Woke up at 210lbs.
ive noticed since upping Test and starting Gh my weight hasn't been dropping. I think ive transitioned more in to a recomp since im still seeing changes in my body and definitely feeling slimmer by the day.
I thought about raising Reta to
3mg but instead decided to add Gw (will discontinue start of march along with Anavar)
Overall I've been feeling good in the gym and loving the changes so far.
Meals have been consistent and other than superbowl sunday I haven't had any cheat meals.
Just finished up a new meal prep for the next couple days. Calories have been 2000.
My fasted Blood sugar has been pretty consistent except for one day with it was super high and one when it was super low. Avg has been around 81.
Other than that nothing much has changedm still keeping the same workout routine and pushing hard with cardio after every session.
