I was a bit of skeptic too but after I felt it work I did some digging on some studies. I found a study on oral estrogen (still a hormone nonetheless) and sublingual vs. oral dose gave a rapid rise in serum levels (way over the peak for oral) and it tapered off fast as well. So extrapolating from that I figured why not an androgen and hell, it seemed to work. Now, the argument that it does less damage to the liver being 17a-alkylated or not that jury is still out. But serum levels spiking for a workout it seems to be a sound argument.

Yes exactly as @MarkNV described. Under the tongue and let it sit until all dissolved. Takes only about 15 mins and you can talk and go about your day without it being obvious or intrusive. About 30-45 mins pre workout. There is definitely something to this both on paper and anecdotally for me now.

Nordic Fusion Anavar actually tastes pleasant to me. It wouldn’t matter in my case but for any Canadian that cares about taste I can vouch this NF Var is easy to take sublingual.

Thanks brother means a lot. I was asked by my son if I was on a deserted island destined to be alone and knew the world was ending would I drink if there was a bottle of booze available and without hesitation I said hell no. There is no room left in my life for drugs or alcohol even if no one was watching and the world was ending I still don’t see the point. Dying was one of the best lessons for me as to how to choose what I go hard at and what I don’t. Now, going hard being a Dad, partner, son, friend, gym rat, and even an EVO mod is on that list… these are what matter to me and always will.

Like the Big Book of AA says the problem will be removed. God is good!

Ya bro that’s the plan. 2026 is my year of now getting clean off Big Pharma pharmaceuticals too.

Most of them are literally leftover meds from heart issues way back in 2019 and Operator Syndrome to which I don’t need most anymore. Doctors are so complacent they’ll just keep refilling and refilling your Rx’s without asking themselves does he really still need this?

With @LevButlerov’s consultation I’ve rid myself of the zopiclone just fine and recently dumped the Seroquil/Quetiapine too and I’m falling asleep fine and still just as calm during the day. I still get triggered here and there but that will always be the case only now I have the skills and toolbox to know how to harness it and not let it go overboard.

Next up is the SSRI Zoloft that’s getting taken out of the equation and I’m titrating down in 50mg doses and should be off in less than 6 months.

I actually used to have Rx sublingual meds for stopping my seizures. They are supposed work pretty quick considering the average seizure is between 1-3mins. So hits your blood quick.

I only used them myself in between seizures when i was having them back to back. Was too dangerous for someone to get it under my tongue during one or theyd lose a finger. Haha

Haha nice to hear you able to at least make light of your own malady brother. I've loved our DM's and think you'd be a great help to anyone on here that also has mild to severe epilepsy. I seem to remember one member on here with it also. Like I explained in our DM's my daughter has a mild epilepsy, just not the kind (yet, by grace of God) that she'll bite your finger off if you try and help LOL

And yes, agreed, same reason medics will put crushed aspirin under the tongue of heart attack patients.

I am all in on getting rid of all the big pharma drugs in 2026 brother 😍. I am not quite as confident as you in dropping them myself yet but I am going to push my Dr's to start deleting them.   • I tried a sublingual anavar before a workout and the pump was noticeably better. I'm no longer a skeptic that sublingual doesn't spike serum levels higher than timing it orally preworkout.

So The Anavar pretty much starts working within 30 minutes. It gives good energy like a pre workout or something?

you can push, and the strength will come fast, and you will feel more aggressive under the bar. But not an energy like a traditional pre-workout. After a few times doing it, you can experience huge back pumps.
I would do just 10mg ground up under my tongue 45 minutes pre workout and then in the afternoon take another 10.
People will tell you to jump on 50mg a day, but don’t, see how you react and don’t use for more than 6 weeks.
Mix a fat scoop of Taurine in with your protein to even out the back pumps… @LevButlerov suggests that. It works.

Agreed some of the nicest guys i used to drink with after a shift in the mines in sudbury were all bikers. All from different clubs hangin out together too. Hell i was the only guy not wearing a cut sometimes. Great people.

slow cut down on valium is smart, go very slow and get the feel for the lower dose as you go

I'll try and find a better pic of my gyno. I had an ultrasound done of both pecs and there's definitely a medium lump under the left nipple and a small one under the right. Otherwise you're correct it does present mostly as stubborn lower pec fat where the leaner I get the more obvious it is both the fat and the gyno are there.

I found a different pic where it shows my lower pec area is 'pouty', soft and is saggy if you look closely. The pouty part is from the gyno and the saggy part is the lower chest fat that just won't seem to go away.

Good news is the GHK-Cu is helping my lower belly fat loose skin after losing 80 lbs back in 2022.

I get the body dysmorphia. I look in the mirror and see all the fat i have left to lose, instead of where i started at . From my understanding insurance will cover the surgery if you tell them it’s painful. Then it’s not cosmetic. tell them when you are working and bump it it’s very painful. I am not claiming to know this for sure . I have read some places where people said they got the surgery that way. I love peptides I have some GHK-CU and quite a few others. I have thought about taking the DSIP peptide for better sleep. Going to try it my next day off the night before. I’ve taking Mots C. I did a month cycle of that at one mg a day. Definitely noticed some extra energy. That was before i ever took Hormone PEDS. I have done a lot of research on peptides. I find them fascinating. the bp and Tb500 definitely helped with joint and tendon issues. The pt 141 is awesome when you know the mrs wants a long night of playing. I’m getting some of that loose skin from the lower belly fat finally starting to melt away.It took me upping my calorie intake and carbs to get it to finally start coming off around my belly and love handles. I think i will try the GHK-CU

Hahaha start the carnivore diet with 3 of my shakes ED and book off work for two weeks. It’ll be like a free colonic purge without the medical bill.
