Hello everyone it is that time again im jumping back on cycle for what i hope turns out being one epic cutting phase, im excited as ive been waiting all winter for this day!

This is yet another stepping stone on my path of reaching competitive bodybuilding in the men's physique division by 2026

I am very humbled and appreciative of Greg and the @domestic-supply.com
team for once again believing in me and my goals/dreams of reaching the stage, this wouldn't be possible without the incredible support from Domestic Supply and giving me the abilities with running some of the best brands and gear around.

Ive worked incredibly hard just to reach the places i have so far, and I will contiune to push and claw my way through, no doubt this will be a very difficult and challenging step with my cutting phase.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

I figured you would appreciate the forearms not many do, offen over looked and under appreciated, one of these days i should message you about grip strength and see uf u could put an example program i could try, id be up for the challenge, ive done it before.

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

i find myself more locked in and dialed in then ever before, everything outside and inside the gym is being done correctly every single day, my motivation and drive to become cut and lean and vascular is at an all time high.

i just cant believe the pumps off just 20mg of winny and it hasnt even been a week yet.. i can only imagine what it will be like as the weeks roll on.

My coach also said depending on how i do and respond and tolerate winny, at some point var will also be making and appearance in my cycle, i cant even phantom what the pump/endurance on that combination would begin to feel like.

overall i am doing well so far and look forward with progressing onwards.

injections are monday/friday each week
as it stands, here is what im incorporating so far until my coach says otherwise and adjustments are made with doses and compounds.

Well fuck i think my eyes are broken because i feel like i look like a bump compared to you and alot of other guys! Im just over here trying to catch up and build what you got brother, you and many others look unbelievably good! I always liked being leaner and more vascular, nust got to tie it all together and work hard for the result i need in 12 weeks time.

I think we all feel the exact same way. Always feeling small compared to the next guy. It's great fuel for the fire and keeps you pushing in the gym week in and week out. As a neutral spectator you look great bro, no bull shit. Especially considering that's just you walking around like that. I'll say it again, amazing start. 12 weeks from now ur gonna be in beast mode.

Currently i weigh 229.8lbs as it stands no pump or filters, i truly appreciate that brother especially coming from you, you have shuch an excellent physique brother 🙌 the encouragement truly helps and means alot, helps me stay grounded and head down in the lab working my ass off, i agree i dont see my size i always felt i have average genetics and what not, i meep pushing forward.

Monday May 26 2025 marked week two of my 12 week cycle, so far from week one into week two, i can feel a massive shift in endurance and pump, even better than week one was. I think i might love winstrol lol, other than the stiffness in the joints for the first hour i wake up, that nonsense sucks lol.

Also noticed some nice small muscle hardening effects as well with a wicked pump.

Going to up my fishoil into 8g a day, and start supplementation of glucosamine msm in the higher concentration available, minus that small annoyance i completely expected it with winstrol just how it goes.

so far no sides besides the typical little stuff with winstrol, mood is high, drive is high and we are getting after it

Week one was structured this way.

250mg test a week
100mg mast a week
60mg winstrol

Week two will start titration upwards.

375mg test
150mg mast
60mg winstrol

Week 3 if all goes accordingly coach is going to try something different and wants to add in some Anavar with the Winstrol see how i respond and how it plays out, nothing major probably low mgs like the winny, i believe he is looking for a synergistic effect here.

Today was 5 meals salmon, brown rice and broccoli, 1 protein shake for meals, ive noticed quite a change in composition from week one into week two.

Positives ive noticed from week one into week two, more reps able to be completed, can go deeper into rep range with far less fatigue, certain lifts are becoming much easier.

Alot of guys said they want and like photos so down below i will post alot of them that i took tonight, so no pump before workout and majority after a pump and my workout was completed.

Indeed brother, an if you look every week im switching up and adding in different movements, trying to be well rounded in the trianing and have fun by adding in different movements or reps etc, when im lean my biceps are gonna go crazy 😃

It took a few years, with my coach and doing my own studying trying to prefect my craft and become a sculptor, i learned how to back off and work the pump, really hone in on the correct muscle moving the weight, i stopped lifting heavier and have transferred into being an artist and creating something esthetic

Monday May 26 2025 marked week two of my 12 week cycle, so far from week one into week two, i can feel a massive shift in endurance and pump, even better than week one was. I think i might love winstrol lol, other than the stiffness in the joints for the first hour i wake up, that nonsense sucks lol.

Also noticed some nice small muscle hardening effects as well with a wicked pump.

Going to up my fishoil into 8g a day, and start supplementation of glucosamine msm in the higher concentration available, minus that small annoyance i completely expected it with winstrol just how it goes.

so far no sides besides the typical little stuff with winstrol, mood is high, drive is high and we are getting after it

250mg test a week
100mg mast a week
60mg winstrol

Week two will start titration upwards.

375mg test
150mg mast
60mg winstrol

Week 3 if all goes accordingly coach is going to try something different and wants to add in some Anavar with the Winstrol see how i respond and how it plays out, nothing major probably low mgs like the winny, i believe he is looking for a synergistic effect here.

