Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle and Beginner Training Log

Day 10: Refeed & Rust
And Back-Loading Syringes

Didn’t make it to the exchange the other day like I said. And I'm out of short-tips and in a hurry.

I was just gonna get that ever familiar 27g 1ml and slam it through that vial-stopper and into my ass but I don't want the negative feedback haha.

So here's how to back-load a syringe barrel. This is not advisable for street drugs as usually that means skipping filtering them and they've likely been in a few asses already on the way to you.

Get out two picks (seen in 2 and 3) and take the plunger put and out it back in the packet like in 1:

Fill the complete syringe's barrel with warez and stick it into the back of the one you removed the plunger for:

Then now is the tricky part.

Get the stopper back out and gently hold it at the end but don't push it in else the pressure will make your warez squirt out the needle end.

While gentle holding it in place, tip the whole rug upside down keeping the plunger there, as soon as you see an air gap, push the plunger in 1mm till you feel it pop in.

Then hold it upside down for a minute while the oil trickles down so all oil is at the bottom. Flick it with your finger to help it along

Then you can push the plunger up to remove all the air and get it ready to put in your ass

heavier squats and deadlifts are so immediately taxing that I won’t keep going. My body is or was very optimized for endurance. A little weight goes a long way for me

This is definitely the case with me too. I wanted to bail on the second rep and really had to push, and that was with just the bar.

On hacksquat I only do 6 reps I'm it's heavy, 12 is a lot in practice and if you're near done at 4 then 12 is not gonna happen, for me at least.

Do you like music? You should try find lifting related edits/remixes, they work to well and don't require taking anything.

Oh idk. I thought all of those one piece type needles with the orange cap were 29g insulin pins. I usually use a 1.5” 25g luer lock on a 3ml syringe for oils. And 1/2” 30g needles for peptides or hgh.

I was thinking of doing really heavy hacksquat once a week and other times do high volume squats with just the olympic bar. They were fucking me up just with the bar for sure. Got through six sets of 12 all up last night

hacks aren't super crucial, you are not at the stage you need to worry about them unless you love them :D even sissy squats good to start off.

I do love them but also was the only type of squat I've done regularly and also I have a progression schedule for that and I feel confident I'm not going to hurt myself.

The freeweight barbell squats I did last night with just the bar (5 sets of 12 over the whole session) were great and difficult in the end and I was thinking I should add more sets and increase the volume instead of starting to add weight.

I don't know how to do a sissy squat, I'll look them up and have a go tomorrow =)

Fair enough, I also use 25g luer lock too, but 1ml and they seen to be fine.

I'm not sure it's such a big concern for what we're doing, but with IV some people think getting a fine needle like a 31g will be easier and leave less marking but they're completely wrong.

You really have to be careful with 31g coz if you knocked it or someone bumped into you for example, it could easily slice through whatever is in the way and has the cutting power of a razor-blade through butter. They also fall out of veins or poke through the other side without you realising.

Is it an availability thing for you? Feel free to hit me up if you have questions or run into issues. I can also ask things to the experts/doctors at the needle exchange if we need to. And also I can get any type of needle or accessory from there and take photos / try it for you & anyone on the forum.

Super interesting. There are some peptides and such that were originally intended to be used IV, but that’s not something I’ve ever done, although I’ve seen it done many times, I was pretty horrified by my early exposure to the white horse hahaha. Never touched it myself.

I think I can get just about anything, in that regard. I just have to order it in certain ways because of the laws in my state. Can’t get more than like ten? needle/syringe combos in one order. But I can order 100 needles and 100 syringes. When it comes to things that can be hard to get, I’m a hoarder. I have a whole suitcase of that stuff from all the different things I tried out.

Also, my daughter will be a full blown nurse soon. She already knows how to do all of the stuff, I just don’t reeeeeaaaally talk to her about my less socially acceptable behavior hahaha.

Was carb refeeding day today. Did about six hours work descaling rust on the ship, ate six sandwich halves so six bits of bread, and about five oranges, a few tomato's and a few grapes and a bit of cheese

Went to the needle exchange after-hours vending machine to get more picks. Gonna skip pinning tomorrow because I'm a little bit ahead of my schedule 😇

Out of money and meat but I had four eggs in the pan quickly before I left.

Hit the ground running and did 10:53 on the treadmill at 7.0 pace.

