Approved Log Healing Cycle Journal - HGH, BPC157, TB500, GHK-Cu and Retatrutide

EVO Logger
Hey all! After quite a few requests from my first thread I’m finally posting a Log of my Healing Cycle.
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/upcoming-healing-cycle-hgh-bpc-tb.106742/

34 yr old male 84kg 178cm tall, been lifting on & off for 14 years due to injuries & set backs (haven’t trained in 1.5 yrs). Countless months spent with different Physios being consistent with rehab & exercise plans, with little improvement.

Current Injuries:
Both R & L Insertional Achillies Tendonitits
, both with Bursitis. Diagnosed by Physio.
4 month old injury. Got aggravated wearing poor foot wear (slides) whilst carrying a load on an uneven surface, and with work and daily activities it flared up multiple times without healing adequately. Sure enough the other achille started to become symptomatic without any traumatic event/straining it.
R Shoulder SLAP tear. Diagnosed by Sports Dr by MRI. Surgeon discouraged surgery. Over 9 months of Physio.
Happened about 1.5 yrs ago from jumping off a waterfall cliff and not having my arm tucked in, so my arm shot up upon water impact.

Cycle/Peptide & Training History
Only ever did 2 PED cycles, which was back 9 yrs ago (around 25 yrs old). Ever since halfway though my second cycle which was Test & Tren my body has been very susceptible to tendinopathy related injuries. I.e Bilateral Bicep Tendonosis (eventually healed, yrs later), Bilateral Medial Epicondylitis/Golfers Elbow ( L fully healed & R 90%), R Adductor & R hamstring grade 2 tear (never fully healed) were my major injuries.

I admit back then my form, experience, programming and style of training which was always balls to the wall were all leading to a path of injury & set back, but have always wondered why I’m so prone to tendinopathy related injuries with little success rate of overcoming them. I would always book with senior practice Physios & leading Sports Dr’s with all my injuries and always struggled to see any decent progression no matter how consistent I was with the rehab plan or treatment…

Have used BPC 157 & TB 500 before with little success. Although I did question the source.
Have used HGH by itself as well. Which I tolerated well.

Supplements
Last 3 months Beef Bone Broth & Collagen Powder on an empty stomach. Looking at incorporating Zinc as GHK-Cu dose is increased.

Diet
Not tracking calories, but I do have a relatively clean, healthy, consistent diet.
Majority of my meals are based around chicken breast/mince, tuna, extra lean beef mince & steak, with vegetables/salads with low cal sandwiches/wraps. Might eat out/have sweet treats around once or twice a week.

Rehab Exercises
4 weeks ago I recommenced my old Physio rehab exercises for both Achilles & Shoulder Injuries both at home (until I can make going to the gym worth while).
Achilles : 2 variations of body weight calf raise isometric holds.

R Shoulder : 1. Resistance banded scapula exercise. 2. Banded Iso external rotator holds. 3. Banded external rotations. 4. DB row & 5. Resistance band high to low row both focusing on scapula retraction & depression. Currently can’t do a kneeling push up with out aggravating my R shoulder. So focussing on rotator, scapula & upper back/lat exercises & strength.

Now on to the interesting stuff…

1 x 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend from my own source.

From Vendor @UGL OZ
SHOGUN HGH 6 x 100iu kit
SHOGUN BPC 157 5mg x 16
SHOGUN TB 500 2mg x 22

From Vendor @Raptor Labs (order placed awaiting split delivery due to stock)
GHK-Cu 50mg x 3
Retatrutide 20mg x 2

Shogun HGH
All will be Mon - Fri, 5 on, 2 off. Nightly just before bed. Started on 15/09.
Week 1-2 = 2iu
Week 3-4 = 3iu
Week 5 - 31/until I’ve gone through it all = 4iu
Roughly 7.5 months altogether. Probably will end up going 5 iu OR remain at 4iu but 6 on, 1 off?

