"Alright EVO Family, I Have decided to Take the next Steps in to my Evolution Body transformation. I'm not here to talk, I'm here to do, and this log is my proof.
I'm done spinning my wheels. I've run a few blasts in the past, but this time the diet is dialed, the training is brutal, and the gear is on point. I'm pushing my genetic ceiling and I'm documenting it all here, raw and uncensored.
The Hard Facts:
Stats: Age : 37, Height: 183cm / 6 ft , Weight:229 lbs/ 104kg
Training: Upper/lower/rest 4 days a week gym all exercises will be 3 sets of 12-15 reps
The Cycle: I'm kicking things off with Rip blend by UGLoz 0.5mg every day. AAS Protocol, bloods will be posted.
Nutrition: I'll be consuming approximately 3000 calories, focusing on 200g of protein, 350g of carbs, and 75g of fats.
