Planning to start up next cycle this coming Monday. We're going on a weekend cruise for Christmas vacation today.

I was originally leaning towards test/eq type of cycle but I want to recomp some more. Talked with @HarleyGuy some since weve came from similar starting points and have similar goals in mind.

So I'm going to mimic my previous run with the longer Ester version. Will be running 1:1:1 again. Test E, Mast E, Tren E, 200mg per week pinned at 100mg twice M&F. Also will start with Tbol 40mg per day.

Sounds like a great plan. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it kinda cycle like last time. Let’s go hard on the cardio and dial in macros really tight this time. Post a before shot the day you start and then in a few months you’ll be blown away.

I'm definitely going to give your 1st cycle a go next myself, plan to take a decent health break after this test/eq cycle so probably a pre-summer 8 week blast. Will be interested to see how the longer esters treat you

Id almost be tempted to run the short esters again if a frequent pin schedule is better. Just so it clears out faster at the end.
 
Yeah the Andromix. GP is out of it domestic. Actually most of their domestic stuff is out at the moment surprisingly. If I decide to get the short mix it would be para pharma most likely.

If I do EOD with the long esters I guess it should be 0.5ml each injection to keep it close to the 2ml
@floridaman1984 I am asking out of curiosity, how many sites do you use to pin?
When I added Tren A, I finished at 50mg ED, i used 6 different sites. I loved it but hated it at the same time. After almost 7 weeks, I was over it.
 
If you decide to inject ED, try and use your quads as well.
I think EOD is the max pinning schedule for me. Or a MWF schedule. But I think @LevButlerov is right though. I know the more frequent, the more stable snd less sides. I just hate the pinning Iol. But pinning 0.6ml vs 1ml eod probably will help some also.

Yes even long esters have peaks. EOD for anything keeps it all steady.

No need, but you can finish the cycle in the last 3-4 with the fast esters if you want.
Mainly just 4. Delts and glutes. Ill do the occasional one in my right quad.
Lats are an underrated and safer site than quads are. Try your lats it's awkward at the angle it is but it's a huge muscle group that is neglected as a pin site often.
N2Guard is money well spent

@floridaman1984 bros n2guard is a smart choice. it work good. test, mast and tren all good but they gonna tear up bloods more lol

Me too. Im going to wait another 8 before I start another. At my age, I need 100 percent recovery.
I am cruising on 200mg T cyp right now
Im just going off of my bloodwork. I was prepared to wait longer, but nothing looks to bad. I'm 41 now so still recovering pretty good. Hopefully this round will get me where I want to be. Then ill try the test eq ice been wanting to.
 
Over this last week I've been taking mk677 each night. I'll cut that out until I'm ready to really put on some more size. Stuff definitely increases my appetite. Will make bulking and eating easier later on. I might look into sermorelin or tesamorelin for now. Something that doesn't drive the appetite up.

I get it! I just finished a tren test cycle and I couldn’t believe how the fat melted off and muscle replaced it just as fast. My weight stayed steady, it was great.
Still, I am going to wait a bit longer.

I did love the feeling of being on it as well. I could see how it would be easy for people to run it to long, especially if no bad sides.

Luckily it didnt really mess with me very much. I was only doing 50mg EOD of tren A.

I'll see how this tren E treats me this go round at ~200mg a week.

I started Tren A at 25mg ED and slowly moved to 50mg ED.
This next time I am going to do what you did, 50mg EOD. A true EOD. The ED pinning was taxing.
Please drop me a note in how the Enathate hits. You can probably get away with pinning once a week with that mixed with some Test E

As discussed in DM's stick to @LevButlerov's suggestions for EOD. Let it become something you HAVE to do, kinda like breathing. No half-assing I know you can do it and your fear of pinning that often will be gone by week 2 (hint: just dart it in fast and plunge, done and done).

If i could ever make myself do the dart approach that would help. I always puss out and do the slower method.

Hell yes!! Dart that fucker in and get it over with. When I was pinning ED, that is exactly how I had to do it. Especially in the V Glute.
Just get it over with.

Goal is to recomp and lean down some more.

Current weight this morning was 225.5 (just got off a 3 day cruise vacation). I've been closer to 220 for a couple weeks. The last week I've been taking Mk677 which has increased my appetite and I'm assuming I have some water retention from (Stopped taking it yesterday). Because I dont think I've eaten in that much of a surplus. So we'll see how quickly it gets back to 220lbs.

Diet will be similar to what I was doing last time. Shooting for 200-250 protein per day. Will try to keep carbs closer to workout time.

Training:
Planning to do a mixture of strength and hypertrophy training. 5x5 style again with accesories. Will shoot for at least 10,000 steps per day.

Supplements for cycle:
N2guard
DSIP for sleep aid at 250mcg
Cardarine 10mg
Tadalfil 5mg
Multivitamin
Fiber supplement
Reta or Tirzepatide 5mg per week split dose
Omega 3 supplements

1mg Anastrozole might be a bit steep with the that Drostolone in the mix. I take .75mg a week and the clinic doc raised that from .5 a week and I aromatize like crazy.

Be careful bro, don’t crash your E2 again.
Maybe start it with half that dose and see how it goes.

Got my blood donation done. Hemoglobin was 14.1. Honestly thought it was going to be higher like 16-17.

I try to donate every 2 months or so. I think i was 3 months between this time. But last time I think it was at like 17.9 or something when I donated. So I was very surprised by it being as low as it was.

Current weight this morning was 225.5 (just got off a 3 day cruise vacation). I've been closer to 220 for a couple weeks. The last week I've been taking Mk677 which has increased my appetite and I'm assuming I have some water retention from (Stopped taking it yesterday). Because I dont think I've eaten in that much of a surplus. So we'll see how quickly it gets back to 220lbs.

Diet will be similar to what I was doing last time. Shooting for 200-250 protein per day. Will try to keep carbs closer to workout time.

Training:
Planning to do a mixture of strength and hypertrophy training. 5x5 style again with accesories. Will shoot for at least 10,000 steps per day.

Supplements for cycle:
N2guard
DSIP for sleep aid at 250mcg
Cardarine 10mg
Tadalfil 5mg
Multivitamin
Fiber supplement
Reta or Tirzepatide 5mg per week split dose
Omega 3 supplements

You're going to have some sick results on this stack. @floridaman1984 that tbol looks very juicy along with that cut stack.
 
@LevButlerov @HarleyGuy I didn't use or need any Caber last cycle. I thought about taking some P5P this time just to do it. Unless there is an issue with just taking it for no reason. Like 50-100mg per day.
Very rarely does someone actually need caber.

P5P can be used for heart and metabolism support if prolactin isn't a concern. No need to redline the max doses of P5P though if prolactin isn't an issue and 50mg should be plenty.

@floridaman1984 in the older days guys used to insist on caber with nandrolones or tren. it didn't really ever solidify as a neccesity. merely something some guys did
