450 grams of carbs yes sir. and i have been staying with 3days on and one off at the gym .Is medium cardio ok or should i not do that. either. medium cardio to me is heart beat 110-125.

Drop protein into 250 and increase carbs into 550 level please
I will do my best with that part the protein is what keeps me full feeling. If i just eat carbs im hungry again 30 minutes later it seems like. Some days im so hungry i cant stop eating and some days im so full I am miserable. This is my meal prep for lunch and a snack throughout the day chicken and rice. Here’s some sauces i picked up the first one i tried wasn’t bad.

You can add more protein sure but lets keep carbs higher then.

Yesterday was an easy day for me to eat I could have kept eating. lol. Some days I can eat that much and more some days it’s a chore to get to 4000 calories
 
Still Getting in above 450 grams of calories every day. been staying steady between 211-213 the last week. My gym routine is ppl or plp depending on what my body is telling me to do. chicken and rice for every lunch and a snack sometimes chicken and rice for dinner but tonight is steak and sweet potatoes for dinner after the gym. Tomorrow is a day of rest. Been feeling lately like i don’t need a rest day but at my age definitely need one. So rest day is 30 minutes of decent cardio and massage chair for 30 minutes

My weight originally went from 215 down to 211the first week of 400-450 carbs 300-325 protein 100-135 fat. then i’ve been at 450-500 carbs 300-325 protein 100-135 fat the last 3 weeks holding steady. The fat is melting off a lot though and there’s been a few days where i’m higher in everything as well. some days I can’t stop eating and get 5500 calories. the carbs run the me for the most part. pasta and rice don’t keep me full. I need the meat for that

Walden farms stuff is really good. Dunno how they make it taste so good at 0 calorie. Their syrups are great on protein pancakes

Nice training brother - I am a fan of the elliptical myself! Everday on that thing - have you thought of lowering protein and bit and getting some more carbs in? you train with a decent amount of volume more fuel would be good
 
not to bad at all i agree definitely makes the whit rice and boiled chicken way better

yes i’m going to definitely up the carbs some more. I’m going to see where the 600 grams range gets me. I just do the elliptical for 15 minutes pre workout because it gets my blood flowing and all my joints lubed up. when i quit doing cardio as much things started hurting. I don’t kill it on the elliptical just 115-125 heart beat range. It’s easier on my knees and stuff than running on treadmills or the stair climber. I am wondering if I’m over working myself on the workouts. i have been giving myself 1.5-2 minutes between sets except my burn out set that’s always as fast as i can lower the weights. Definitely going to up the carbs some more. I have been staying right in the 211.8-213.8 range first thing when i wake up.I haven’t been gaining any weight but I am looking a lot better But I definitely need to make the most out of this and eat more carbs

Probably nothing wrong with you. You’ve become very insulin sensitive. You’ve become a “hard gainer”. This happens to me too. I’ll eat to failure every single day and get leaner. My daughter did that too hahaha. She attempted a “bulk” and got a full six pack which she had never had and she’s natty.

It’s a sign you have achieved excellent metabolic health. Donut bun burgers might work hahaha. Or eat one of those 32oz bags of peanut butter cup trail mix from Aldi every day. On top of what you’re eating already

I do eat an apple fritter every saturday morning. I buy my guy’s donuts on Saturdays. I am still a fat kid at heart. Maybe I will have to add another doughnut day to my routine. Trail mix is an excellent idea easy to eat while I am at work.I don’t count my fish oil supplements And krill oil supplements on my calorie tracker .I take two doses of fish oil every day and a dose of krill oil every day. Last time I gained serious muscle when i was in mid 20s lots of peanut butter. Obviously I gained some fat as well. I’ve always been able to eat more than most people with out getting fat. It wasn’t until i was drinking a half gallon of vodka and a gallon of orange juice a day That i truly got fat.

nothing wrong with you :D you're leaning out and have good genetics, carbs just work for you better @milbous1 start pushing 600-700 carbs
 
Lunch after my leg workout 285 grams rice pilaf mixed with salad 202 grams of chicken. and my leg workout. leg workout was pretty good today. I think i’m going to stick with this one once a week maybe twice. let me know if I need to add anything. I will do more drop sets of these as i get a little more adjusted to it again

I wouldn't stress about a couple days. Its best to look at your weight in 2 week trends and see what's happening. Weight can fluctuate so much in a few days. I've had as much as an 8lb swing down and back up in a week.

