Also if your desire for the pepsi max/coke zero is mainly because you enjoy the carbonation you should give sparkling water a try :)

Doesn't have to replace them completely - removing all of the little pleasures will make dieting get old real quick and just harder to stick to in general - but the sparkling water should help reduce any cravings you have for the coke zero/pepsi max. Will also give you the same hydration benefits of non-carbonated water and help get your daily h2o intake in. Just a little way to spice things up a bit.

The meals on the spreadsheet were given to me to suit the Daily total Cals and Macros.

Thats actually a good idea the sparkling water, it will also help to not consume unecessary amounts of caffeine in and around bed time, as i work nightshift and sleep during the day.

Will add that in!

As for the dieting it seems to be getting a little stale, although i find with the ingredients i have to work with and rotating them between meals also rotating meals at diff times of the day keeps the boredom at bay 😊

With the steak, i do use a light olive oil spray which isnt added in the total which i probably should.
just seasoned with Himalayan pink salt.

Chicken is airfried, abit of salt and pepper. The added kimchi also adds flavour to it.

Kimchi is a good one! Anything pickled or can add some acidity (ie: lemon juice) will go a long way.

Another favourite is Frank's hot sauce or Sriracha. They'll give even the blandest of foods some flavour ;)

-250mg Platinum Test e Weekly.
-200mg Platinum Mast e Weekly.
First 4 weeks - Sparta Anavar, 40mg daily.
(Total 3 Months as ending this friday.)



Current Cycle or Plan: (Monday 16 June 2025 start)
- 250mg Platinum Test e (weekly Monday & Thursday) total 500mg.

- 200mg Platinum Boldenone Undeclyenate (weekly Monday & Thursday) total 400mg
