Approved Log Full Body Recomp 2025-2026 Journal

Ok so i have the first set of my latest blood test mid "cycle". Currently on 200mg test cyp, 100mg primo weekly. 20mg Cardarine, 600mg L-carnitine daily. 10mg Tirzepitide weekly, and 3iu hgh 5 days a week. I just added in 20mg anavar a day for the last 7 weeks of this phase.

I am down to 293lbs. That is a total of 90pounds lost from when i started my journey in May. It is not as fast as when i started but ti is still pretty consistent.

Here is my latest blood work. MY lipid panel should be coming soon.

Just checking in.

Last time on Nov 11 i was 293. This morning i weighed in at 286.5. I have been pushing really hard. And am starting to feel worn out again.

I have heard about something called skip loading, and was just wondering what everyone's opinion was on it. I think the once a week increasing my carb intake would really help. Because i can feel that this week, it was harder to workout. I am wondering if it is because my glycogen is so depleted?

Before i was stacking tirz and reta, but i decided to switch back to tirz only. The main reason was that in some people the reta effects sleep. I had been struggling with waking at like 3am. Cutting it out i think has really helped. I am sure it was just one thing of many that was effecting my sleep but it was the easiest thing to cut out and still progress.

Good check in and dropping from 293 to 286.5 shows your push is working but that worn out feeling is exactly what happens when carbs stay low too long. @PurposeBuilt

A weekly high carb day will help refill glycogen and make training feel stronger again, we call it refeed.
and staying on tirzepatide only is fine if sleep improved because rest matters more than stacking both

give us your retatrutide and sleep feedback more details please @PurposeBuilt

I had originally had tirzepitide 10mg that is what I my dr i had titrated me to before i went out on my own with all of this back when i was paying an arm and a leg for Zepbound. My original plan was to switch to reta, so i did 7.5 tirz and 2 reta, and then 5T and 4R, i went down as far to 3T and 6R, but I really lost all food noise suppression, and it was alot harder to stick to my diet. So i then seperated each by 3 days and did 6T and 6R. Still it was not what i was looking for.

I am pretty confident in the Reta, but i heard that it just might not work as well for someone coming off a high dose of Sema or Tirz.

Also as soon as I started Reta, my sleep slowly got worse. I thought it was the trt, and then maybe the deficit, I actually lowered the trt dose for a couple weeks with no changes.

I started take Melatonin i tried 1mg, 5mg, 10mg, i added magnesium, glycine, ashwagandha. I stopped caffeine after 2pm. Even with all those changes i kept waking at 3am.

Finally I read a couple times that reta can effect sleep on a few people. I figure some one doing all i am doing is likely to be a candidate. I have been off Reta for two weeks now and this week i have actually been sleeping till my alarm at 5am. It has been so nice. I am hope this sticks.

I doubt it was the reta alone, but it was something easy i could change and still achieve my goals.

You made the right call going back to tirz because sleep fixing itself after dropping the reta means your body handles tirz cleaner. Hunger control also locked back in on tirz so stay with the compound that actually keeps food noise down for this phase. @PurposeBuilt
I found GLP1s can impact everyone different, so I'm not surprised but you would say this is an actual retatrutide side? sleep issue?

Careful with melatonin at higher doses too, I take 5mg and thats on the higher side - it can actually have the opposite effect as you go higher

This is an amazing anecdotal log update that should be put in the Reta thread. I mean it this is amazing analysis of how GLP-1's affect certain people differently. The myriad of different combinations you went through is a great evidence on both dosing and compound selection for others to know not to just give up on GLP1's before they've found what works for them.

I think it was definitely the Reta because it can be a side effect of the wrong GLP1 for certain people. I'm super happy you got this figured out and can stick with the Tirz bro! Nothing is worse than having sleep issues it's the game changer for all of us when that gets fucked up.

Again, great breakdown of what you went through to get here.
