Thinking of doing 25mg twice a week and work my way up to 50mg and eventually 100mg? or what do u think? Or maybe microdose daily?

bros NAD+ easy to use. just do 25-50mgs 2x a week to start
start the NAD+ at 25mgs 2-3x a week. @Asthetek23 then from there you can always increase it. There's no set rule or dosage; it just depends.
NAD+ i am not sure on.
mots-c i would do AM start at 1mg 3x a week
KLOW i would do 2mgs a day if you can afford it

Woke up at 208.8 today... still noticing fat coming off so im not worried about the number on the scale.

Unilateral Gyno hasnt gotten much better since starting Nolvadex.

I have Raloxifene on hand aswell


Workouts have been light since ive been taking my son with me so not trying to over do it with him. He wants me to start meal prepping for him aswell. So lets see how that goes.

Fasted blood ive noticed extremely high if i take it as soon as i wake up at 6:30am, but if i wait 30-60 mins ... it drops significantly.

Ive been on 300mg Test C for a week now and havent had any negative sides so far. (No Acne)

Sleep has been great as always. I usually get from 8-9 hours daily.

Yea he can be a bit hard headed like me thou .. so its a gift and a curse ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜†
Ambition is strong ... but i want him to still enjoy being a teen.
Teaching him its about balance because i don't want him to try to do too much too fast.

My fasted blood sugar is only high immediately after waking up .... ive been researching it and its comon to have something called the dawn phenomenon.

@Asthetek23 nice job, man. This is a good one. I like the weekly dosing on the different things you're taking. Definitely you know how to run those healing peptides. They are crucial.

@Asthetek23 eight to nine hours of sleep is definitely fantastic. You'll get great results on that and I like the 300 mg of test CYP as well. That's really good.

You can certainly add winstrol to any cycle. Why not? Yeah I would definitely split them up. I've always viewed winstrol much cleaner at 25mg. 50mg is too rough on the joints. @Asthetek23

I have 50/50 custody. 1 week on 1 week off... ill go harder next week when i dont have him.
50mgs Anavar pre-workout today for the first time.. honestly didn't feel much extra. I think ill be good with taking 50mg.

We've been doing 30 mins incline power walk after every workout.

I am thinking of adding Winstrol 50mg for acouple weeks to help with recomp. They are small triangle pills but maybe i can split them and only take 25mg.

Ive been slacking on the meal prep but still sticking to my calorie budget for the most part

Woke up at 208.8 today... still noticing fat coming off so im not worried about the number on the scale.

Unilateral Gyno hasnt gotten much better since starting Nolvadex.
Should i up dose from 20mg โ€Što 40mg daily?

Workouts have been light since ive been taking my son with me so not trying to over do it with him. He wants me to start meal prepping for him aswell. So lets see how that goes.

Fasted blood ive noticed extremely high if i take it as soon as i wake up at 6:30am, but if i wait 30-60 mins ... it drops significantly.

Ive been on 300mg Test C for a week now and havent had any negative sides so far. (No Acne)

Sleep has been great as always. I usually get from 8-9 hours daily.

ive noticed since upping Test and starting Gh my weight hasn't been dropping. I think ive transitioned more in to a recomp since im still seeing changes in my body and definitely feeling slimmer by the day.

I thought about raising Reta to 3mg but instead decided to add Gw (will discontinue start of march along with Anavar)

Overall I've been feeling good in the gym and loving the changes so far. ๐Ÿ™

Meals have been consistent and other than superbowl sunday I haven't had any cheat meals.

Just finished up a new meal prep for the next couple days. Calories have been 2000.

My fasted Blood sugar has been pretty consistent except for one day with it was super high and one when it was super low. Avg has been around 81.

Other than that nothing much has changedm still keeping the same workout routine and pushing hard with cardio after every session.

Ideally id like to stay around this weight just leaner ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ so im happy with this recomp.

I dont have a bp monitor yet ... thinking of getting a wearable ring.. would that work? Or just a traditional one?

I dont ever remember being outside of 120/80 at dr apts.

Meal prep looks clean and healthy, just a small flag man, do you think perhaps your calories are a bit low, 2k for weightloss/recomp is on the lower side for a female training with intent as you are.
You may find the scale has stalled for this reason, not because your recomping.
Have you worked out your TDEE - its common to want to accelerate the fat loss through low calories but more often it just results in muscle loss or worse - prevents muscle gain.

Ty yes unfortunately for me i have to undereat like crazy to be able to cut fat ๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ˜ช

This isnt a long term plan .. just acouple more weeks till i get as lean as possible before my vacation.

Ive found no matter how clean i keep the meal prep i struggle to cut the belly fat.

I have maintained muscle mass if not added a slight amount. I plan to go in to a lean bulk mid march after my vacation.

Started HGH 1/20
And upped test to 300mg per week on 2/1

So yea could be water retention as well .. but i have notice the fat round my waist disappearing ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

I hit 205lbs back on 1/24 .. since then ive been bouncing around 208-210

I've actually just started feeling weird joint pain .. should i stop taking nolvadex now or reduce dose?
I thought nolvadex didnt lower e2 ... my mood hasnt changed

Did a lite chest day with my son today and 30 mins incline power walk after.

Ive been hovering around 210lbs so at this point i think sub 200lbs is no longer a reasonable goal ๐Ÿ˜ช.

Ive decided to upped my calories from 2000 to 2500 and see how my body reacts.

Should i discontinue nolvadex or drop dose @LevButlerov ? Joints felt alittle weird last couple days but felt good today.
