Hey guys jumping on here to expand exposure and gain some new knowledge and motivation from all of us 💪
We going to make the best community around with nothing but lifting each other up and pushing everyone to hit their life goals 💪

So little bout myself currently in bb competitive world but all as a mental push to better my life and have a straight road to keep focus on bettering myself daily 💪
To be better than yesterday is the only goal I have and the support I already have with UGLOZ has made me get some serious results and moving towards the dream 🙏

So this will be second time competing but this time round no weight/height restrictions and hopefully less politics

Last comp was a 14 week prep this one only be a 12week one running following peds
Clen x 80mcg p/day ( ugloz platinum)
Tren e x 150mg p/week (ugloz platinum)
Sustanon 250 x 750 p/week (ugloz platinum)
Winstrol x 60mg p/day( ugloz)

Novorapid 5ius pre workout p/day

Will update training log and nutrition after I’ve familiarised myself a little 2nite with evo 💪💪 look forward to meeting and chatting with all of you guys n girl 💪💪🙏

We had the pleasure of sponsoring this legend when prepping for his first time on stage back in April.

We've continued to support him through his off season training which will be ending soon and he will be getting back into comp prep with plans of hitting the stage again in September!

We have fixed the image upload issue and are increasing size as we scale our servers according to IT team (we have over 15 now). Please upload pics of meals etc as you go.

Back day!!
Training is pretty simple, little rest periods during prep and cut phase with leaving room for progression closer to game day 💪

Back training log

Single arm iso lat pulldown all focus on stretch and getting blood into lats

3 sets per side x 40kg on pulldown machine 20 reps

Wide grip lat pulldown
3x sets @ 95kg for 15 reps
Each set supersetted with wide grip machine rows
@50kg /10reps

ISO weight loaded pull machine (single arm)
@ 80kg 12 reps per side no rest for 3 sets …
(Rest comes from switching between sides)

Close grip lat pulldown @ 70kg/3 sets static holds 5 seconds last 5 reps (20reps)

Low lat row machine supersetted each set with rope pullbacks
Low row for 50kg@ 12 reps per side
Rope pullback/down 40kg 10 reps

Underhand smith machine bent over rows
40kg for 20 reps
Super slow controlled and contracted static holds at top (90 seconds total set movement)

Rear back posing for 20 mins

5ius fast acting insulin post workout

Follows with meal 2
200grms (cooked weight) jasmine rice
300grms spring water tuna
15grms mustard
30grms sultanas
10 grms fat free mayo..

Whey iso shake with creatine (10grms) monohydrate
Vitamin d3/k2 3000mg
Vitamin c 1000mg
L-glutamine
400ml water

Thanks bro yea only once been training for a good 15 years though and never had a coach amazing what your body can achieve when u listen and learn from it my bro 💪
