Current weight this morning was 225.5 (just got off a 3 day cruise vacation). I've been closer to 220 for a couple weeks. The last week I've been taking Mk677 which has increased my appetite and I'm assuming I have some water retention from (Stopped taking it yesterday). Because I dont think I've eaten in that much of a surplus. So we'll see how quickly it gets back to 220lbs.
Diet will be similar to what I was doing last time. Shooting for 200-250 protein per day. Will try to keep carbs closer to workout time.
Training:
Planning to do a mixture of strength and hypertrophy training. 5x5 style again with accesories. Will shoot for at least 10,000 steps per day.
Supplements for cycle:
N2guard
DSIP for sleep aid at 250mcg
Cardarine 10mg
Tadalfil 5mg
Multivitamin
Fiber supplement
Reta or Tirzepatide 5mg per week split dose

Im only 6' tall I should've added that in also. For some reason ive 210 stuck in my head for a goal. But I'm getting better at not getting to obsessed over the scale numbers.225 is a solid weight and base

I figured i would continue on this current log thread since I'm about to do basically a repeat of it.
Goal is to recomp and lean down some more.
Current weight this morning was 225.5 (just got off a 3 day cruise vacation). I've been closer to 220 for a couple weeks. The last week I've been taking Mk677 which has increased my appetite and I'm assuming I have some water retention from (Stopped taking it yesterday). Because I dont think I've eaten in that much of a surplus. So we'll see how quickly it gets back to 220lbs.
Diet will be similar to what I was doing last time. Shooting for 200-250 protein per day. Will try to keep carbs closer to workout time.
Training:
Planning to do a mixture of strength and hypertrophy training. 5x5 style again with accesories. Will shoot for at least 10,000 steps per day.
Supplements for cycle:
N2guard
DSIP for sleep aid at 250mcg
Cardarine 10mg
Tadalfil 5mg
Multivitamin
Fiber supplement
Reta or Tirzepatide 5mg per week split dose
Omega 3 supplements

Very rarely does someone actually need caber.@LevButlerov @HarleyGuy I didn't use or need any Caber last cycle. I thought about taking some P5P this time just to do it. Unless there is an issue with just taking it for no reason. Like 50-100mg per day.
