You should get into medical tourism bro. My parents go to veitnam every year and have full sets of teeth implants, was like $4k US for the lot. I got quoted $5k for one implant in Australia. I used to go there to raid the pharmacies, can buy any steriods over the counter to, like Rimobolan, no shortage of that in the atcual pharmaceutical industry. And gentropin pens, whatever...
Yeah that's big in Aus hey... Not surprising given how much of a rip off everything is here!

I'm running both for fat loss. HGH for an exogenous source and mk677 for endogenous production all day. Do you know about mk677 I could write an article on that easy, it's not really a peptide it works amazing.

the low calories are good, you should cycle up and down a bit, so your body can do a bit of a shock, helps long term results

Low carb gets you really insulin sensitive, then you carb up and your muscles look huge.

I remember back in 2008 doing Keto and then on Christmas Day said fuck it and I ate anything I wanted including a whole plate of all the desserts that were options.... 3-4 hours later I was stone hard, I mean like a rock and had vascularity and an 'at rest' pump like I never had. Funny thing is I had no idea why or what was going on... I didn't know shit back then about insulin and went to bed wondering if something was in the food LOL.

TKD yes its possible, but lets get to that slowly.
Your carbs can come around training thats basically TKD. targeted ketogenic diet , you target the carbs around training.

I love waking up and having an out loud laugh to start my day. I am a "prepper" and have weapons and food/water for 3 months for the family in the house. Also weapons strategically placed throughout the house if needed. For my birthday this year one of my gifts from her was a pretty kickass machete which hangs with sheath unsnapped ready to go :ROFLMAO:. This is not the house to try and loot during an apocalypse LOL. She embraces my type of crazy but also keeps me in check too. I have found the girl I both want and need, I'm lucky.

I found a place in Ottawa, Ontario here that does DEXA scans and I'm going to look into it, it doesn't seem too expensive either to get one done out of pocket if you don't go through our provincial insurance and have to wait a year.

I love waking up and having an out loud laugh to start my day. I am a "prepper" and have weapons and food/water for 3 months for the family in the house. Also weapons strategically placed throughout the house if needed. For my birthday this year one of my gifts from her was a pretty kickass machete which hangs with sheath unsnapped ready to go :ROFLMAO:. This is not the house to try and loot during an apocalypse LOL. She embraces my type of crazy but also keeps me in check too. I have found the girl I both want and need, I'm lucky.

Thanks @ceo I'll accept that compliment with open arms! It's according to my Renpho scale so likely is inaccurate. I found a place in Ottawa, Ontario here that does DEXA scans and I'm going to look into it, it doesn't seem too expensive either to get one done out of pocket if you don't go through our provincial insurance and have to wait a year.

The experiment: In our pursuit to see if peptides can be combined in the same slin pin will HGH combined with these four other peptides remain intact and spike my IGF-1 accordingly? This will test the stability of all peptides are not degraded and the amino acid chains aren't broken down. This is an n=1 experimental study and I'll be doing more with other peptides as well in an effort to start a megathread regarding peptides mixing results.

Yeah my dr told me she had all this added to my blood work just to find out after I get my results it wasn’t tested for. So now I have to go back and get extra blood done.

Only things that weren’t tested was igf1 and cystatin c

Doctors are, in general, full of shit and this is another example. You have to specifically tell them to add those tests. Even if they don't know what it is you just say "I know what it is and it's my body and I want it tested, I'll pay for it" and make them write it. Literally spell it for their dumbasses if you have to.

It healed HarleyGirls menopause hip pain in about 3 weeks. I’m not gonna stop yet until about 12 weeks to really get the collagen shuttled in there and the repair finished. The tb/bpc really seems to go next level with the GHK-Cu which is the collagen uptake beast and then KPV is like an enhanced add-on for anti-inflammatory and tissue healing (and your fave topic - gut health properties too!). So far KLOW is getting a thumbs up from me. It’s working on my lower left back but not on my knee yet I think my knee is beyond peptides.

I dosed her at 1mg/1mg/5mg/1mg ED 5on 2off.