While on the treadmill I did the arm warm-up routine from rugby practice I remember from when I was a kid, it goes:
  1. Arms extended and twist hands at the wrist 25 turns one way 25 the other
  2. Then do wider circles with your arms, 25 times rotating one way and 25 the other
  3. Do circles as big as possible with your arms straight without hitting the sides of the treadmill until your arms fail pretty much
I'm aiming to add more volume in this session but am basically just winging it with my standard lega routine as the base

Was not super heavy but felt like way more volume than I usually do.

This girl came in, dressed kinda sloppy but colour matched outfit and pig-tails and slightly chubby, just the right amount of baby fat. Also had like teen pop-star type sparkly eye-shadow on, very cool.

While I was doing Leg Press she got down on the mat like five meters to my right, right in eye-shot where you have to look for the TV anyway, and more or less put her legs behind her head.

The Gods of Testosterone are testing me.

If my test wasn't still on the mend I'd probably.. I dunno, probably best not to think about it.

There's many, many Moa bones around and I think they were still here when the British arrived but don't quote me on that. There's no Moriori bones though.

My plan is to do bar squats and bodyweight/sissy squats with volume as the goal as you've shown me these last few messages.

I did 4 sets of 12 squats with the Olympic Bar (padded thing around the bar too!!) And then the 50 bodyweight squats.

As the hacksquat is missing this will be the main plan for squats for now. My session last night I had adding volume in mind and I think I got way more in all up.

If you can really push for no weight sessions and add light weights for real pumps. You should have a sweat when you train, feel the burn and the pump, you'll love that pump feeling. Arnold called it a pumpgasm lol :P @vanlife_gymbum

Haha oh yeah - I definatly was sweating way more last night, I wrote it my log entry about it twice because it was different.

I'll try get all this advice together into one documented routine for a good Leg Day and log how it goes. Gonna hit something else today and see how I feel tomorrow.

I always got the DOMS from leg day two days later. The day immediately after I'd still be walking no problem and the day after that it hits big time. Interested to see how it is with the test assisting =)

Sunday Night Workshop Session

Hit the gym at 8pm after a 30 minute walk, ate some eggs and tuna before gym (had tuna no eggs for lunch, got 3 eggs left now) ran out of batteries for the led nights so moved under a street light and used the torch for food Log here

With the power of chickens and fish making its way through me I hit the gym and upped the pace on the treadmill to 6.4 for 8 minutes then 7.4 for the last two or so, trying to add little bits of cardio where I can hoping they add up

You should log what you're spanking TO not just doing it so we can see if you suddenly shift from using your imagination to mentally undress your next door neighbour to 12 hours of hentai porn in the gym bathroom with a backup battery. We got your back bro.

I'm the last guy you should listen to about relationships but I'm pretty good at playing games with girls, being on the losing side of that most my life.

I'll give you a few things to try if you like.

Something I got a lot of milage out of in my commited relationships was not focusing on her or nagging her or trying to fuck her at inappropriate times, etc.

Commit to not trying it on with her for two weeks. Stop and listen and shit but stay focused on your stuff and don't try and initiate, only fuck if she makes it happen. It's mentally challenging and you might have to up your jerking off for a while but it's worth it.

Woman want you to be focused on your goals not them, it's all part of the game and does atcually make sense in the end.

Once this switch clicks from her pushing away to chasing she'll want to fuck all the time too.

You will get DOMS thats normal, give it time it will pass. :D sweat hard and train hard.

Damnit I've lost count of the days. I thought it was Day 11 but there's already a file called that on my computer so whatever. What's a few lost days to an unemployed bum. The Testosterone Injection Therapy is going swimmingly, I'm very happy.

I think what happened is all the symptoms of low testosterone caused by methadone maintenance built up slowly over the three years I've been on it, but they're reversing a lot quicker and all at once.

But I still haven't started on retatrutide. I have to sit down and take the time to figure out how start and atcually start.

I've listened to all the podcasts about reta and the other GLP-1's, thanks to @Mobster and @stevesmi for the underground lectures, I learnt a lot and you made a good point about not getting into reta if you're not prepared to eat clean.

I don't intend to waste your time - I'm prepared to eat clean and have stuck to the plan so far since I began logging. I've made some changes after talking them over with @HarleyGuy and I'm going to give up my PT for now since I can't afford him and have you guys now and spend that $70 on food instead.

