- OMAD is sitting much better with me vs. 2MAD even with the carbs added. Haven't been doing it long enough to speak on bowel regularity but psyllium, digest gold, ACV are all maxed out still.
- The rib steak causes a forest fire in my BBQ while the flank just sits there cooking normally; rib vs. flank is a nice yin and yang LOL