BPC 157 & TB 500. Starting on 07/10 to let the GH have a head start.
Week 1 (6 days) 20mg BPC 157 / TB 500 Blend

Daily 3.33mg = BPC 1.65mg & TB 1.65
Weekly / (6 days) 20mg = BPC 10mg & TB 10mg
Week 2-3 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.5mg
Weekly BPC 10.5mg & TB 8mg
Week 4-10 Shogun BPC 157 & TB 500. BPC ED split in to 3 pins. TB pinned twice a week.
Daily BPC 1.2mg
Weekly BPC 8.4mg & TB 4mg

Planning to pin above & around each Achille (if it’s not too challenging) Sub Q.
R shoulder Sub Q.

GHK-Cu 5 on, 2 off. Waiting for stock & delivery. Hopefully starting by 13/10. From Raptor Labs.

Week 1 Mon-Tue 1mg each pin. Wed-Fri 1.5mg each pin.
Week 2 Mon-Fri 2mg each pin.
Week 3 Mon-Fri 2.5mg
Week 4-11 Mon-Fri 3mg
Notes: Will dilute a 50mg vial with 4ml Bac & rotate pinning sites upper glute/love handle & let it get to room temp before pinning to avoid the GHK sting that users mention. Will supplement with Zinc. Doses aren’t set, will see how body responds.

Retatrutide. Twice weekly. (Obviously not for any healing benefits, but this combined with the HGH will be nice to lean out especially as we’re in spring here in the Land of Aus). Waiting for delivery. From Raptor Labs.

Week 1-2 Mon & Thu 0.5mg each pin.
Week 3-6 Mon & Thu 1mg each pin.
Week 6-No End Date Yet Mon & Thu 2mg.
Possibly increase to 3mg each pin.
Notes: Doses aren’t set, will see how body responds. From what I’ve read Reta improves insulin sensitivity helping keep blood sugar stable, which will be beneficial with the HGH.

Have ordered a Blood Glucose Monitor, to monitor in a fasted state.

Although this is an extensive healing cycle I’m not trying to get high hopes of a full recovery as my previous injuries have been such a challenge overcoming, but this will be very interesting to see how I respond to all of this.

If there are improvements I may do a second repeat cycle in early Feb which will be about 5-6 week break minus the HGH.

Always happy to hear feedback or recommendations to make this as beneficial as possible!

Every injury you listed ends in -itis. Are you chronically inflamed? How’s your stomach? You can eat like a goat, or you have digestion issues, gassy all the time, etc?

When I was getting injured a the time my stomach was wrecked. My body was wracked with inflammation. Everything inflamed me.

I strongly suspect the root of your problems are here. Maybe you have some vices like vaping, that can do it. Maybe you had a long round of strong antibiotics and now your stomach isn’t right and it’s caused a cascade of inflammation through your body.

If you think I’m onto something, I would start with an elimination diet. That was the strongest lever I pulled. I also did phase in all of the peptides and gh just like you, but that was later. It just happened in that timeline, as I was figuring it out on my own. Look into VIP peptides as well.

Curious what you think. My doctors and PTs didn’t have much for me about the root of my issues. If I’d left it to them I wouldn’t be where I am today, and I think you feel the same. I think the bpc could do a lot for you. Everything honestly. You’re going to make this a log, right?

welcome to the EVO family :D @Andy C thank you for sharing!
This setup looks solid, Andrew. You’ve clearly done your homework and laid out a smart, organized healing cycle. The mix of HGH, BPC, TB, and GHK-Cu covers every angle of tissue recovery, while the retatrutide addition should help manage composition and inflammation nicely. Your dosing looks balanced, and spacing it out gives your body time to adapt instead of flooding it right away. I like that you’re planning to track blood glucose too since HGH and Reta together can shift that a bit.

Now that you’re logging it officially, keep the weekly structure consistent with injury feedback, recovery notes, and any visual or performance changes. It’ll help others following along and let us fine-tune things as you go. Make sure you include any rehab pain ratings, step counts, and sleep changes in your updates so we can see how your body is handling the compound stack and workload.

Interesting take.
I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle, don’t have any medical issues/significant medical history or allergies/intolerances that I’m aware of. Haven’t vaped/smoked nor have I taken antibiotics any longer than what was prescribed which might’ve been 7-10 days max.
In terms of stomach & digestion there’s nothing I can report on there that stands out - there’s no food groups or meals that causes GI upset.