I need to sit down and re-read the guidance from @LifeForge to atcually make up the reta and then take it to store in the fridge I now have access to.

I feel amazing from yesterdays gym session and the half hour on the fancy massage chair I really think is helping, it fully grabs your muscles and kneeds them, pats them, hammers at them like a Veitnamese street-masseuse does with two hands. There's one at the old gym too but it's right in the middle of the gym with everyone around and not very Zen.

I haven't been to the old gym for a week now. Don't miss the communal locker room and Rows of showers or groups of teenagers and others using all the machines.

But still, miss it and gotta get off my ass and get to a morning group cardio class or yoga class but I'm too shy, not ready, I think I'll start with cardio bike class at 6:15am weekdays.

Was also quite nice not having to think about pinning. I was never one of those people who fetishised the instruments, they're just tools to me but need to be treated with respect so having to use them can be a bit of a drag sometimes and it pays to put in the effort to do it as safely and correctly as you can.

Yesterday I skipped pinning because some of my shots were over last week. I haven't really been calculating and logging exact amounts as I should be.

I have been trying to compensate for the amount lost to the tip of these types of picks. I'll measure the lost amount some other time.

I went to the needle exchange to restock tips and got 10 new 1ml lure lock barrels too and got another pamphlet guide called INJECTING and your health it's mainly about IV but has pages on filtering, different tip sizes and gauges, and is worth a look.

I calculated daily dose amount for 300mg/wk and it came out at .2 I think so just been doing that daily. It's not far off but I should take the time to do it properly

Good plan! I'll do that 😀 I did shoulders and stuff again last night and it's nearly time to go to the gym and train again.

Gonna have a long shower first though it got cold again today.

I'm going to try 2 sets of 50 bodyweight squats and 3 sets of 12 with the olympic-bar to add squats and volume.
 
You should log what you're spanking TO not just doing it so we can see if you suddenly shift from using your imagination to mentally undress your next door neighbour to 12 hours of hentai porn in the gym bathroom with a backup battery. We got your back bro.

I'm the last guy you should listen to about relationships but I'm pretty good at playing games with girls, being on the losing side of that most my life.

I'll give you a few things to try if you like.

Something I got a lot of milage out of in my commited relationships was not focusing on her or nagging her or trying to fuck her at inappropriate times, etc.

Commit to not trying it on with her for two weeks. Stop and listen and shit but stay focused on your stuff and don't try and initiate, only fuck if she makes it happen. It's mentally challenging and you might have to up your jerking off for a while but it's worth it.

Woman want you to be focused on your goals not them, it's all part of the game and does atcually make sense in the end.

Once this switch clicks from her pushing away to chasing she'll want to fuck all the time too.
I thiiiink all of this is falling into place organically with the chick I’m seeing. Circumstantially. It’s already been longer than two weeks. We’re both just really busy and she’s a very committed mom, which I like. I haven’t found myself vibing with women anywhere near my age that have no kids.

I have some issues from… you can probably relate… I’m like a magnate for the wrong women. I attract all kinds of inappropriate attention from women like married women, younger women, lesbians in relationships, you name it. My buddies used to call me the gameless wonder because I have zero game, but I used to just fall into poosey all the time. And it more often than not caused me a lot of social problems. Que the digital age and I could pursue women that were easy to catch and release, but I’m tired of all that. So actually building a relationship with someone I can actually integrate into my life is the goal.

I ran out of money and meat. About lunch time I had my last three eggs and and can of tuna and that was good for the afternoon.

But I couldn't fast the 36 hours till dole day, so retrieved my sack of poverty-rice and made up a pot. Had about 350g over two sessions, only weighed one but I feel full and better. Will probably have it again after the gym or in the morning, then get ground beef tomorrow evening.

Did 20 bodyweight squats in the hot shower I had before cardio to warm up form being so cold outside. Now some bar squats, feeling good about my form but I will video it next time the gym is empty.

Massage Chair Rountine

I gotta log about how great the massage chair has been treating me. It rules hard. It's a new addition to the workshop-ritual after passing initial trials over the last four 🌙 ights.

When I lived on the Gold Coast in Australia tons of male-model type surfer-dude lifters used to go over to Thailand for the whole 90-day visa-waiver period and do big over the counter pharma cycles and eat like kings for cheap.

They also get bar girls to massage their sore legs back at the villa before finishing them off and fucking off back to the bar. They wake up and do a line of shabu, pin roids into their ass and jump on their rented motos and head to the gym for the day. I knew of heaps of guys who done exactly this.

