Still hitting weights this week. But cut cardio some and changed weights to every other day for this week. With the scratchy throat. Several colds going around here. I don't want to exhaust my body as I'm barely recovered from the winter of if it can go wrong it will. But jokes aside. Strength improved a chunk this week. Feeling good and expected with going to long esters versus short. I knew it would take a second to kick in. Started caber as I am having small tissue and soreness with the ripple area. Estradiol was at 29 the top end of normal. I did add a 3rd day in for Aromasin to lower my estradiol. I like around 20. Currently taking caber on Monday and Friday
