This is roughly what I eat at work, some days it's slightly different just depends what's on offer,

But a rough guide is below

4 x eggs
1 cup rice


1 cup rice
1 chicken breast
Lil sauce


1 cup rice
1 chicken breast
Lil sauce


2 protein water

2 steamed potatoes
1 x steak
Various veg


Protein 180
Fat 80
Carb 250

Calories are around 1900 - 2100 just depends on what is cooked for dinner, sometimes ill opt for a curry at work or some roast beef or roast pork, just dends on how im feeling at the time

But as I said it's a rough guide any way, also i like my fruit but I'm fussy with it also, if there's no good water melon or pink lady apples then it's non for me ill wait till I get home

Warm-up 20kg, 10 reps
Warm-up # 2, 30kg, 8 reps

Rear delt reverse pec deck

Seated Front raises

Cable Side raises
Set 1 - 4, 7.25kg, 15reps


Barbell shrugs
Set 1 - 4, 80kgs, 20reps

Was gonna have a rest night last night but went to the gym instead and I'm having tonight off so rest day

Hahaha I hate the taste of it bro! I did one meal prep with it for you and another evo member and I had to struggle through eating it for 2 days 🤣