Other than an elimination diet, are there any ways or tests that I could look in to what you may be suggesting?
welcome to the EVO family :D @Andy C thank you for sharing!

Depending how I tolerate the GHK I may eventually bump it up to 4mg or increase the frequency as I’ll be finished with the BPC & TB 2 weeks before the GHK. I have read of users breaking out with pimples with excessive use, so will just have to see how I go.

Now that I’ve started a log I will be posting updates as I go along.
Besides melatonin & magnesium glycinate which I take before bed I don’t take anything else.
No digestive supplements what so ever. If I was training seriously again and was focusing on nutrition I probably would, but currently don’t see a need to. Unless you might think I’ll benefit from doing so?

@Andy C good to see this start to the log. reta is a great drug. you will lean out on it but make sure you are aware the first 4-5 weeks could get tough with sides
I wasn’t planning on using it, but heard a lot of good things about it and was already ordering it for the gf so I thought why not lol. With the hgh I feel it’ll be a great combo.
I just wish I had decent muscle mass to show for it once I lean out haha

just be aware with reta the rebound is very real when you come off. a lot of people end up gaining everything back. make sure your gf listens to the podcast we did on it so she can plan for all that

Other than an elimination diet, are there any ways or tests that I could look in to what you may be suggesting?
Well. It’s good that the things that caused my issues are not what are getting you! But the only other things I can think of are inflammation blood tests like c reactive protein, but I don’t think that’s going to be definitive at all. And that’s genetic testing, but I haven’t had that done and I don’t know what to look for. Maybe you just really really went hard and didn’t get enough recovery and continuously irritated your tendons and joints. If that’s the case, your peptide stack might help way way more than it did for me 🤞

@Andy C wishing you a speedy recovery!

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Sounds good, easing into GHK that way makes sense and lets you see how your skin reacts before pushing dose or frequency. Once the BPC and TB finish you’ll know exactly how much the GHK adds on its own.
Probiotics keep gut bacteria balanced which helps absorb nutrients better and keeps digestion smooth. Digestive enzymes help break down food so you actually use more of what you eat for recovery and muscle gain. Psyllium husk keeps things regular and supports gut health when food volume and protein are high. You have to add them to your stack :D

just be aware with reta the rebound is very real when you come off. a lot of people end up gaining everything back. make sure your gf listens to the podcast we did on it so she can plan for all that
Yeah, I have read that from other users. We both have a healthy lifestyle & keep each other accountable, so shouldn’t be too much of an issue for us, once we do eventually come off. Will bare that in mind though
If that’s the case, your peptide stack might help way way more than it did for me 🤞
Was interesting reading your post nonetheless though, and have wondered previously if there was a root cause to it all. Time will tell 🤞
@Andy C lets see how you do on this one man. hopefully you can get some solid results. this healing stack is something a lot of people can copy if it works good for u
Thanks, really hoping so to, after the amount of time and money I’ve spent on all of this! If only it was the one injury I could inject it with BPC am & pm and at a higher dose to make it more beneficial… but again time will tell

bros you looking solid. i like the hard work you doing. keep pushing the workouts. it is paying off your upper body is smoking! @Andy C
Unfortunately thats an older photo right before I did my R shoulder in 2023.
I did carefully have to work around my previous adductor & hamstring injury, but at one point my legs were my strongest point

Cheers,

Andrew C :)
@Andy C nice start to the log. Glad to have you here kn evo brother.

Update

So currently on week 4 of HGH which is 3iu 5 on 2 off, next week I’ll be increasing to 4iu.
Have woken up twice in the last 2 weeks with slight pins & needles in one of my hands - I am a side/stomach sleeper which may have contributed to it, but wouldn’t be surprised if it was from the growth. (Don’t re call getting the numbness the first time I was on it back in 2017 when I worked my way up to 5iu). Other than that haven’t noticed any adverse sides.