I wanted to mention the massaging their sore muscles bit. They all mentioned this, it wasn't a one-off. Getting a proper massage or a sports massage in Australia isn't cheap. My ex-partner got weekly massages from a certified massage therapist while she was pregnant and that set me back $120 a go. They really did bang on about it tho, so I am going to add in half an hour on the chair nightly. The "after-sports" cycle on the remote. I felt so good afterwards. It was similar to how you feel after a meditation session.

Getting them regularly isn't really an option to the average guy in the West, hence saving up for these Thai cycle-holidays or pharming as we used to call it when we went on trips to south-east asia to get pharmaceuticals for recreation. Some guys go to Bali or Veitnam instead of Thailand and I used to go to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

But these crazy massage chairs at the gym really are amazing and must be good for me, they are just as good as a human as far as your muscles are concerned. The Aussies were getting results from bar-girl massages so machine-massage should be a good-enough alternative to sports massage.

Day 12: Morning Cardio Group Class

I saw last night the new Forum Deciple @2G2B had a better cardio breast-reduction plan than me, so I decided to set an alarm and go to the half hour stationary-bike class I've been saying I would go to the last few weeks. It's at the old gym I've been neglecting

There was even another bum charging his phone at my old powerpoint in the locker room. I just walked past. I'm not telling him shit. He can deal with the consequences of getting the $7 membership over the $14 one. Fuck him. Sitting there watching dudes shower while I'm over the road getting touched up by a robot massage machine and watching womans rugby on a movie-projector.

My phones still on 80% from last night. What a chump.

I've been doing the Sam Sulek half hour steady-state on the cardio bike daily for about a year now, it used to be all I did apart from the strength classes four times a week and roller skating practice.

If you just add his routine to a base of zero cardio it will change and improve everything a lot of course but I already do 20-30K steps a day just on regular daily homeless-bum tasks. After a point the steady state is not "working out" anymore I think.

He's basically saying if you're fat as fuck you gotta figure out the calories in and calories out thing, fix your diet, track/log everything you eat (he uses the app Stupid Simple Macro Tracker) and add cardio at least.

He suggests since you're fat-fingering your phone doom-scrolling all day anyway you may as well adjust to doing it on the bike and doomscroll at the gym. It's a pretty good trick, you can get it to take your mind off bailing and going home, but once you got that on lock you have to up your cardio to get anywhere (ie: the breast reduction I mentioned)

So I was up at 5am drinking instant coffee with no milk to wake up to go. It must be the day before dole day. I feel hungry, I don't usually get hunger till after lunch. It's probably because of that rice I ate yesterday.

I'm still in my gym outfit from last night so don't need to get dressed, the Gods are removing obstacles for me.

I wasn't feeling all that chipper to be honest but the lady running the class was. She must have been warming up in the mirror already and almost burst my ear drums yelling Hiiiiiiiii! when I entered before greeting me in the native tongue also, very progressive.

She had the haircut of the big spoon in a lesbian relationship, but was nice and got me a bike then showed me a trick on the sports bikes to get the seat right where you lift your knee to parallel and adjust the height to that level.

The class was FULL ON. I thought it'd be easy because it's only half an hour but it's probably because half the middle age woman would keel over if that went on much longer.

Atcually thats not fair, they're fitter than me, they were there and doing it. I can't fault them for anything. Well, not that.

Big Spoon Lady was on fire when the music started. This is some sort of franchise fitness program, this bike class is called R30, Im guessing it's short for "Ride for 30 minutes, you fat fuck".

It has synchronised dance music in time with the instructions and momentum, pretty fruity but I dunno, can't think of anywhere else you can get silly with ladies at 6am while sober. Song I remember was a double-speed techno edition of Take on me.

Big Spoon was a mixture of overly enthusiastic and angry. It certainly woke me up. Was kinda like being an kindergarten again, not without its charms.

I forget all the shit she said but some things I remember are:

I think she was rehearsing in her head during the class coz we did not make eye contact and I didn't know what her face looked like until she turned around, although I did spot several manufacturing faults while inspecting the seams of her lycra bicycle shorts from my vantage point behind her.

She looked hungry. About 50, pretty but full grey long hair ran through a curler. It suited her, she had a mature elegance about her. I would.

