Put your fast acting carb powder in your preworkout 45min before workout to fill your glycogen to help you in the gym. Your preference will increase. If you can do more Slu-pp-332 up that to the higher the better. And add in some low carb electrolytes throughout the day to increase your sodium and potassium for cramps and hydration just drinking water is not enough. Not good brother and i would prefer you look to natural avenues to help reduce the stres first. Try and make sure you are getting good sleep. Look into breath work and or meditation. I do try my box breathing but only gets me so far. Dont even get a chance to make coffee these days. Might look into those cheers. Try to stay clear of any unhealthy coping mechanisms like excessive caffeine and definitely no alcohol.
If your still struggling i have seen some people have success with peps like selank and semax. However i havent ever looked into these and have no understanding of potential risks.