Nutrition has been has been going good as well. Have noticed in the last 2 weeks that I rarely ever get sugar cravings or wanting to eat crap. In the last 5 weeks since cleaning up my diet, I have dropped a bit of body fat.

Still being consistent with my rehab exercises as listed in my first post. Have introduced banded face pulls. Will start going to the gym in the next week to try to progress on to cables instead of the banded exercises. Have slowly increased the load/reps/sets & isometric holds on my current exercises.

Reta arrived from @Raptor Labs yesterday which I started last night at 0.5mg. Didn’t experience any adverse sides. Will be taking it twice a week at 0.5mg for the next 2-3 weeks.

Decided to push back the BPC & TB until next week so I can start the GHK at the same time once it arrives.

please post touchdow pics of the retatrutide @Andy C :D
Everything looks dialed in with the HGH increase lined up perfectly for week 5. Mild tingling can show the peptide is active, so stay at 3iu a bit longer if it worsens before moving to 4iu, and your 5-on 2-off split is ideal for recovery and IGF response.

Diet and consistency clearly show, and it’s smart spacing the BPC, TB, and GHK start so you can track each compound’s effect. Keep the rehab and new cable work steady since that progression in load and control will pay off once you move back into heavier training.

Was going to post one once the GHK arrives early next week, but can do them separately when I get a chance.

Also to note

Yesterday I did 3kg DB floor press 3 x 8 which I felt slightly aggravated it, R shoulder is currently a 3/10 which is annoying. It really doesn’t like any pushing movements. But good to know where it’s at before I start the BPC, TB & GHK.

As a comparison from pushing to pulling/rowing, I’m currently doing strict & controlled DB rows 12-15 x 3 15kg.

Last year under the guidance of my physio I had worked up to 28kg DB floor press & 18.5kg BB landmine press with full ROM and my shoulder was feeling strong, but re injured it at work and was never able to get it back to where it was.

Will continue to focus on working on my rotators, scapula, upper back & lats for another 2 weeks before before trying the DB floor press again at an even reduced load. Also will introduce a Wall Slide - Shoulder Flexion Stretch exercise which should help in that end ROM of a press/when arm is extended out.

Good call testing that load before the BPC, TB, and GHK start since now you have a clear baseline. Drop the DB floor press to 2.5 kg for sets of 10 to 12 just to see the stress and stick with the DB rows at 15 kg for 3x15 focusing on each rep.

Add wall slides too see if you can do them in the warm up.

An old pic from 2023 before I injured my shoulder.

Update

On week 5 of HGH at 4iu. Thankfully haven’t experienced any hand tingling other than those 2 times. Received the GHK-Cu yesterday, which I started last night & tolerated well. Slight site discomfort but nothing like what some users have mentioned.

Tonight I’ll start with the BPC & TB blend that I only have 1 vial of.

I arranged what days I’ll be pinning what, which I’m dreading just how frequently I’ll be pinning myself daily. Just like I have been so far, I’ll continue using the insulin syringes 29 G x 13mm.

13/10 Mon - HGH 4iu, GHK 1mg
Tue - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites (3.33mg), HGH 4iu, GHK 1 mg
Wed - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites, HGH 4iu, GHK 1.5mg
Thu - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites, HGH 4iu, GHK 1.5mg, Reta 0.5mg
Fri - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites, HGH 4iu, GHK 1.5mg
Sat - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites
Sun - BPC & TB Blend 1.11mg x 3 sites, Reta 0.5mg

From next week until the completion of this cycle minus the HGH it will look like this.

20/10 Mon - BPC x 3, HGH, GHK
Tue - BPC x 3, HGH, GHK, TB
Wed - BPC x 3, HGH, GHK,
Thu - BPC x 3, HGH, GHK, Reta,
Fri - BPC x 3, HGH, GHK
Sat - BPC x 3, TB
Sun - BPC x 3, Reta

Although generally speaking mixing peptides isn’t recommended, I have read of users drawing BPC & TB together and BPC & GHK together in the same syringe without any issues, which I’m thinking of doing. Obviously being careful when drawing out of the second vial, but would this be okay to minimise the amount of daily injections?
(If I didn’t have 3 different injury sites I would’ve stuck with a blend or used GLOW blend)

Nutrition has been going good. All of last week I stuck with all my meal prep and planned meals & didn’t give in or have any cravings for junk food/sweets what so ever.

