Been crook at work for the last few days but still been doing some light cardio to get the steps in, feeling almost good now so will do a light weights session tomorrow

@codezzz definitely hit the weights hard. If you don't feel good the first few sets, you can always back off a little bit.

Bent over T bar rows
Set 1, 60kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 70kg, 15 reps
Set 3 - 4, 75kg, 10 reps

Lat pulldown machine
Set 1 - 4, weight 68, 12 reps

Reverse pec deck
Set 1 - 4, weight stack 6, 15 reps

Back extension
Set 1 - 4, 10kg, 15 reps

Shrugs
Set 1 - 4, weight 70kg, 18 reps

At a new site and the gym here.. well I wouldnt call it a gym, most hotels have bigger weights and more cardio equipment then this site, so all ive been doing here since Tuesday is just walking around the camp doing a few body weight activities to keep Mobile,

Farkkkk cant wait to get home and get stuck into the weights again

you just need to do natty stuff 200 push ups, 200 squats, planks and so on :D @codezz