I was probably giving off vibes like wow slow down baby, I'm not a sandwich but I managed to hold it together and inquire about the length of her class attendance and such. I said I'd see her tomorrow, she seemed pleased.

She's probably off to Jill-off in her car thinking about me before breakfast.

There was also one young girl like maybe 23 that the class was NOT HARDCORE ENOUGH for who added additional shit to everything and did not rest when instructed to. She continued biking, standing on the pedals, after we were told to have a good day.

No complaints from me.

sounds like you finally pushed yourself into that class and it kicked your ass more than you expected, which is good! that’s a win right there because you got outside your comfort zone. those ladies being consistent should light a fire under you too. keep stacking days like that and your cardio base will skyrocket. if you’re hungry in the morning that’s just your body burning through fuel quicker from the extra effort.

It's gonna get more interesting soon I hope. It's been a wet, dark and long winter but the spring days are starting, so I'll be able to do work on the van and go to cooler places.

My mechanic mate and I have done work on the turbo-diesel engine and core van stuff but I've done nothing inside. No insulation, no power setup, etc. This is my first build from scratch.

My last camper van, the one that got stolen was made in the factory like that, it was an atcual camper van. They're atcual kinda boring and impersonal and there's not much to work on.

As soon as the weather improves I'm going to start using public bbqs again, so I can show you guys some epic NZ spots with my food logs.

sounds like you finally pushed yourself into that class and it kicked your ass more than you expected, which is good! that’s a win right there because you got outside your comfort zone. those ladies being consistent should light a fire under you too. keep stacking days like that and your cardio base will skyrocket. if you’re hungry in the morning that’s just your body burning through fuel quicker from the extra effort.

I've been actively trying to incorporate more cardio where I can, and aiming for increased volume, more sets in the gym as you've recommended to me over our past few interactions and it's coming together nicely man.

Like you said if I can stay consistent doing this it will equate to a massive increase in cardio and endurance from where I was =)

Hah, you're the second person to mention that today. The eazy-bar in particular has a gnarly grip on it and I don't want to callous up my hands.

When my testosterone levels recover I'm pretty sure I'm going to resume jacking-off and don't want to cut myself up with rough hands, it's ah, been a while.

They also make it easier to get in the zone and become one with the bar.
 
I made another pot of rice this morning, ate 500g an hour ago, and I'm getting hungry again. I usually don't eat until after lunch.

I'm going to eat the rest of that then get money at 6pm tonight and get some ground beef and milk.

If you can't afford PT for sure spend more on food and gym. You don't need PT if you running out of food @vanlife_gymbum @HarleyGuy is correct here.

Day 13: Cardio, Pin, Rice, Meat

Had rice at lunchtime or 1pm. Tare'd the plate on the scale before adding the 614g of rice

6pm meat-money on, got tuna and milk too.

Atcually totally up for a cup of tea coz it's so cold now, temp dropped hard at 5pm.

Walked a lot today. An hour to the pharmacy after cardio this morning, few walks down the beach, was tons of surfers out today, walk to the supermarket, walked to fill up my water jugs.

The label is sitting on top of the cooked meat, there's lots of its juices in the pan which I scooped some rice into to soak up so I didn't loose it. Usually use eggs for that but already had rice today and it's already made so worth it to get the juice.

The first spot didn't feel right so I tried again. Didn't realise it was bleeding a bit until after. Just held pressure on it for a minute and it stopped.

I haven't recovered from the cardio class this morning. I'm at the gym and showered to warm up, did ten minutes on the bike but I'm not feeling it tonight, gonna rest instead and do a leg session on the massage chair.

Then gonna go cook the half-kilo of ground beef, looking forward to adding salt and eating that.

Then sleep, soo tired. Hopefully wake up for bike class again and have the energy for it. Tomorrow's problem.

Just done the leg cycle on the massage-chair and my leg muscles feel way better. Salted and cooked the beef mince for a total of 1kg beef and 700g or more of rice and 2 litres milk today.

It's gonna get more interesting soon I hope. It's been a wet, dark and long winter but the spring days are starting, so I'll be able to do work on the van and go to cooler places.

My mechanic mate and I have done work on the turbo-diesel engine and core van stuff but I've done nothing inside. No insulation, no power setup, etc. This is my first build from scratch.

My last camper van, the one that got stolen was made in the factory like that, it was an atcual camper van. They're atcual kinda boring and impersonal and there's not much to work on.

