You can set a goal to definitely get stronger.

A strong back will mean growth.

Barbell rows, and pull down machines are really good for the upper and mid back.
 
Make sure you're not putting too much stress on your shoulders.

Very easy to do that when you're doing these types of splits.

Some slightly older kid in the indoor play centre was bit rough with my young bloke , a couple of times. On the last occasion where he hit him. I said to the mum who witnessed and to her credit told the boy off. I said “ whatever your son does next to my boy I’m gunna do to his dad (who was sitting to the side)
