Starting a mini blast with acne?

So i did a 14 week cycle 3 and a half months ago test/npp 500/350mg and when i came off to a cruise dose 200mg i exploded with acne so i reduced it to trt (125mg) which im om now but the acne just got worse and worse.. i started accutane 3 weeks ago i feel ready for a new mild blast my plan is to just up the testosterone to my max tolerable dosage max 300mg and maybe add 100-200mg EQ as estrogen control and stay on as long as the bloodwork allows since im in offseason now. Is it a bad idea to up the testosterone as i have prettt severe acne? I feel like it cant get worse and im on accutane now anyways. Do someone have similar experience here? English is not my first language btw😅
 
I am 25, i started originally on trt trough my doctor ( test U ) now i just use test E myself , and i want to pursue bodybuilding and dont have a plan to come off trr for the rest of my life so thats why im cruising, Yes real trt 125mg for 3,5 months now i want to get the most out of my calories since im massing so i just want to up the testosterone dose to 250-300mg to start with then take bloodwork to see if i my estrogen is in range if not then add small dose EQ/DHT to controll e2
 
Do you have any bloodwork to share? I’m also prone to acne even when natural and in my forties and I have good hygiene. With PEDs I had acne all the time for years until I was corrected by the knowledgeable people here, based on my bloodwork. I also did accutane before that and it worked for a long time but not forever and you can’t keep taking it over and over/indefinitely. I had high e2, but I thought it wasn’t that terribly high because of what the stupid internet said. Once I got the e2 under control my skin has been perfect ever since. Since you’re already trt and cycling you should start a log here and post as much data as possible. You’ll get so much help it’s really invaluable!
 
I am waiting for my bloodwork now i had to take it again because my doctor forgot to check DHT/E2 which i think can have something to do with the acne.. i have good hygiene too! Ive tried everything saw palmetto for dht, benzyl peroxide etc etc. I will do a log once i get back on :) i just dont want to wait 6 months til the accutane fixes the acne with starting a small blast.. ive been waiting almost 4 months for it to get better now, Acne is the only thing stopping me

Proooooobably not, within reason. I was able to maintain clear skin with the highest test doses I ever took while using primo and no AI. Where’s previously I had very noticeable acne on my body with pretty low doses.

Before any blast you need to start a TRT log now because we dont know your day to day training, food, sleep, acne response, or bloodwork trends and the EVO family needs that baseline to actually push you properly.
Run a clean 2 week TRT log with daily notes on skin, bodyweight, calories, training loads, and sleep so we can see patterns before changing anything. 15min to start and will change your whole life!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

You’d be good to start logging before you start the cycle. For several reasons, like it gets you in the habit so you’re dialed in and ready before you break out the heavy artillery. It also will be more data of your “before” condition instead of just like one pic at the start of the cycle and a very rudimentary summary of your previous training and diet. @LeNguyen stayed natty for months? before he started blasting again and honestly I think it really opened a lot of people’s eyes AND he’s got some serious mass built up now. Just something to think about. You’ll get a lot of positive feedback for a log like that and you’ll collect a lot of info and ideas to prep for your cycle.

Yes I agree, if you stay natty for as long as possible your whole body will be very primed for growth, all your organs will heal which is very important for your body to recover and get ready for growth, your central nervous system will also be very thankful for the rest and recovery before the next phase of trauma attacks it, your whole system will be very healthy and ready for the new phase of anabolics that will flood your system. And do not be concerned about the fear of lost muscle, actual tissue will not decrease that much , and the muscle memory is a real thing you will gain everything back in a month or so and surpass your previous state, it happened with me, I took nearly 9 months off, then when started back again I was a little chubby, so I dieted down for 6 weeks from 190ish to 179-180, relatively lean, now I’m sitting over 200 lean and muscular after a 5 month bulk phase and counting as long as blood work is good 😉 time off never hurt it always helps and heals 😊

I asked WHY a 25 year old is on TRT. Is there a medical issue?

Edit: seen. Opiate use doesn't necessarily destroy it forever

Acne is something that really sucks and I feel for people who have to deal with it. But trust me I dealt with a lot of zits and pimples back in high school and it was very embarrassing. You've got to just keep working with a dermatologist and try to figure something out.

Bros, when you change the hormones, usually something that can happen. So you should try and level out hormones as much as possible.

The problem is when you use steroids, it can make acne worse. So that's something to take into account. Hopefully you can figure something out to help keep it under control. Certain steroids are worse.

Yes because if your hormones are fluctuating that can cause an issue. If you try balancing out your estrogen, that should help in theory. But if it roller coasters that will make it worse.

acne is tough to solve once it pops up. best thing you can do is log and track what you are taking. we can help you
