14/02/2026: POST REFEED CHECK IN
First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at

Another huge week for fat-loss, with a light at the end of the tunnel. Adding in a routine 4.5k calorie high-day alternating between chest/ shoulders/ triceps and quads, and I get to back it up with wood fired pizza and a wine tonight for V-day before we dig even deeper.
Have been absolutely dialed in with mandatory steps (only 8.5k - I work from home, steps are otherwise VERY low), and just 15 mins cardio daily + 2x rounds mandatory poses following each training session. Posing endurance picking up rapidly.