Was I reading your app macros properly, you had 5200kcal?

yes sir 5275.1 i’ve been hitting 4500-to over 5000 most days now. I’m honestly almost sick of eating. I track everything with barcodes seving sizes serving weight. Today was a little bit over 5000 but i went over my fat more than i like. It was a special treat dinner for the family and I ate some butter and sour cream on my baked potato.

it was bought with the chicken shawarm. Sunday is always Albasha after the gym then to Cosco for groceries. albasha is my Greek restaurant I go to.

I usally check it 2-3 times a week right when I wake up. I’m definitely holding a little more water weight since upping my carbs from around 500 to around 600. The Girls wanted Steak and shrimp originally. Couldn’t find any wild caught shrimp at the stores we were at that were thawed. The lobster tails were kinda on sale so we had lobster. Beef tenderloin is my daughter’s favorite food and seafood is the Mrs favorite. I like beef tenderloin and select size boiled blue crabs. I fell in love with louisianas Seafood and the way they cook it down here.

That weight change isn't much to be worried about. There's a lot of factors that could influence a little change like that.

I am a very busy person. My average daily step count for the year so far is 18147 steps. Then i workout and work. Only time I really got fat is the 6-9 months of heavy drinking literally gained like 60 pounds. I’ve always been around 220-225 somewhere in the high teens to low 20s bf. I’ve always ate a lot. Just never healthy like now. Thank god my woman works with me as a rigger. Or I definitely would be broke. So far today I hit 600 grams of carbs and i haven’t ate dinner yet lol 😂. One of those days I can’t stop eating

I just have to filter out the noise of the Extra gear i’m running as well. I heard EQ makes you want to eat all the time. And my hunger has been getting crazy lately. I took two days off in a row at the gym I feel great this morning. I know tonight is going to be a good day at the gym. I really think every 3-4 weeks taking two days off in a row might be good for me. I kno I am an extremely active person and Rest and recovery is equally important. I just feel like that I’m on cycle I am missing out if I miss a day when it’s actually probably the exact opposite. Especially since i’m not 20 something anymore

That's a good realization. I burned out and got sick pushing too hard cuz I was on cycle. I had to take a month off and came back so much healthier and stronger than ever.

Do you ever program deload weeks? A couple rest days is good but you should deload every couple months too. Like you said we aren't 20 anymore lol

I did a deload week around christmas. It was 60-70 percent of what i normally lift and just like 12-15 reps i could have did more but I didn’t. and it was mainly just machines couple dumbbell for curling.
 
I think I am going to get blood work done the next couple days. I am getting a little puffy water retention and some acne going on I wanted to cry the other day as well. I started january 7 so I should be good to see how my e2 and stuff is or should i wait for 6 weeks exactly. I’m getting a little puffy around the nips as well. it’s either the extra carbs or e2 is high.

If you can keep fats under 100 maybe 80, low fats is best with high carbs :D @milbous1
 
I ate another 100 last night after that. I ate a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of caeisn protein powder and some date syrup. I was starving still. I know I have to keep a eye on my Bf

That's good timing. Xmas is a great time for deload. You're probably good to continue on the way you have been for a while longer. The 2 day rest periods will help prolong the need for a deload.

I used to never deload and then sometime around 40 it just wasn't even possible anymore lol. Pushing it too long leads to some kinda setback everytime...usually an injury

I’m worried about an injury. My left shoulder is a weird thing sometimes it hurts usally it’s fine I just know there’s an injury there that’s probably never going to fully recover. It will go away mostly for periods of time.but it comes back in the same spot been that way for some time. before i started working out. Sometimes I think it’s better sometimes I think it’s worse. It’s that bump right on the top of your shoulder.
 
