bros you pushing some good training. much respect and love for that. you aren't gonna go wrong on that!

No energy crashes or burning hunger yet, the scales are moving in the right direction but very slowly. I seem to be having a nice recomp so I think (hope) I will have a slightly higher stage weight than last time out.

8.5 weeks to go to get my lower back and glutes in

It's my favourite squat movement and friendly to the knees. Just need to be pushing the big weights like you big man haha

Thank you gents!
And I like these updates.

Great quality kit, will be getting a pair for my elbows soon too!
Proper weightlifting boots
Believe it or not, I've had these for 10 years, still going strong, my previous pair lasted 10 years also!

When I train in the garage I have to keep the door open, no electricity, no lighting so leaves do blow in from time to time. A clear out will happen soon but tbh whenever I'm in there, it's all about training and nothing else. When I'm done I'm usually too tired to do anything else!

And as soon as I clear it out it will get full of leaves again!

@madcap71 hardcore training picture man. You definitely kill all your workouts.

Yeah fair enough. So do you use deadlifts to put on size when its required?
Not really, I think there are more effective tools for the job than deadlifts, I just love doing them! I used to be a powerlifter.

Nothing more hardcore than picking up a massive weight off the ground, other than squats maybe...

Outside is too hot, inside is too air conditioned!
The people are very friendly and polite, everything and everywhere is very clean and the food I've had so far is very nice. Things haven't been TOO expensive, other than a week's pass at Binous (circa £100)
