Steve Irwin trained jiu jitsu so he could better handle crocodiles..what a cool dude he was

Training jiu jitsu helps to develop the habit of being comfortable in uncomfortable situations

Bad Arthritis and the inflammation has caused an impingement.
I have to work around that motherfucker everyday.
Looks like our VA over here is getting the plasma platelet enrichment machine all set up and people certified for PRP therapy. Fingers crossed for January, Ive been waiting on that

@MarkNV how thick was that needle? i'm assuming they injected cortisone in there? if so lay off for a while so you don't cause more damage

One catheter 2 feed needles, one for the Lidocaine one for the Cortisone.
No lifting upper body until Thursday or Friday

years ago i got one in my spine when i had my disc issues. next day i was back in the gym doing monkey bars. very dumb on my part SMH

Thank you brother! Will be back at it in a couple of days, and then hopefully 🤞🏻, by the time I am due for the one, the VA will be ready with program they are working on and I will get something better.

we don't listen to our parents, we don't listen to our doctors, we don't listen to the anyone. we are going to do what we want. thats our mentality

but hopefully people realize its not worth it lol. cause you are only setting yourself back more if you realize our bodies are not robots and the older we get the more our bodies fall apart

once you realize that our discs are not replaceable people figure it out fast. unfortunately we cannot replace discs and it won't happen in our lifetime. once you start ruining them then its bad news. i would give up every ounce of muscle to get back a 100% healthy spine. and gravity doesn't help either lol. i'm just glad i discovered hot yoga, it completely changed my life and allowed me to live a normal life. without it then i would be on pain pills for life

Brother man, I totally get it.
I had a major discectomy in L4, L5.
Years of small injuries and small leakages that calcified and then….when they both went, the fresh disc material shoved all of the calcified material straight into that sciatic nerve. You are very smart person and you know exactly what that did to me. It was the most painful experience of my entire life. 55 years at that time, multiple broken bones in my life, multiple surgeries, wounds, but those blown discs were the worst thing I have ever experienced. And I would trade so much to have it back.

Had one of these in my neck, they used a robot. It really helped for a little while. Wish I’d had a picture

But this reminds me of a time I was really sick and my gf took me to the doctor and when I came out she was mad. And later, much later, she said “did she touch you?” Oh man. I wanted to die
