US is a part of 'The Americas' (North and South).
The OP had to pay a very small (price of 2 beers in some bars) local customs tax fee. Apparently that was a massive problem lol