I am going to work on getting the fats lower. I’ll start getting it down to 100 then down to 80

well with fasting until 1 not much eaten today. got my blood drawn though. will be up to 10 days until all test are back. So macros and my work out for the day

Like on your clavicle bone? Or in the actual shoulder joint?

forward pushing forward movement it’s not really deep kinda shallow . sometimes after pulling but usally after pushing

I have permission to do it when she’s sleeping and wake her up. but she didn’t wake up when I was trying to wake her up so you know waiting until tonight. I have to have a responsive partner

i went to the chiropractor for something else but told them about it they took x-rays but didn’t see anything i don’t know how reliable a chiropractor is though

I do two sets of super light weights like 10 and 30 pounds then a set of 60 or whatever feels right then I do a real shoulder workout and it’s been helping a lot. i can then bench press without it hurting me. If I go straight to bench it usally bothers me sooner than later

Well if it was a bone issue they should've seen it I'd think.

You might have better luck with a physio

One thing I like to do before I bench that helps with my shoulders is taking a small resistance band around my wrists, spread it wide to get tension on it and then bench press for 12-15 reps. Ever since I started doing that I rarely get shoulder pain when I bench

Hopefully they can help you figure out what's up. Or atleast give you some warm-ups that help take away the pain during training

Try that band thing. Helped me a ton
 
So I’m a dumb ass I have always threw a little hcg in when needed. My testies start hurting when they shrivel up too small so i will do 500 iu 3 times a week for a couple weeks then twice a week until i am good usally a month total. then it takes two three months until they turn to small dates again and start hurting. well that’s been with my trt and with my last little blast. no issues. this time it bloated me up started giving me really puffy nips. all in about a week to 10 days just when my guys woke back up. I gained 8 pounds of water in that time. I’ve since taken a ai and stopped the hcg. and going back to normal now. I shouldn’t have added that i wasn’t really thinking about it since i haven’t had any problems before. I’ve never been over 400 ish test before either. I ended up doing 500 for two weeks and it was way easier to just measure 100 a day so i ended up at 700 test and 350 Eq. I will have progress pics on Sunday. I will post labs when all available. They aren’t too bad progesterone and prolactin are high. From what I understand more than likely Hcg is the culprit. possibly my hair spray stuff with Finasteride and minoxidil I quit both completely. My hair was thinning a little bit I was hoping that stuff would keep it from getting worse. I think it has worked so far I have noticed in my blood work after i started using it my prolactin did go up a little bit. It’s never been this high so I think the hcg did it maybe I am wrong. I am staying below 100 grams of fat, 300-330 protein and 600 ish carbs give or take 50. I’m going to weight myself sunday as well. usally give. My A1c did go up 3 points maybe 4. so I think I need to fast a little bit more. anyway Just rambling on

I weigh the same in both pics I think I looked better off gear eating higher protein lower carb Idk maybe I’m wrong. my arms are definitely bigger in the gear picture but i’m fat it’s hard for me to know what’s going on when i weigh the same weight in both pics
 
So I’m a dumb ass I have always threw a little hcg in when needed. My testies start hurting when they shrivel up too small so i will do 500 iu 3 times a week for a couple weeks then twice a week until i am good usally a month total. then it takes two three months until they turn to small dates again and start hurting. well that’s been with my trt and with my last little blast. no issues. this time it bloated me up started giving me really puffy nips. all in about a week to 10 days just when my guys woke back up. I gained 8 pounds of water in that time. I’ve since taken a ai and stopped the hcg. and going back to normal now. I shouldn’t have added that i wasn’t really thinking about it since i haven’t had any problems before. I’ve never been over 400 ish test before either. I ended up doing 500 for two weeks and it was way easier to just measure 100 a day so i ended up at 700 test and 350 Eq. I will have progress pics on Sunday. I will post labs when all available. They aren’t too bad progesterone and prolactin are high. From what I understand more than likely Hcg is the culprit. possibly my hair spray stuff with Finasteride and minoxidil I quit both completely. My hair was thinning a little bit I was hoping that stuff would keep it from getting worse. it does happen, you mean you feel balls shrink? you try hcgenerate it helps without the hcg

You look a lot bigger in the 2nd pic. Hard to believe you're the same weight. Your chest and arms look sooo much bigger in pic 2.

