pretty much fajitas and tortilla chips sweet potatoes with taco meat. home made oatmeal bars.lots of those oats pb2 and date syrup-a few chocolate covered cherries baklava not lots of sweets but a few doughnuts twice. lots of oat meal with pb2 and honey. the meat i use is always lean meat. I was putting 4500-5000 calories a day in me. one night we had pizza. I am keeping my protein around 300 my carbs over 400 and my fat between 100-135 usage closer to 100
I’m trying to get some other carbs in besides oats so pasta

dinner, my workout for today, and my macros. I love the chronometer food app it breaks your recipes to serving sizes and everything. That was two portions of tortellini and two portions of my spaghetti sauce. the servings were exact as i could get with a measuring cup I filled the cup, took a knife and scraped it across the top to level it.
So jealous, I can't handle pasta for some reason but looks amazing! Love the overdose of sauce too.

also stuffed bell peppers are one way i eat rice. I am going use 97/3 ground beef for those. for the burgers it’s 88/12 it will be a smaller burger probably 8 ounces raw no bun but a big sweet potato on the side and covered with raw onions and a couple tbs of A-1 but i use 97/3 and 93/7 when i use 93/7 i rinse the meat in hot water to get rid of the excess fat. great for tacos spaghetti and chilli

That's awesome. Its almost like you didn't have to sacrifice anything at all to get all that weight off. Helps being so active and work and hitting the gym so hard but still all that food is really delicious stuff. A lot of people get fat eating similarly lol. Obviously you're using lean meats but still

It does help it’s about portion control i guess. The almost year I lost all the weight I quit a lot of stuff. I’m hoping to start bulking pretty clean. now I need to put on 10 pounds of lean muscle. I don’t know if that’s possible, In 16 weeks but i’m going to give it a shot. I’m kinda waiting for the water retention and stuff from the higher test dose. Lunch tomorrow is chicken breast and rice from the food prep pictures. I hope my body doesn’t reverse and i start getting fat. I have a hunger now days that’s insane i’m assuming it’s from the test and Eq starting to kick in. I just drink a bottle of water when i need to curb the appetite. The carbs don’t keep me full like the meat did.

Today is my off day went three days now a day of rest. I made the stuffed bell peppers tonight, for tomorrow. .my macros for today there a little bit light today probably will drink a protein and oat shake a hour b4 bed. My muscles all feel nice and full veins are popping pretty nice. dinner was same thing as last night just 2/3 the portion. At work all day all i wanted to do was eat got home and felt bloated probably all the water. step count for the day and step count average YTD
Good food today :D very nice looking bell peppers.

You're gonna get a bit fluffier but that will wash away no problem after. 10lbs in 16 weeks is possible. My last cycle I gained 16lbs and held onto 13lbs and it was roughly 16 weeks long. A little longer cuz the tapering off.

You won't get fat bro. You might start holding more water and look fuller but it won't be fat unless you're eating a lot of fat.

At your weight if the scale is moving a couple pounds every couple weeks then you're moving in the right direction. Too fast then maybe you might need to back down a bit. Keep in mind the first few weeks your weight will probably jump a decent amount cuz of all the added carbs.

Sweet potatoes could work nice. We never put cheese on or. Just broil the top so the potatoes get that crispy layer and good to go.

Is that gym in the pics the commercial gym you go to?

work today (Saturday). It’s also an off day from the gym. so just cooking something for dinner tonight. Tomorrow we make our weekly trip to Cosco and go to the gym as a family. The two girls run off and do their own thing and leave me to myself. Doing a little meal prep Sunday for the week.

🤔. It’s been a while since I have had bananas. probably 2-3 months. I do need to add those back. I eat 100 grams of each of the following everyday. Blueberries, Strawberries, and Blackberries. I do have a serving Of something sweet 2-3 days a week.

@milbous1 nice job posting even when you're not eating the best things but chocolate isn't that bad for you. As long as it's 100% cocoa, it's actually beneficial for you. The problem is they add sugar to it. Try and get at least 88% or 90% pure cocoa.

