I have been lurking various boards researching Anavar and now SARMS. I have a difficult time building upper body strength...had a lot of radiation therapy as a teenager and some major surgery. I have done all of my Anavar reading and am now looking at SARMS a little closer. They seem to provide fewer gains but also have few side effects. I am wondering if they might be a better "introduction" to performance enhancers...!
I have been reading that not only do SARMS (Ostarine) help with building lean muscle, it is great for problems with tendons (an issue for me).
Most SARMS posts out there are aimed at men and I would like to have more information on cycles for women. What dosage is recommended for women etc..
I am 41, 5'7", 140lbs and about 20%bf. I weight train 4-5 times per week and play hockey twice a week.
Any suggestions, recommendations?