As soon as the weather improves I'm going to start using public bbqs again, so I can show you guys some epic NZ spots with my food logs.
yeah it sucks you had your van stolen. i don't know who the hell would steal someones home like that. a true POS. is there a way to have cameras or security on them?

But I couldn't fast the 36 hours till dole day, so retrieved my sack of poverty-rice and made up a pot. Had about 350g over two sessions, only weighed one but I feel full and better. Will probably have it again after the gym or in the morning, then get ground beef tomorrow evening.

I gotta log about how great the massage chair has been treating me. It rules hard. It's a new addition to the workshop-ritual after passing initial trials over the last four 🌙 ights.

When I lived on the Gold Coast in Australia tons of male-model type surfer-dude lifters used to go over to Thailand for the whole 90-day visa-waiver period and do big over the counter pharma cycles and eat like kings for cheap.

They also get bar girls to massage their sore legs back at the villa before finishing them off and fucking off back to the bar. They wake up and do a line of shabu, pin roids into their ass and jump on their rented motos and head to the gym for the day. I knew of heaps of guys who done exactly this.

I wanted to mention the massaging their sore muscles bit. They all mentioned this, it wasn't a one-off. Getting a proper massage or a sports massage in Australia isn't cheap. My ex-partner got weekly massages from a certified massage therapist while she was pregnant and that set me back $120 a go. They really did bang on about it tho, so I am going to add in half an hour on the chair nightly. The "after-sports" cycle on the remote. I felt so good afterwards. It was similar to how you feel after a meditation session.

Getting them regularly isn't really an option to the average guy in the West, hence saving up for these Thai cycle-holidays or pharming as we used to call it when we went on trips to south-east asia to get pharmaceuticals for recreation. Some guys go to Bali or Veitnam instead of Thailand and I used to go to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

But these crazy massage chairs at the gym really are amazing and must be good for me, they are just as good as a human as far as your muscles are concerned. The Aussies were getting results from bar-girl massages so machine-massage should be a good-enough alternative to sports massage.

Thanks bro - I ran out of money for the week two days short but got my dole cheque at 6pm and bought meat again. Had 1kg of beef tonight. Will try budget better this week so I don't need to eat rice again anytime soon.

Pretty much, execpt I'm unemployed and don't get pay cheques but get $350 NZD a week from the government. I need to budget to make this cover my bum lifestyle and let me get as much meat as possible. I got all the gear for my testosterone therapy covered already.

Yeah but my career spanned 23 years and is over now. I made/spent millions on drugs and alcohol over that time and also paid 40% of it in tax. Then I OD'd and lost my job and a couple of years after that I detoxed from alcohol and quit herion and started taking methadone and now I'm a bum who lives in a van and goes to the gym. And now I also log here and take testosterone and things are looking up =)

I haven't been using it for long bro but I already feel better. I used to have a dull ache in my legs all the time from walking, it'd start after my first walk of the day and be there all day. That's basically gone and the muscle grabs your calf's not your ankles so I'm thinking it's good stuff all around.

All those male model guys I knew are dead now tho. They die quicker than herion users. But hopefully wasn't the massages that did it.

How do you think I could go about that? There's old Chinese guys fishing all around the bays where I live, the main beach is a protected marine sanctuary but that ends about 5km around.

I have a hand reel I got in Rarotonga. Fishing is kinda rigged there, they built a mote around the entire island so they're trapped, the water is crystal clear so you can see them and it was easier to just pick them up with your hands haha.

Nah bro Australia is rich and Thailand is poor, that's all there is to it really. Inside Australia, by Australian standards these guys are not rich. The opposite probably. That's how showed me how to stay at girls houses instead of on the beach or streets. They dont have shit really.

All they do is save up a couple of grand for flights and a couple of grand for there and that's it. Why do you think backpackers and hippies and shit go there. They're not roughing it though, for body builders they are eating like kings. You could just buy a whole fucking cow when you get there and give the cooking lady a $50 tip and say you'll be back from the gym tonight and now it's her problem to deal with. And you just handed her like a month worth of her salary in one note so she'll solve that problem for you for sure.

My last trip to Siem Reap Cambodia I spend a total of $300. Three Hundred. Two zeros. And man, I won't write it out but if I'd done anything remotely like that in Australia it would have been hundreds of thousands if possible at all.