Fruit and raw honey are great to crave your sweet tooth. Also you can look into making some smoothies. @milbous1

These little snack bars i eat when I don’t have any time one or two of those and a protein drink. They honestly aren’t horrible but I am in the process of making my own homemade oat and fig bars.

yes it’s the main gym i go to. It’s called North cypress fitness center.
Nice. Wasn't sure if that was a gym at work or somethn. One of the facilities I work in has a gym that looks pretty similar. The staff there are really lucky.

Great pic and pretty cool looking gym. I wish they had a should press machine like that at any gym here in Ottawa, never seen one like that. Make it safer to use a shoulder press machine for sure.

Dinner for tonight. I went to the gym and did 28 minutes of pretty intense cardio. then a bunch of stretching. I threw in one set of biceps and triceps because i was bored. Tonight was supposed to be an off day but i get to sleep in tomorrow. Macros as well

weighed myself this morning down another 1.5 pounds from last week 210.3 pounds this week. last week 211.8 It’s clearly fat I’m losing. my lower stomach and love handels have gotten a lot smaller. My legs are starting to get the smallest amount of definition some veins popping. I want to gain muscle I don’t know if that’s possible as active as I am. I’ll give the diet another week and see where im at. If need be i’ll try to up carbs another 100 grams get closer to 600. I am a grazer eater meaning I eat small quantities all throughout the day. I can’t eat a huge meal and work the way I do. If i eat too much at one time it makes me tired. I am seriously thinking about adding a protein shake with Casein protein and two scoops of my oat powder before bed that will be my addition if i need the extra calories. I don’t ever count calories from vegetables or supplements like fish oil. Idk My body is definitely recomping right now Yall are definitely right about not having to worry about getting fat.
 
before and after workout pics no flexing involved abs are definitely coming in with out being in the gym. I do like the feeling of the EQ kicking in I have stamina for days. I have to make sure that i don’t overdo it for my joints. I did notice for about 3 days i was tossing and turning sweating a bit and was a little grumpy but that went away as well the last couple nights I have slept like a baby and have been super happy. I started breaking out that has been getting better as well. I’m wondering if my estrogen was starting to creep up and the eq fixed it idk blood work will be in two weeks

Carbs were pretty good for the day about a hour before dinner i ate a bowl of oatmeal I needed a snack so dinner was higher protein. I really feel like a teenager again with my appetite. Now I am just eating a lot cleaner. I’m kinda enjoying the looser diet. I still eat pretty clean Especially compared to what i used to eat like. Or most of the american people.

I’m trying to get them up. It takes a little bit getting used to eating completely different. I do use digestive enzymes with my actual meals. and i take my pro biotic supplements.

Do you think me waiting for the 6 week mark when i get my labs done is the wrong order to do the turinabol in . My thoughts were i’m running kinda of a high test and eq and i wanted to see what my bloodwork looked like before i added anything does that make sense

Man This Eq is definitely kicking in pretty good i think. I definitely have more energy through out the day and I am happier. I checked my blood pressure last night it’s usally around 125-135/75-80 the last month. Last night it was 117/70 so that’s good. This is my lunch every day i work I always split it up half for lunch and 1/4 before lunch and 1/4 after lunch It’s 400 grams chicken 450 grams of rice. found some zero calorie sauces and dressing i’ve been pouring that over the chicken rice mixture. Last night was a rest day so back to it tonight when i get out of work

weight seems to be staying between 211-213 my chest is getting fuller. my strength is finally starting to go up a little bit days I am bloated i’m around 213 days I am not it’s around 211. I think I am doing an aggressive recomp right now. I lost like 5 pounds right off the bat. Now i’m just getting fuller and the stubborn lower belly fat and back fat is coming off while i’m staying in a 2-3 pound range. If that makes sense.

That dirty rice and cornbread is a sure way to get your carbs up.

dirty rice is a mix of burger, rice bell ,peppers ,onions garlic little bit of celery little bit of cayenne pepper all cooked in the same pot you can add in a few other seasonings as you see fit

That's really good. Sounds exactly like what should be happening. That's all really positive news.

