Hey team, the last fortnight has been quite a comittment.
Definitely the hardest since I've been back into things.
It has been quite intense regarding work stress and time management.
My routine has essentially been
4AM Alarm
Eat, pack meals, get ready, paperwork
6am start my work day
4:30pm + - afew finish
Drive back to accommodation
Switch cars
Drive 1 hour to a gym
Train
Drive 1 h back
Arriving back at accommodation 7/7:30
Eat, prep for next day phone home sleep
Repeat.
Apologies for the quiet week next shall be better! Here is my current from today's Back and Bi session
