Approved Log My Summer muscle build cycle log

Yeah, as was very on the low end of my scale and feel much better at moment. Done having kids so its about making me feel the best i can be now.
Yeah man thats the beauty of it, you dont need to worry about PCT, you just increase the dose and drop back down for cycles - smoother and healthier too

I Do want to add mast p or primo for 8 weeks but will be once bf% drops. Started doing my first attempts at drop sets lol. Feeling it

Thats easy man, you run it in cycles for 8-12 weeks and then simply drop the compounds out and return to trt, I have ran both and really enjoyed the look masteron gives you as your body fat gets lower

Yeah gunna get body scan again early jan to see where i sit bf% wise. I can tell its starting to fall off me now
 
Ok was planning this phase to run all summer and i still am. But also already planning a push post surgeries in my back in march. (Minor surgeries). Will be planning for a strong push for 8 to 12 weeks and wondering if anyone on here sets up does any pt plans for new players? Obviously paid but more wondering if thats a thing here and approx costs? I already know my first goal of 2026 will come true which is finally see my abs.

Im getting cordal epidural and nerve ablations mate. Should be right next day aslong as i dont go too hard

Hey mate. There are coaches on here but it depends what you want. They will do everything like programming, diet, form reviews etc etc. Not sure if there are any that will just write a program for you.

Thats potentially what ill look towards further down the track. Im actually enjoying this journey its catchy. Do you know rough figures id be looking at? Thinking that family might be able to help for 40th as the decades are big in my family. I got everything else lol

Wrist still grief. Cut it short as need to heal. Getting scans this week.
I'd lay off exercises involving anything heavy with the wrist until it can heal up.

It's more worth it to wait on these DHT's until your BF% is as low as you can get it and then these will really shine. The vascularity will be a nice reward.

rest is better, dont hurt yourself please :D but macros will be crucial for recovery
 
Plan from next shop, due to injuries i am changing tact until i get my stacks sorted/tested when all arives as waiting for kloh to see if improves hand/wrist. So will start targetting a recomp style approach to get bf% down whilst maintaining as much muscle maybe slight gains.

Thoughts?
Put your fast acting carb powder in your preworkout 45min before workout to fill your glycogen to help you in the gym. Your preference will increase. If you can do more Slu-pp-332 up that to the higher the better. And add in some low carb electrolytes throughout the day to increase your sodium and potassium for cramps and hydration just drinking water is not enough. Retatrutide can be pinned 1x a week you don't need to split it.

What's your steps per day and how much cardio are you doing.

Also is there recent blood work for cholesterol and liver/kidney function.
Liver, kidney yes and pretty sure cholestorole was in it too. Ill have to dbl check. Average 15k steps including treadmill at incline atleast 3% and km/h rest is chasing kids around. I dropped alot of intervals out as was burning too many cals for current goals. Bp i check weekly at home aswell as blood glucose fasted

Your on the right track and things look solid if your looking for a coach hit up @Cg20 is my coach I ues or there is others on here @R.AP. There definitely worth the money. Especially just taking stuff I don't need to take so saves me money in the long run

So no sweet potato at dinner nooooo. Lol. More of a desert than pre bed. I eat dinner early due to kids eating early. So get hungry lol. I could swap it for protein shake though. Should i just increase veg with dinner?

Its best to go to sleep hungry if you can, you can increase veggies with dinner and add some walnuts @fingers86
 
So confirmed today my wrist /hand pain is ra flare with synovitis. More naughty steroids and hopefully will be good in few days. Just gotta rest it till then. But legs tomorrow, cardio/more abs tuesday hopefully gtg wednesday. Feeling a fair bit better tonight. Had it strapped all day and heat ice cycles.

rest a bit so you dont get flared up more, have you gotten an infrared lamp?

Yeah i usually do, but like having spare swabs. I actually need to go get anothrr pack. I was only at chemist getting pen needles as needle exchange dont do them

Who is following along that has feedback on dsip? Did it improve quality of sleep? Gh has definately helped but want to improve sleep further. Difficult with every night being broken sleep due to rugrats waking every few hours
I have heard mixed reports, some say its incredible and sleep deeper than ever some say it does nothing at all, how are you sleeping currently, do you use anything to track it?

I suppose its trial and error whilst monitoring. I definately still feel refreshed tgough and recovery is still good so probably no need to push it anyway. Just trying to get higher % rem/deep sleep
its always like that, if we tell you X hgh or Y hgh its a guess we need to go up slowly and see
 
Nah i meant from dr, under ultrasound to fix hand/wrist. Definately feels better. Not gunna push it tomorrow but still gunna test it

For reference aswell i added a cider vinegar 2tblspoons before each main meals, cologen with protein, psylium husk is ordered aswell as bone broth powder. Also added dygestive probiotics with supplements stated at start of log.

2nd steroid injection, feels much better. Swellings down already
Good updates and attention to detail in your log.
Best stay off that wrist for a few days post injection as you'll overdo it without knowing.

I wouldn't bother with the DSIP it's too hit or miss with the current landscape of reviews, GH is tried tested and a true performer for deep sleep.
 
1st time weighing in a few weeks. 87kg exact. Gh starting to show great results. Keeping every tight will destroying fat. Still want to thank @StoryOfTheProphet for a great product. No i cant compare to other gh supplyers as first time using. Now time for 4 eggs and 200g egg whites yum.

Ps ppl are starting to notice fat loss.

Actually went backwards on lat raises and some felt harder than last time, from diet change? Or could wrist inflamation injection muck with strength? Or gym session timing? Had decent sleep. Ahwell looking better

By deload you mean drop weights? Yeah i could do that and assess again if too easy.
dont train upper for 1 week and do more lower I mean :D

Nothing Wrong with doping Weight brother. What counts is your still there and your still giving it your all. 90% of people are on the Couch eating Chips. We all get them days and its Mad Respect for the effort. Have a good night and keep getting them Gains💪

Also did you change up your Carbs and Put it in your Preworkout? Give it a go it makes a big difference in performance just give it 30min to digest

Yeah i did but havnt noticed difference yet, probably bit rundown. But yeah it boosts me seeing change in mirror.

dropping weight is fine, you don't want to overtrain when you are tired, steady and slow wins the race :D @fingers86
 
Ok everyone, need suggestions. Stress is really fucking me now im off my adhd meds.2 kids under 2 and wife is hormonal af. Any suggestions on peptides or other to manage stress hormones?
Not good brother and i would prefer you look to natural avenues to help reduce the stres first. Try and make sure you are getting good sleep. Look into breath work and or meditation. Yoga can help too for some.
Try to stay clear of any unhealthy coping mechanisms like excessive caffeine and definitely no alcohol.

If your still struggling i have seen some people have success with peps like selank and semax. However i havent ever looked into these and have no understanding of potential risks.

Rough bro but hang in there hard men for hard times brother. Have a look into those peps and ill try and dig up some logs with members using them for ya.

Definately something im going to have to learn. But i really struggle to switch off. Might find some videos to see if i can learn it. I have been trying to listen to different frequencies to assist but usually confronted by angry wife asking why im hiding lol

5min breathe in slowly and exhale slowly via your nose, eyes closed headphones on, and you can tell your wife you meditating trying to calm right? :D @fingers86