They dont have shit really, they leech of companies and chicks and the others trying to leech of them first. I haven't been using it for long bro but I already feel better. I used to have a dull ache in my legs all the time from walking, it'd start after my first walk of the day and be there all day. That's basically gone and the muscle grabs your calf's not your ankles so I'm thinking it's good stuff all around.

All those male model guys I knew are dead now tho. They die quicker than herion users. But hopefully wasn't the massages that did it.

How do you think I could go about that? There's old Chinese guys fishing all around the bays where I live, the main beach is a protected marine sanctuary but that ends about 5km around.

I have a hand reel I got in Rarotonga. Fishing is kinda rigged there, they built a mote around the entire island so they're trapped, the water is crystal clear so you can see them and it was easier to just pick them up with your hands haha.
you should go watch those chinese guys and learn from them. maybe pay one to be your guide for the day and show you some tricks

Food Deviation Today

I ran out of money and meat. About lunch time I had my last three eggs and and can of tuna and that was good for the afternoon.

But I couldn't fast the 36 hours till dole day, so retrieved my sack of poverty-rice and made up a pot. Had about 350g over two sessions, only weighed one but I feel full and better. Will probably have it again after the gym or in the morning, then get ground beef tomorrow evening.

Massage Chair Rountine

I gotta log about how great the massage chair has been treating me. It rules hard. It's a new addition to the workshop-ritual after passing initial trials over the last four 🌙 ights.

When I lived on the Gold Coast in Australia tons of male-model type surfer-dude lifters used to go over to Thailand for the whole 90-day visa-waiver period and do big over the counter pharma cycles and eat like kings for cheap.

They also get bar girls to massage their sore legs back at the villa before finishing them off and fucking off back to the bar. They wake up and do a line of shabu, pin roids into their ass and jump on their rented motos and head to the gym for the day. I knew of heaps of guys who done exactly this.

I wanted to mention the massaging their sore muscles bit. They all mentioned this, it wasn't a one-off. Getting a proper massage or a sports massage in Australia isn't cheap. My ex-partner got weekly massages from a certified massage therapist while she was pregnant and that set me back $120 a go. They really did bang on about it tho, so I am going to add in half an hour on the chair nightly. The "after-sports" cycle on the remote. I felt so good afterwards. It was similar to how you feel after a meditation session.

Getting them regularly isn't really an option to the average guy in the West, hence saving up for these Thai cycle-holidays or pharming as we used to call it when we went on trips to south-east asia to get pharmaceuticals for recreation. Some guys go to Bali or Veitnam instead of Thailand and I used to go to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

But these crazy massage chairs at the gym really are amazing and must be good for me, they are just as good as a human as far as your muscles are concerned. The Aussies were getting results from bar-girl massages so machine-massage should be a good-enough alternative to sports massage.

It's so quick and easy man, would rival any microwave meal. I have the pot and stuff ready to go but by the time I've broken up the tuna and mixed it in the eggs are done. 3 eggs is perfect and four will put me slightly over where I don't really want to finish it.
 
Day 14: Late Log, Half Day

I was suppost to have a call with the new guy Dave to go over my retatrutide plan. He's used it before and it's difficult to prep and administer by the looks of it. But I was too lazy to charge my phone and had to go to the shop to get more phone credit and it's things like this that seem insurmountable sometimes but it's just a fucking phone call, it shouldn't be hard.

Didn't have a great day yesterday, I was so tired. It can't have just been that cardio bike class, must just have all caught up with me. I completely bailed the night before last and bailed half way through last night. It wasn't that "I'm just a little bit tired and can't be fucked today" type tired. I'm posting this in the morning because I had to drag myself across the road to my van and was literally asleep as soon as I got in my sleeping bag. Left the light on too, drained those batteries.

Oh how dark it is before the dawn. It's still fucking cold in the morning. Been forgetting the @LevButlerov warm water technique. Forgot to put the tip through it to protect the glass bottle

I intend to begin yoga classes in the very near future. I've been paying for access to the yoga studios owned by my gym chain ever since I moved to Wellington three years ago, but I've never even been on the flor they're on.

There's classes all throughout the day and of differebt types, hot yoga, power yoga, vinyassa flow (sp?) and yin yoga. I think it'll be good for me socially and spiritually too, as well as being a good addition to my active recovery days and maybe even more days, we'll have to see how difficult it is to see how often I could handle.