Also been consistent with rehab exercises. Have finally been back in the gym and done two sessions so far which went well. Will be going again tonight.

Wall Slide shoulder flexion stretch
Cable external rotations 4 x 8 lowest weight at 4.5kg
Cable internal rotations 3 x 6 4.5kg
Cable High to low rows 4 x 8 6kg
Cable rope face pulls 3 x 8 6kg
Bench DB Row 3 x 10 12kg (need to find better set up, as I found myself more stable at home)

Uni Iso calf raise 3 x 45s 8kg
Uni Iso wall calf raise 3 x 1 min

Will do this every second day at the gym and slowly try to progressively load. The R shoulder has been a 2-3/10 after each gym session, which is what my old physio said was acceptable and nothing higher. Depending how the injuries feel on the alternating days I may do some exercises at home.

@Andy C I'm excited to see how this stack works for you. i haven't used ghk yet. and i'm paying close attention to all of you on here using it with tb and bpc

but would this be okay to minimise the amount of daily injections?
If I understand the question correctly (sorry its past midnight and brains slowing down), you essentially asking if ok to mix BPC, TB and GHK from 2 different vials?
- No issues in mixing these peptides together. There is many stacks, such as GLOW, with all 3 in one vial
- To keep your injection needle sharp, consider back filling the syringe instead of sticking needle into 2 vials then into you. This way also, you can preload all the weekly injections you need

Wishing you a speedy recovery brother 🙏

this is some simple but obvious advice. i'm not a fan of mixing peptides. they are so damn fragile as it is @Raptor Labs

cable rope face pulls. almost read that as doing jump rope lol. that sounds like something maybe you can do as well since you like rope so much? @Andy C

On some mixing of peptides. There are a few pill and cream forms of TB500 and BPC157. But usually I'd avoid
Yeah agreed, especially with the injuries that I have. By the time it gets absorbed and gets to the injury wouldn’t be worth it.
@Andy C I'm excited to see how this stack works for you. i haven't used ghk yet. and i'm paying close attention to all of you on here using it with tb and bpc
Likewise, I do have a stubborn body when it comes to injuries, but with a stack like this along with rehab, it surely has to be in my favour for once. Also will be interesting to see how my skin and slight blemishes I have, respond or change.

Yeah bro asking exactly that.
Perfect, thought that would’ve been fine given that there are blends/GLOW available, thought I’d ask on here just in case though.
I’ll see how it feels injecting, will resort to that if it doesn’t pierce the skin as smoothly as it should.
Thanks again for the orders bro

I have a lot of love for this stack too, until it comes time pinning myself 3-6 times a day 🤪

Haha after re-reading that I don’t blame you. Knowing my bad luck, I’ll probably aggravate my Achilles I’m trying to rehab, so I’ll pass on the jump rope for now lol

Thanks for the confirmation, will save myself a couple less injections per week doing so.

Update

Finishing up on week 5 of HGH I have noticed in the last week or 2 an increase of overall muscle size, slightly more prominent on my upper back, which would make sense given the pulling exercises. Not feeling tired or fatigued throughout the day from the growth. I’ve always had good sleep especially with the Melatonin & Magnesium Glycinate I take before bed, so no changes there.

Since recommencing my rehab about 6 weeks ago for the R shoulder & both Achilles, I’ve progressively loaded in all exercises.

Achilles feel almost the same, perhaps a slight reduction in the amount of flare ups, which is right at the Achilles Insertion point, on the heel bone.

Although shoulder & back exercises have progressed in load, the shoulder feels the same - which is discomfort/pain deep in the R front delt especially in flexion/ arm extended out.
I.e after doing 8 reps of a Wall Slide Shoulder Flexion Stretch the front R delt goes up to a 5/10, bare in mind it’s only a wall slide stretching movement going from chest to above head height.

