I think you’re right on the mark with the over volume approach. I think I get very attached to performance markers and an ugly grind that creates some risk

I will give the pull-ups another go, I was doing weighted pull-ups prior to this injury +20lbs no problem. Once the last of the sensitivity departs, we will see

General cutting macros when not on a refeed day sit at 220p, 150-160c, 50ish fat. Pretty loose on exact macros with the attention being on overall LESS, while keeping the protein clean and with limited unnecessary fats.
Go slow with all training, those injuries can be for life @Farmboy

Wow a lot of really intereRing movement selection here. Definitely a far from typically workout. Is this something you normally run or you just doing it because you're nursing that injury?

30 minutes elliptical at 130bpm is perfect for recovery pace, that’s a strong finish. :D

Nice job on the cable curls and standing long stretch partials and then finishing out with cardio is fantastic. Elliptical is pretty good. I would much rather see you doing some outdoor exercises or maybe some swimming. @Farmboy

@Farmboy I like the standing long stretch partials. Definitely know what you mean by them feeling great. Make sure you get a nice stretch afterwards too that will make you feel even better.

A mix, hitting front delt, chest and bic like a typical push day minus pressing to leave the shoulder alone

I’m learning how to better isolate the chest now that I’m better set up with equipment. I feel the stretch today so I know I did a good job 😂

Bro I feel you. I ended up having to get surgery on my 1 shoulder. It's a very complicated joint and very susceptible to injury. The range of motion makes it a bitch ass joint lol. So hard to train around too. Especially when you love to get after it. Just calm that inner beast of yours and try to ease back into stuff. Definitely nothing overhead for a month or two atleast bro

Hahaha this got me. I myself am a huge fan of sausages too, the old man always made plenty of different types growing up as he keen hunter. But yes as much as it keeps the spirits up the ldl is lurking there too.

Yeah my dad still makes plenty. Makes heaps of venison ones too as he is a mad deer hunter, they're a lot leaner type of meat too which is a bonus, not sure on the protien levels though.

Well atleast you got great job security and benefits right. Most of us are stuck working a job. Not many people get to do something they love for a living. I'm of the mindset to grind it out while I'm young enough and then transition to something fun part time later on when I can relax a bit.

A really solid day that despite being a little lower on the calories, the reintroduced clen plus strategic carb usage led to a very satisfying workout. No shoulder pain at all but I stayed away from the laying skullcrushers and pullovers to not risk taxing the joint with exercise that have cause troubles in the past.

Things are busy these days, I followed this boards advice from my previous log and had rolled in 50mg clomid, 1000iu vitamin e and 1500iu weekly hcg and got the missus pregnant while still on my maintenance dose of test. These appointments will become more frequent I am told but it is what it is

You should keep vitamin e in your stack on going - it has alot of benefits at 500iu daily
 
In the span of essentially six weeks, that protocol took me from an almost invisible line on a swimmer test to a solid one. Amazon quality but the results were there.

Clomid was 50mg eod I should mention, any more and I develop……feelings lol

About 45-60 min resistance training and 20-40mim cardio. Today I’m at work so it was 50 min work gym and tonight it’ll be 20 on the elliptical at home. Cardio is brutal after 14hrs out of the house but it’s gotta be done

This is still the cut into health phase. I’m optimistic for my next bulk mid January. Hopefully test eq for 20weeks

Fuck I bet it is bro! Hardcore doing it at the gym too.. I don't think I could manage it. I used to worry about this all the time before I lifted consistently, there's a ton of weird misinformation around cardio and lifting, I wasted so much time on it for some reason, seems real dumb now 😂 I basically separated the two and it's been working well. I wanted to have mornings cardio heavy and lifting in the afternoon or evening. I tried to lift in the morning two days this week and I was at half-steam, it was a real struggle.. could only do 5 minutes on the stairmaster and usually can knock out 10 as a warmup no problem. Energy was low even though I was happy to be there and keen to work.

I'd imagine your mornings are pretty hectic but why I do it that was is I'd get a massive energy boost doing cardio in the morning.. even my morning walks give me energy all day. I also think the majority of the weight I lost over the last ten weeks is thanks to fasted cardio.

Is this your first kid bro? The first two years is pretty full on ;)
 
Mostly lean gains right? Not a lot of mass like Deca or Dbol?
It a long slowing process but lean gains, and keep able gains where it's at.

I get that for sure, timing is always a nightmare and especially as a shift worker. Balance is a killer until you make it work for you like with your fasted cardio

I haven’t but I’ve found myself to be a tricky aromatizer so my hope is to use a second compound like EQ to assist in managing estro based off bloods while still providing some lean contributions

I’m planning on heading into it lean and prepped with the only complicating factor being low level hcg usage to maintain some testicular function/size. This usage makes estro somewhat harder to deal with at times

20minutes on the elliptical, resistance lvl 10, bpm 155-160. This was a slog for sure but got it done. I predict the same tonight

Now I’m looking to maintain some swimmers. They surely won’t enjoy nearly a gram of gear but I wanna give them some support so I don’t need to start from scratch again

Hmm interesting man, I might give it a go. I walk a lot but only do stairmaster for ten minutes at the gym cardio wise but want to ramp it up a bit. I like the idea of the elliptical, seems like that would be a lot better for your knees and ankles.

It’s saves my knees and hips especially. I’ve got old work injuries and the elliptical is painless in terms of skeletal function