I told him I'm gonna add data to my log entires and track sleep. He's pretty keen on me hanging out here and is instead gonna give me his Korean one. It matches his old phone which he already gave me so soon I'll be able to ask the Samsung corporation how long I was asleep for.

I just returned from the hour walk to the pharmacy. It took an hour and a half and I had to stop halfway for a rest. The testosterone doesn't just make chicks attracted to me, something else weird just happened too.

My pharmacy is right next to Peter Jackson's Weta Workshop compound, I wanted to go to a pharmacy with no other bums so I choose a rich area. It's a giant compound and has gardens around it. I've never watched any of his movies and don't give a shit. But it had a nice lawn so I sat down, nobody around, I don't even know where the entrance to the place is. I was so tired I had to stop my morning walk which never happens.

It was this moment a security guard in a uniform, complete with maglight torch where proper police officers keep their battons to make him look tough or something. He starts launching into a recounting of the rules and shit I dunno but when a gap where I'm due to respond came up I looked him in the eyes and said "nah".

He looked confused and it got awkward. When you're locking eyes with girls you must not look away before they do. It sounds crazy but they will dry up and loose their enthusiasm, so I've practiced this a bit and wasn't gonna loose to this fat fuck.

I follow the rules when they make sense but I'd be surprised if I wasn't on council property, I'm on the outer side of a giant barbed wire fence and I can't even fucking walk let alone scale that so I didn't really want to know what he was saying but I can can garentee it was bollocks anyway.

I was already trying to think of shit from Reddit to say next like "no is a complete sentence" but he just gave up. Stopped and walked back from wence he came.

This is why the government doesn't want us using testosterone.

Speaking of the government, I ran out of multivitamin and thiamine yesterday and can't of missed any days or dropped any because my next 56 days supply was handed to me by a government representative shortly after:

You pushed through a long walk on low fuel, that alone tells me your system’s running hard. Sitting down on that lawn wasn’t a crime, it was your body telling you to recover. The guard just played his role but you already knew where you stood, and keeping your eyes locked was you testing discipline in a different way.
The vitamins and meds the government makes sure you never miss are their leash, they track every dose like it’s gold. Testosterone brings those subtle changes in how people respond to you, and moments like that show you the edge it gives. @vanlife_gymbum

Some days just hit harder than others and that’s what you felt there. You got the work in but your body pulled the brakes, that’s recovery telling you to slow down. The food and notes were good moves, those little systems keep you steady when energy drops.
IMO, Yoga will help you a lot, both with loosening up and giving your mind a break from the grind. Keep logging like this, it shows patterns you’ll be able to use later to plan better. :D EVO family supports you.

Agreed bro, I'm new but they now have a full regular place in my routine. I went over at lunch time and tried a different routine and it really grabbed onto my legs and neck, the feeling lasts for hours afterwards too 😀

The shit they give a shit about I never miss ever.

If I missed a day of methadone I would have to explain why to three different people and go and see a doctor and full in a report form... so I don't miss them.

Yeah I must admit they get the results no matter what. Every dose and change documented at every stage, verified by multiple people and tracked overall by a person tasked specifically with that.

I was shooting up my two takeaway doses a week until I just handed all management and decision making over to them completely and haven't deviated from the plan even slightly since.

Yeah man you're right. I have done a lot of walking today all up but I've decided not to lift tonight and go tomorrow night instead. Will try a new gym in the Central city tomorrow. I went and used the massage chair at lunchtime though and might go again later tonight =)

I 100% believe you bro. I was mostly kidding before but I really have noticed a change. I originally thought it was because I started showering again but something more is going on.

There's other things happening too though, I'm feeling awesome from the exercise but also I'm just getting out and being around other people again. I wasn't doing that through winter so didn't interact with anyone for anything to happen anyway.

I feel some primal drive returning that I honestly haven't felt since I was a teenager. Not while sober at the same time anyway.
 
Some days just hit harder than others and that’s what you felt there. You got the work in but your body pulled the brakes, that’s recovery telling you to slow down. The food and notes were good moves, those little systems keep you steady when energy drops.

IMO, Yoga will help you a lot, both with loosening up and giving your mind a break from the grind. Keep logging like this, it shows patterns you’ll be able to use later to plan better. :D EVO family supports you.

So I'll have constant heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring too as well as the pedometer. I'll add that data and also protein and macro totals as so there's raw numbers to analyse in the future.