So in saying that I’ve slightly restructured the rehab exercises to work on that shoulder flexion weakness & as a progression for the Achilles. I will alternate the gym & home based sessions day to day.
If the pain score for an injury is above 3/10, I’ll obviously listen to my body and either work around or not do any exercises for that injury on that day. I’ll stick with this for 3-4 weeks and change if needed.

Gym based
Bi Shoulder flexion ER Banded 3 x 6-8
Cable External Rotations 3 x 8-12
Cable Internal Rotations 3 x 8-12
Will alternate - High to Low Cable Rows with Neutral D Lat Pull Down 3 x 8-12
Cable Rope Face Pull 3 x 8-12
Bench DB Row 3 x 8-12
Uni Iso Calf Raise 3 x 30s-60s
Uni Seated floor Calf Raise 3 x 8-12
Uni Leg Extension 4 x 10

Home based
Bi Shoulder Flexion with banded ER 3 x 6-8
DB Lying External Rotations 3 x 6-8
Banded 90 Neutral Internal Rotation 3 x 6-8
Wall Slide - Shoulder Flexion Stretch 2 x 4
Uni Iso Calf Raise 2 x 30s-60s
Uni Seated floor Calf Raise 3 x 8-12

Thankfully back when I was seeing my shoulder physio, I had screen shotted from the physio app the exercises that got prescribed to me. There were plenty of others that I didn’t take screen shots of, which I do remember and using them currently. The exercises highlighted are being used currently.

Only started recording my rehab sessions from the 09/10, but here it is so far. I’ll post an updated version weekly, so it’s easier for everyone to see the progression of load.

Strong day today. The visible size increase after 5 weeks on GH confirms it is working well, do you measure blood sugar?

Good structure on the alternating rehab sessions for the shoulder and Achilles, the plan is legit, but watch the pain that can be serious if you train and feel pain there.

Two updates which both aren’t in my favour..

I’ve got 3 slight lumps from where I’ve injected BPC in the Achilles area where it feels like it hasn’t been absorbed sub q. Two of them are slightly red and warm to touch, obviously aren’t good signs. Hoping it passes within a few days - a week. No lumps in the R shoulder.

The first week with the BPC & TB blend I was injecting 16iu and now with just the BPC I’m injecting 12iu per 1 site.

I have been rotating injection sites on the Achilles from above & below the ankle and on either side of each Achille/ankle. I’ve been using new insulin needles for every injection, as well as using good hygiene practice. Also for the Achilles post injection I give it a light rub to try to direct it to the injury site.

I’ve done many sub q injections before and this has never happened.
As there’s barley any fat for a sub q injection around the Achilles/ankle I will admit I have been injecting at a slightly less angle of 45 degrees as I didn’t want to poke anything I wouldn’t want to poke, which may be the cause here.

Although I was hoping to inject as close to the injury site as possible, I’ll start injecting a bit higher around my calf where I’m able to squeeze on to a bit more fat where I won’t be hesitant to go on the 45 degree angle.

Also another annoying update, but I’ve aggravated my R shoulder 2 days ago at work.

Usually when it flares up like this, it takes around week to get it back where it was. In the last 2 days, majority of the time it’s been a 2-3/10 even resting, so haven’t done any shoulder rehab since.
Been having 200mg Celebrex an anti inflammatory with food which does give relief once a day.
Possibly tomorrow I might try 2-3 sets of light banded external & internal rotations only and see how it feels the following day.

Not the update I was hoping to give after things had been going so smoothly..
Hopefully both settle down by the end of the week

Those lumps sound like mild irritation from shallow injection, moving the pins higher into calf tissue with more fat is the right call.

Shoulder flare will calm fast if you keep anti inflammatory dosing steady and wait a few days before testing light band work again.

@Andy C Those lumps could just be some tissue irritation, man. Basically, your body's having a reaction. It doesn't really understand why you stuck it with something and injected something. The thing with tissue irritation is it can take a long time to get better. 7 to 10 days.

