The gym is way too full after school and work for people who go after work.So I’ve attempted to get up and train looks like I need to leave at 4 am get back bung the wife and kids in the car get to mates fire a lift at 5:30 am……..failing this I will be going around 8/8:30 pm for a while or possibly try 4pm today I do not like over crowded gyms full of half hearted training
