I had several injuries with that shoulder when I was younger, and arthritis just set in. When it did set in, it was fast!!! It has only been in the last several years
 
Definitely let us know what happens, man. Injuries suck especially as we get older.
Not really an injury. Severe arthritis that came on fast and hard these last couple of years.
I am sure it is the result of old injuries from my youth

Hell yes!! I am on one right now! I am mentally ready to cut. It has taken me a minute to get back into that frame of mind. I have been trying to get my mind into it for a while and now I think I am finally dialed in and have my brain wrapped around doing it, I actually feel excited about being hungry.

Taking tomorrow off as well. Flying out at 0530 to Salt Lake. My Dad and Stepmom are having their 50th wedding anniversary tomorrow. I will be in the gym Sunday and Monday morning, then flying out on a redeye Monday night. Will definitely do at least cardio on Tuesday, I am getting in very early.
I will be mindful of what I eat at the celebration and during the Superbowl.
Guys, I am very thankful and feel gratitude for the amazing connections I have made here, it is pretty incredible how this place has added so much to my life. I hope everyone has a great night and even better weekend!! Hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. Tomorrow isn’t promised, how will you love today?

I am not sure about what Cycle to chose from, I have the tren and EQ and test . I am still going to wait until after my physical at the endmof the month. I want to see the new bloods.

15 Tren A EOD for 5 weeks to kick start the cycle.
I do have an AI on hand but not anticipating needed it.
1700 calories daily
200 g protein
70 or so carbs
100 fat..or so
45 minutes cardio daily, twice a day 3 days a week
2 on 1 off split

I have it logged on a calendar for doses and lifts

Let me know what you think

Cycle looks good. Have you thought about just adding your testC and EQ to your EOD pinning since you're doing the TrenA pins EOD anyway?

You can run the TestC and EQ as long as 16 weeks if you can cut that long but you won't be able to do 1700 cals for 16 weeks though.

Those macros equal 1980 cals and I'd recommend staying over 2000 and cutting low and slow. 1700 is pretty aggressive with your size and BW.

You can do something like

80F

Carb cycle the carbs around workouts and cut carbs in the evening.

We'll hand this over to @LevButlerov to fine tune though.

Any thoughts on GH?

@MarkNV you can always cut the tren off if it becomes too unbearable. There's really no rule to it. A lot of people will just stay on tren even if they have issues or they can't sleep or something, which doesn't make any sense.

I agree with you 100% this is about feeling good and being better, if I feel any crappy feelings at all, it will be cut from the program
