Rx Meds Update: 
Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission)
Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (lifelong therapy)
Plan still is to titrate off all that is unnecessary
**Diazepam (Valium) has been cut in half and will be titrating off over 6 weeks to avoid withdrawal. 10mg to

- Super fan of sublingual anavar before workouts, arm pump was legendary! I've timed it so that about one hour pre workout is best. I leave it sit under my tongue and dissolve it, it takes about 15 minutes.
