Nice workout mate! Saw John Meadows suggesting those banded DB pullovers. I must admit I don't get much from plain DB pullovers. MAkes sense with the band adding tension at the top though.

@callmechaddy blood pressure is not bad man. A little high on that top number but it's something to definitely keep an eye on. I've always been told that the bottom number is the most consistent one, meaning it's the one to pay more attention to.
