I’m trying to get some other carbs in besides oats so pastapretty much fajitas and tortilla chips sweet potatoes with taco meat. home made oatmeal bars.lots of those oats pb2 and date syrup-a few chocolate covered cherries baklava not lots of sweets but a few doughnuts twice. lots of oat meal with pb2 and honey. the meat i use is always lean meat. I was putting 4500-5000 calories a day in me. one night we had pizza. I am keeping my protein around 300 my carbs over 400 and my fat between 100-135 usage closer to 100