Seeing yourself in the morning can stop the stress about weight gain. After running high carb for a month I got a bit stressed cuz even in the mornings I was looking pretty full. Then I got sick and backed the carbs down a bit and within a week I was lean in the morning again. Gave me some good perspective cuz like you I worry.

If you do get to that point like I did in the mornings just know you're still good. If you have too back off for a week and see for yourself.

I probably need to keep them around 400 on off days at the gym. My goal is to eventually get all the fat off my stomach and love handels. I’m hoping i can do that by july 4th. i’ll have about 2 months after this cycle is over. So if i get a little more recomp in and some serious muscle building that would be my preference

You look amazing already bro. Those before and after shots are crazy. Lookn at you know I'd have no idea that you were once overweight. Based on what you've accomplished already I'd say losing a little more would be no problem for you and could be done at anytime you feel like it. You're at a point now where you can just focus on the phase you're in without stressing cuz you should have the confidence to know you're capable of shedding the pounds if needed. You've already done it before on a massive scale, so doing it again to get those last few off wouldn't be difficult for you

I'd wait til after bloods on Test/EQ and then throw in the tbol bro. Makes perfect sense.

This is what's happening to me, I've increased carbs and training volume and I'm losing weight and bodyfat. It's becoming a cutting cycle LOL.

For you this is a total recomp through and through bro. Well done.

I probably need to keep them around 400 on off days at the gym. My goal is to eventually get all the fat off my stomach and love handels. I’m hoping i can do that by july 4th. i’ll have about 2 months after this cycle is over. So if i get a little more recomp in and some serious muscle building that would be my preference

we do have body dysmorphia for sure. I mean some of us were real fat people before and now comparably speaking are totally ripped. Maybe not sub 10 percent body fat but all we see is the fat that’s left to lose . Damn well knowing we are 100 percent better than b4 it’s actually kinda funny and sad at the same time.
 
This is what's happening to me, I've increased carbs and training volume and I'm losing weight and bodyfat. It's becoming a cutting cycle LOL.

Yeah i kinda expected blood pressure to be higher. The last few times i have taken it it’s been 125/126- 70-73 which is still good. That’s kinda crazy that we increased carbs and calories and still lost some weight and fat. I mean i literally added 1000-1500 calories to my diet every day.I will be happy to recomp further. For a few days i got kinda grumpy and had some really bad acne starting then i woke up happy and energetic.and the bad acne started going away. I have some small acne going on but nothing serious.

so last time i did legs. I didn’t have enough electrolytes in my body i woke up at 1 am and i couldn’t lay down or stand up i literally fell down 4 times my muscles were cramping so hard on a 1-10 pain it was all of 8 for about 15 minutes. I make sure before i workout at all i drink a packet of sugar free liquid Iv. I grabbed my woman’s vibrating wand and that stopped it almost immediately. I drink tons of water and i sweat a lot so i have to make sure i get adequate electrolytes. If i could have recorded it. It would of been hilarious to some one i was literally flopping around like a fish for 15ish minutes
 
today is off day I went to gym spent 10 minutes on the rower and 20 minutes on the elliptical for cardio I didn’t get really intense just kept heart beat between 115-125 just enough to keep my blood flowing currently spending 30 minutes in the massage chair I think every off day is going to get a 30 minute massage from now on

no i’m not cramped now i’ve been making sure i do a sugar free liquid IV before every workout after that episode it was miserable. I will have some taurine on its way thank you

Still Getting in above 450 grams of calories every day. been staying steady between 211-213 the last week. My gym routine is ppl or plp depending on what my body is telling me to do. chicken and rice for every lunch and a snack sometimes chicken and rice for dinner but tonight is steak and sweet potatoes for dinner after the gym. Tomorrow is a day of rest. Been feeling lately like i don’t need a rest day but at my age definitely need one. So rest day is 30 minutes of decent cardio and massage chair for 30 minutes

you should plan 2 days off/week minimum @milbous1