If prolactin is a problem you could always add some Proviron to help control it.

Never had pain in my shrunken nuts. I actually prefer them this way cuz I got thick thighs and they always got in the way. Much more aerodynamic now too lol

I went through old post and when i posted that pic it said that I weighed 215. I weighed myself last night that’s what scale said. Idk maybe I was to close to phone will redo pics better sunday.

I don’t mind the shrunken nuts 🌰. I just don’t like when they start to ache. They quit aching two days after first hcg injection and don’t start up again until two or three months after last one I’ve done this cycle with the hcg three times now. never running a lot of test just try dose two times and 400 mg a week once. I quit this time when i blew up like a balloon and got puffy itchy nips. It’s all but gone now.

Weight fluctuates. The mirror will tell you a lot more than the scale bro and my eyes say you're getting bigger for sure. A little extra fluff is to be expected. You'll shed that off no problem and you'll be bigger than pic 1 for sure

I’ll have to try the hcggenerate. It’s not so much that i care about ball size but when they shrivel all the way up and quit working like when i just have a dribble come out during adult time they start aching a so i just use the hcg for a month and then quit and the cycle starts over in 3-4 months. When using trt im fine but this time on 100mg of test a day bad shit happened in a week i went from 209 to 220 and my nips got spicy and puffy i took aromasin 3 times and immediately started dropping weight so im assuming it was e2 but my prolactin was high and the progesterone was high. I quit the hcg i won’t mess with it when im on a real blast.

1.5 mg of pt141 usally last about 24 hours and hours. 3-4 through 8-10 are intense it’s a every now and again thing when she tells me to because she knows what she’s getting into.

I wanna gain some muscle and see what 220-225 and 10 percent or less bf looks like on me.

I 100 percent agree with that. I am still waiting on the hormone part of my rest. It always ends up being around 10 days. I am kinda curious. I’ve never seen my e2 above 17. It sits at 15-16 pretty much no matter what i’ve done so far. I’ve never seen my progesterone or prolactin as high as it was with these test either

Prolactin isn't too high. Maybe you were just feeling like it cuz you're on the high end of normal?
 
macros for yesterday. and my workout I did a new triceps exercise i didn’t put on the sheet as well i laid on smith machine and it was kind of a cross between a skull crusher and close grip bench. I worked my ass off in the gym yesterday and my muscles don’t even know it. like i could do it all over again

Some one said it could be because of daily injection. I don’t know if I want to add my turinabol, Anavar 50s or just a month of injectable superdrol at 10 mg a day.🤣 After reading about turinabol and anavar Why would someone choose turinabol over anavar when anavar is clearly way stronger in every way and safer on the liver

Anavar or superdrol is a pretty wild decision lol. Talk about total opposite ends of the spectrum. Anavar is a lot of fun but if I were you I'd start with 25 and titrate from there just to see how bad the pumps are. I got them pretty bad in the beginning even at 25mgs and if I went for 50 right away I may have crippled myself. One day driving into work stuck in traffic my abs cramped up and it was like I was giving birth. I had to lean my seat back and lamas breath my way outta it. Contemplated pullin over on the shoulder of the highway for a minute it got so bad lol.

I don't know much about tbol cuz it never really interested me but from what I've seen it has its place in very specific cycles. But ya just comparing apples to apples anavar would win almost everytime.

what’s active release? I went to the chiropractor for a bit that helped it was addictive going to the chiropractor it got expensive. I’m going to make pictures this sunday.

yeah I bought a bunch of stuff in the beginning before i knew anything about it. I bought injectable versions of the oral’s thinking it was safer until i did more research and realized it was the same thing. lol I have 3 vials of injectable anadrol as well. i have a little bit of bitcoin i bought a while ago and went on a shopping spree. seems like anadrol would help break a plateau.