Definitely noticing the fuller tighter feeling with the Winstrol, never felt something like that before, it takes my workout into the next level, pump game is elevated forsure 💪

Thank you brother 🙏 its why i always low dose new compounds first see how i respond and what my body can do with them, i only take winstrol 3 days a week 20mg on trianing days only, and already the pictures show the difference, inlike finding the right dose and the sweet spot, not what the standard protocol is, my all accounts most would do 25-50 mg a day, i believe i respond well, dht compounds are my jam for sure i do well with them.

Everything is running tip top so far with week two of the cycle heading into week 3 this upcoming monday, adding in three changes.

I prepped 17lbs of 93/7 lean ground beef so diet is locked in 💪

Coach has updated cardio from 40 minutes a session back into 60 minutes a session 5 times a week.

The moment ive been waiting for, Anavar will be making its first appearance into my cycle.

Test will also be bumped up.

First two weeks for the cycle

Im trying to show what can be done by keeping it simple as can be and maximizing effort in the gym and the time you use outside of it, doesnt need to be fancy it just needs to work brother 💪 i try to be machine like in my approach, at times i will do slight variations most inside the gym, outside food is as basic as it can be, as i i like to say i eat for results and the goals at hand not for taste or rewards, my rewards are the end results, i appreciate the kind words and log views as always brother.

Brother i do believe my logs will only be increasing lol, with me wanting to try and compete in physique next year, i got no choice but to cycle and run logs 😅 😆

Yeah man plenty more will be in the works for the future 💪

That brings a huge sense of accomplishment and happiness, honesty i could do this without logging, when people like you tell me ive inspired them or helped them and they feel motivated from what im doing and my approach, man that shit gets me fired up!!! Seeing others succeeding and achieving, that right there is putting others before myself and in the eyes of the creator in my beliefs anyway, that is how it should be.

Even when i did bodybuilding as a hobby i had this mindset in my 20s and it just kind of stuck along the way.

I didn't know you are a former D1 college athlete, that is a seriously hard accomplishment brother, yup always been a hoops fan, growing up AI was and still is my all time favorite hooper, i remember being a kid and trying to emulate his crossover for hours everyday.

Haha if the gym pays me or gives me a discount i will clean the bathroom mirror lol 😆 typically stay around 2-3 miles a session.
 
I didn't know you are a former D1 college athlete, that is a seriously hard accomplishment brother, yup always been a hoops fan, growing up AI was and still is my all time favorite hooper, i remember being a kid and trying to emulate his crossover for hours everyday.

bros yeah back in those days i could dunk 11ft room. was a lot leaner too
When i was i freshman and sophomore i could dunk on regulation hoops nothing impressive just basic one hand, hell at 36 im just happy i can still grab rim 😅 definitely can't dunk anymore, at 5'11 and can touch rim being way heavier than high-school i will take it lol, back then i was 170lbs vs now 228lbs and old lol

Everything is running tip top so far with week two of the cycle heading into week 3 this upcoming monday, adding in three changes.

I prepped 17lbs of 93/7 lean ground beef so diet is locked in 💪

Coach has updated cardio from 40 minutes a session back into 60 minutes a session 5 times a week.

The moment ive been waiting for, Anavar will be making its first appearance into my cycle.

Test will also be bumped up.

First two weeks for the cycle

Test Cyp 250mg a week
Masteron E ( 100/150mg ) a week
Winstrol 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 460mg ) a week

Week Three changes for the cycle

Test Cyp ( 375mg ) a week
Masteron E ( 150mg ) a week
Winstrol Tabs 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Anavar Tabs 25mg x3 a week ( 75mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 660mg ) a week

Total mg increase is 200mg with my titration upwards in doses, i am pretty excited to see and feel how the winny and var will compliment one another as time goes on.

As it stands both var and winny combined will be 135 total mg a week taken both 45 minutes chewed and then sublingual under the tounge for better absorption rate, 45 minutes pre trianing taken together x3 a week with my push pull leg split.


Overall we are positive in thinking, excited to keep pushing and my drive and spirits are the highest they've ever been since cycling, im just in a really good head space right now.

Today we are back onto the original diet as i ate all my salmon last few days, back to the 93/7 lean ground beef, brown rice and broccoli.

Saturday was a late one, got out of work much later than normal i dont make excuses, got off work drove myself directly to the gym, i carry a backpack with me, has everything i need when im on the go, i cant make any reasons not to do what is required of me.

Alot of bars exist in the area including around my gym, i always get a sense of accomplishment and being on the right path, while im hearing drunk people laughing and wasting time on a Saturday night, im busting my ass goal and dream chasing, it motivates me to be and do better, it fires me up knowing im not like them.

I saw 100 cars in the bar parking lot, i looked at my gym parking lot, my car was the only car there.

Here is a fact i live in one of the drunkest cities in the nation and im not proud of that at all, Midwest is like that unfortunately.

People are partying while im burning the midnight oil exhausted from the day, i dont do what the majority of people do around here, i like it that way.

So i did some lite calf work and some tibia work with my cardio tonight, very nice way to end the night.
