Blood work results attached. Day off training today to make up for some sleep debt.

you are showing how its done and you are having fun at it too
make sure you make up that lost sleep. 3 hours is very very bad
taking your advice and catching up on some sleep debt today, recovery very important for not only growth but the mind.

Im really locked in to work hard because i know theres others out there working harder, and im not settled knowing that.

bought a bp monitor current bp reading at rest.

well i did walk to and from the chemist which was about a 15 min walk so hopefully didnt effect this too much.

will now add daily bp resting in posts and on training days have in my gym bag to record post sesh bp

as i post and keep posting youll see i will get more better at these important things to nail since i want to do this to the best of my ability and for longevity.

i have learnt from past mistakes many years ago and whats more important to me is daddy being around for my child and wife.

Hey brother, doc said around Jan next year.
Plan to! first child so exciting but overwhelming, so much to do and so little time. Started reading a few books and watching videos at work but im gonna enjoy the process as it unfolds 😊 im sure theres so much that a book and a video wont teach ya haha.
haha yeah gotta read those baby books! i'm sure lots of YT vids these days on that stuff ha

Cardio + Abs

one hour treadmill walk + superset abs to failure.

walked to chemist after to get some Pregnancy Vitamins and Morning sickness ginger tabs.

1st baby spud on the way cant wait. Motivates me even more to be jacked daddy and better version of myself daily.


Shit sleep today 3 hours, but no excuses we keep killing it.

meal prep was done today too!

15kg chicken breast and got some back strap for the misso, should last around a month.

Had 2 days off for R&R. (tension headaches from tren ace) Have already ruled out bp. Have also started adding electrolytes in and around training help with hydration.

Post Training 124/79

We start again from PUSH.

1.5L water consumed during training
2 Scoops (Christophers Juicy Pumps, Raw Nutrition)

Another Awesome session provided by @Gains Man

Getting stronger, fuller, leaner. Fasted weight this morning was 87.1kg.

Since bloods, P5P has been added daily at 100mg (1 tablet) AM.

Macros and cals still the same have been finding my weight fluctuating up and down between 86.3-87.1kg the last 3 or so months. If i can stay between this range and progression doesnt come to a halt ill keep it this way over the course of the blast. I feel the recomping is going quite well.

dont know whats in this Platinum Tren ace but im feeling like a damn superhero in and out of the gym.

Just realised its actually 3 months and 7 days since my first order in 10 years with UGLOZ. Really need to get my timelines right.

Current Transformation equates to around 3 Months not 4.
quite amazing what consistency can do

2 days off is good broly you back and the headaches always get organ liver support with trenbolone and add taurine electrolytes @justapotato
and you have to increase water intake like 1 gallon per day in Liters thats like 4-5 L per day

pics look good but lets cycle up the cardio

Thanks bro yeah ive been taking generic otc liver support from the pharmacy, water intake is at 4L at the moment daily including the 1.5 i have on training days.

Headaches have gone away since i added in electrolytes i sip on through out the day during meals. will look at taurine perhaps i can find a bcaa with them in.

Cardio atm is 1 hour twice a week with abs but not including 10 mins i do each session before i start training total 40-50 mins a week

Going off that im getting around 3 hours of cardio pw, but dont mind adding more if coach reckons so.

Havent started with the telmi yet as discussed with coach just waiting on later stages in the cycle to see any sudden spikes in bp, woke up this morning resting bp was 114/68 so dont feel like i need it atm unless you reckon other wise?

genetic otc broly? for liver get something strong like n2guard i know you cant get in Australia but try to get high doses of tudca nac mt