  • I won't be doing my own analysis of my bloods to keep the feedback unbiased but would like comments on e2 and ALT.
  • What I will say is I am VERY happy with the results compared to my bloodwork in August during my blast in which my markers were horrendous and my cholesterol ratio was close to 11.
  • Apologies if you have to zoom in on the .jpg's.
  • Don't fret... the workouts are not being neglected. Been driving, mod'ing and parenting and an update will be posted tomorrow after today's workout. It's a 3-steak OMAD kinda night tonight.
  • TRT 100mg/week started 19Sep (bloods were terrible) after a large 16-week blast.

Correction:

My TRT had been 100mg/week this whole time. Zero else on board. I'm human and did the math in my head wrong half ass.
  • I hadn't been taking 150mg/week but 100mg/week for TRT now that I multiply Nordic Fusion's 325mg Sustaton by 0.3; I was pinning 0.3ml of Nordic Fusion Sust350 once a week and was due for my next shot after I gave blood.

Fact evidence for reference here:
  • N2Guard WORKS and this is PROOF! Overwhelming proof in fact, if you compare to my August bloods before I started N2Guard (see bloods)
  • Nordic Fusion @Fusion Canada Sustanon at 100mg/week provided me with TRT and my T levels are in sync with how my body reacts to that dosing (compared to my Rx pharmacy prescribed TestE)

More evidence to come:
  • IGF-1 results were sourced out to a different lab and results are pending. HGH was pinned WITH 4 other peptides (KLOW) exactly 3 hours before blood drawn so we will see if HGH stays stable when pinned in same syringe with BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV.

  • I hadn't been taking 150mg/week but 100mg/week for TRT now that I multiply Nordic Fusion's 325mg Sustaton by 0.3; I was pinning 0.3ml of Nordic Fusion Sust350 once a week and was due for my next shot after I gave blood.
100mgs/week is actually really low TRT dose and you have really good T levels for it
100mgs is barely replacement for normal test for about 90% of guys in our situation

@HarleyGuy N2guard is definitely a big help. Back in the day they'd always be running out of bottles and be out of stock and I would be in the middle of a cycle and I would freak out. You could definitely feel the difference on or off.

Will post better pics, closer up, with ranges. Yes e2 is 50 range is 55-140. No clue how this is low LOL. And I wanted to run EQ for sure during my next blast too. I might be the first to use Rx e2 cream on cycle (which I have!) :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I'm usually good at reading bloods and determining cause and then treatment for effect. But, I can't for the life of me figure out why my liver ALT is angry at me. Nothing has changed. The 20g creatine ED is being tolerated easy and my creatinine is fine. I'm thinking of doing a bilirubin and GGT maybe, or maybe I'm overthinking one marker that came in 3x on one occasion.

I'm doing 36 hours fasts now and find them super easy now, and just waiting to start my 2026 log with my new blast which I wanna chat about on here and figure out first. There will obviously be no orals in my next cycle except proviron, my liver can suck that up I ain't quittin that and I'll be adding it in as soon as I start my next blast. Liver can eat a dick if it doesn't want proviron that's my baby now!

I'm realizing my self TRT is too low which is good to know, next time will be 150mg's because 100mg's for me keeps me too low.

I switched my trt from 200mg every 10 days to 50mg 4x a week. Found that made a huge difference in keeping my levels stable. I just use a slin pin and stick it wherever. Calf, lat, leg, glute

I see a few issues we need to fix @HarleyGuy and a few thoughts.

kidneys
creatinine 90 with egfr 90 is fine, considering how much protein you take in thats impressive :D

liver
alt is high 126 , start by cutting out the proviron
alp is fine no issues

cholesterol i never worry, as i always say you're a lifter not an old lady

bloods
wbc 3.7 and lymphocytes 3.7 with platelets 147, seems to me maybe you're sick or viral infection or something latent

testosterone
5.8 is a bit low for someone on TRT, you should up your TRT dose double imo
estrogen e2
too low, way too low, i think dropping proviron as i just mentioned in liver part is needed

You have low e2 symptoms? Last blood work I did e2 came back good, then hs e2 came back more than double what I thought.

That alt that high, with n2guard is concerning I think
