Nice bro! that's the way to go I recon. We often don't know what we don't know. What's not obvious to us might be clear as day to someone else. That's why I post pics of my pins, so others can spot mistakes I'm making and they have done several times, and suggested changes that lead to me having better technique after a bit of trial and error.

His max right now is 110, we hit 100kg every bench session for a triple though to get him used to heavy weights haha

Im going for this with some slight adjustments as needed. Like meal 2 might become meal 3 or 4 depending if i train in morning or at night with @fatboy999. I might change some things to add some walnuts for fat intake instead of oil/butter

Meal 1: Breakfast Powerhouse (~800 kcal)

  • 6 Large Whole Eggs (cooked with 1 tsp of olive oil or butter)
  • 2 Cups (160g) Dry Oats, cooked
  • 1 Medium Banana (sliced into the oats)
  • 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter (mixed into the oats or eaten on the side)
Macros for this meal:
  • Protein: ~48g
  • Carbs: ~95g
  • Fat: ~38g

Meal 2: Pre/Post Workout Shake (~550 kcal)

  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (~60g)
  • 1.5 Cups (12 oz) Whole Milk
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Dry Oats (blended into a powder for easy digestion)
Macros for this shake:
  • Protein: ~55g
  • Carbs: ~65g
  • Fat: ~24g

Meal 3: Large Lunch (~850 kcal)

  • 8 oz (225g) Chicken Breast (weighed raw)
  • 2 Cups (360g) Cooked White Jasmine Rice

Not full tracked food. I mostly only eat 2 meals a day fasting from 6pm to 10-11am sometimes 1pm with 2 black coffees and like 1000 is cal of 2-3 cups of cooked rice and 250g ish of chicken Brest cooked with some veggies and have some fruit or 2 protein Wicked sister pudding

To be honest Iv been in a cut for some time i eat like 2 meals a day max. With 4mg of Retatutide a week its hard to even want food. last shot of Retatutide was friday so will be hit and miss with food till its out of my body in a week or 2.

iv just had my first meal just now and its 1:50pm and its 1 cup oats 1 Tbs of peanut butter and 1 scope of 100% WPI with water no milk 2 black coffee's and about 3.5 ltr of water so far today

Nice work bro - your log is going great! I was struggling with almost hitting protien all the time even when I was carnivore but now I have these shakes with eggs that push it over easily. If I use 4 scoops 5 eggs they are 101g protein each, but you get the nice thick texture with 3 eggs and that's still a protien and nutrient boost. The flavor in the whey powder overpowers any other flavor and they're basically like drinking atcual regular fat-people grade milkshakes.

I like you're keeping protein high which is perfect :D but pasta? is that full on pasta?
 
It was a Family meal I have a miss and 3 kids. Most of the time ill have my own meal but sometimes ill have what the family is having.

"Alright EVO Family, I Have decided to Take the next Steps in to my Evolution Body transformation. I'm not here to talk, I'm here to do, and this log is my proof.

I'm done spinning my wheels. I've run a few blasts in the past, but this time the diet is dialed, the training is brutal, and the gear is on point. I'm pushing my genetic ceiling and I'm documenting it all here, raw and uncensored.

Same i feel grate around 150-180 would of only spiked because i pined the day befor. I haven't been sick i do get hay fever but and Im not shore if Clen and reta would spike that CRP

Old me would say blast 500 test e, take some ai, 200 primo and just fucking hammer it hard at the gym. Multiple times a day even, that's how I stopped being fat 😭

Nice simple food intake for sure. Definitely add some green vegetables to this. Maybe some asparagus, broccoli or spinach. Very simple. @OmaD

@OmaD Mixing in beans, rice and chicken is old school but it definitely works. You won't go wrong with eating that type of food. It's delicious and it's good protein and carbs.

As much as i wont to take and implement the advice. Im going to leave it up to the coach. He seems to be doing Amazing with what he has done so far in under a week I feel good. getting better performance in the gym and my Body is demanding more In a good way. Highly rated so far Coach CG
