Another day feeling really good in the gym with heaps of energy. Next week I’ll be adding squats and bench press into my workouts and more free weights. I’ve been doing 3km walks each night and staying more active during the day. Was meant to do a 5km walk for mental health awareness or something this morning but wasn’t able to go.

Feeling great again today. When I was doing shoulder press my arms were already fatigued from all the chest stuff before it and my arms were shaking violently on light weights haha.
After workout went for my daily 3km walk then for a 20 minute sauna session.
How often should I be weighing myself and taking photos? Is once a week on the same day at the same time of the day all good?

At 6 iu GH, split 3 iu AM and 3 iu PM to keep blood sugar stable. The 1 mg retatrutide will help appetite, so make sure calories stay high enough for growth.

Rough day but you still got the walk in which helps keep things on track. Skip any extra cardio and focus on sleep tonight before hitting back and bis tomorrow.Didn’t sleep at all last night was up studying the whole night. Was pretty fucked the whole of today. I went to do back n bis but I had 0 energy and everything felt horrible and I only made it through a quarter of the workout. I did do a 9km walk today tho. That's not a bad idea at all. Usually with split routines you want to make sure that you have a lot of experience. If your fatigueing systemically before actual muscle fatigue sets in, try lower the weight a little brother and really focus on mind muscle connection. Dont get too caught up in the mentality of just moving weight, your muscles cant see how much weight your pushing it can only feel it. Lower a slightly and see how you go.PULL DAY

You will get a better average if you weigh everyday and find the middle between your highest and lowest weight for the week.
However, dont become a slave yo the scales brother. Better following progress photos and how you look physically.

Smart move coming back for your workout when your more engaged brother.Went to the gym around 11am and did bench press and pec deck but I was half assing it and struggling to give it 100% so I went off did a 5km walk and adventured along the river and came back 5 hours later and did a proper workout which felt much much better. I’ve been changing up my split a bunch due to trying to find the ‘best’ split but I realised that’s bullshit and now I’ll be sticking to PPL.

Ya bro...vet bills are insane over here. My last dog was sick for the last year and a half of his life. In that time I spent almost 40k on his healthcare. It would add up so quick. He was in ICU for 7 days when he had his first episode and the ICU care was $900 a day. When he came outta the hospital after that week I got a bill for 14k.
I got pet insurance for my 2 dogs now but even that is crazy expensive. Almost $800/month at this point cuz they're 6 and 7 now. But if anything ever happens atleast they're covered completely. I'd hate to be in a position to have to choose money or my dog's life.
My one dog broke his tooth and most people would just get it extracted and he'd have a big hole in his mouth. Cuz I got the insurance my guy got a titanium tooth like the police dogs lol. He's like a rapper now haha

I feel terrible for the people who just can't afford to give them the care they need. What a horrible decision to have to make.
When we lost my guy it was probably the toughest thing I've ever dealt with in my life. He started coughing outta no where and I was racing him to the hospital. I was doing 160kmh on the highway to get there just weaving through traffic. He kept coughing worse and worse in my wife's arms while we were driving and then suddenly he stopped just as we pulled in. I carried him and ran into the hospital and they told me it was too late cuz he was gone..I've lost best friends and I can honestly say nothing hurt as bad as that moment when they told me that and I was just holding him there. Kills me til this day

Today the weights were feeling so light so I decided to up my weights a bit. I was wanting to start off with deadlifts today but I was alone and no one was around and I haven’t done deadlifts in about 2 years so I didn’t wanna fuck the form up and cunt myself for the next couple of weeks, but next pull day I’ll get a trainer or someone to correct my form make sure I’m doing it right. The fucking hanging leg raises were so good, I had to call up Elon musk to gift me a lift back down to earth. I felt so light and I was touching my feet to the top of the pull up rack for the first 3-4 reps of each set.

Rashes? I've been wearing one for 4 years now and never once got a rash. The fabric is really good cuz you can get it wet, like wash it, and it dries in less than 10 mins like it's designed to do.
Your prices are wrong too, unless it's more expensive in aus for some weird reason. In Canada the membership was 500 bux Canadian. So less than a cup of coffee a day.
And inaccurate? Whoops sensors are class leading. There's very few trackers that have better sensors than the whoop at this point. Only the professional level polar stuff and a few Chinese companies.

Next pull day. when I was doing RDL the same trainer came over to me and said I should be doing it with no weight until I can do the full motion and I need to do no weight high reps until then.