Keep an eye on what's going on here. If it gets worse and worse, you might want to take a trip to the doctor and have them take a look. Just be honest with them and say you did an injection and this is what happened. @Andy C

@Andy C Listen to your body on this. If the injections are not going well then it's time to try a different strategy. Maybe inject in a different spot but try to be close.

We definitely don't want to see you going through this type of issue. Although it's important to take care of yourself and use these peptides at the end of the day, if they're doing more harm than good in this situation, then you need to try something else. Maybe do tb500 and your stomach fat instead. @Andy C

Agreed, reluctant in having them but they’re beneficial when needed. R shoulders feeling a bit better now, slowly getting back to how it was.

Yeah, feels like that’s what it is from not going deep enough. Thankfully they haven’t progressed, so hoping they’ll slowly go down over the next week.

Most definitely, none of them have progressed or been more symptomatic, so hoping this is the peak of it, for them to slowly dissipate.

Bro honestly, I had done 4 pins prior right around my ankle, 2 of those pins being below my ankle and although it was sensitive it absorbed well and didn’t have issues.

Go slow lets see if you can go back into it :D just make sure you don't overdo it.

@Andy C levs got ya covered here. It should settle out in a couple days

Update

The 3 lumps around the Achilles are less prominent & thankfully the 2 that were red and warm to touch have settled down.

Since pinning higher up at the calf where I could squeeze on to more fat 3 out of 4 pins went well, but 1 resulting in a minor lump (no where near as prominent or irritated as the other ones).

As I was getting frustrated with the lumps, last night I pinned lower quad/ right above the knee which went well, although not ideal being further away from the injury site.

Moving forward, I’ll rotate between calf and lower quad and asses from there..

Absolute worst case scenario if I still have issues, I’ll stick to the lower quads, as I’ve previously done sub q injections there without any issues before and can’t keep risking having these unsuccessful pins.

Besides that, thankfully everything else I’ve been tolerating well, even the GHK as I upped it this week as planned to 2mg 5 days on 2 off, no adverse sides what so ever.

R shoulder has almost settled down after aggravating it at work earlier this week.

Yeah most definitely, appreciate the support & guidance from not only him but everyone else. Being a new member, I’m glad I started this log as I was reluctant at first starting one

Good update, sounds like the pin rotation higher on the calf fixed most of the irritation and that was smart moving to the quad temporarily. Keep rotating spots and stay with small volumes to avoid site buildup. Though im an anti quad pin guy you know that right? :P

Glad the shoulder settled and GHK is running smooth at 2 mg, solid adjustment. :D
EVO family supports you, lets get this back in order as much as you can. @Andy C

Started week 7 of HGH & week 3-4 of everything else. This week both GHK & Reta are being marginally increased, both by 0.5mg per pin as planned.

27/10 Mon - BPC 0.5mg x 3, HGH 4iu, GHK 2.5mg
Tue - BPC 0.5mg x 3, HGH 4iu, GHK 2.5mg, TB 4mg
Wed - BPC 0.5mg x 3, HGH 4iu, GHK 2.5mg
Thu - BPC 0.5mg x 3, HGH 4iu, GHK 2.5mg, Reta 1mg
Fri - BPC 0.5mg x 3, HGH 4iu, GHK 2.5mg, TB 4mg
Sat - BPC 0.5mg x 3
Sun - BPC 0.5mg x 3, Reta 1mg

27/10 Fasted blood glucose 5.4mmol/L, which is consistent with my other readings.

Started using the GF to do sub q lateral and rear delt pins on me, to give my front delt a bit of a break.

Unfortunately no real improvements yet with how any of my injuries feel, but it’s still early & I do have another 7-8 weeks remaining of everything except the hgh, which I’ll be on for another 6 months.

Although this very pin resulted in a minor red lump the following day, I took this just for you mate 😁

What, really!?
To me, my first few injections when I was pinning right next to the ankle in a small fold of skin was more hardcore lol, as opposed to where I pinned in the calf sub q as pictured.

Pain is no different to any of the other 4 or so pins I do a night 🥲

That's impressive. I once tried to pin my calf to get "bigger" back in my alcoholic days, LOL! :P it was horrible, but that was oil and im @Andy C
