As promised arm day breakdown
Arm day for me is almost no rest for whole workout as superset triceps to biceps usually in and out in 30 mins.
Rope push downs @ 40kg for 50 reps straight into ez curls @ 30kg 30reps (3 sets)
Overhead rope push @ 30kg/ 20reps
Cable bent bar curls @ 50kg/ 20reps (3x sets)
Cable kickbacks @ 10kg 20reps
Cable single arm hammer curls @ 20kg 20 reps each arm
Overhead dumbbell tricep extensions @ 40kg 15 reps
dumbbell curls 20 kg db 15 reps each arm
3 sets
Body weight dips @ 20 reps
Straight bar 21s @ 30kg 15 reps
Finish with dumbbell holds to the side with fully flexed tris and bis for 2 mins
