I appreciate you mate - thank you ❤️ 🙏

Nah. Can pull through with insulin if patient. But I just you a 25g and quick as.

Can’t compare to prem supps. On a level of it’s own 🔥🔥

The premium supps L-Carnitine was actually the inspiration to stock it. After using their product 6 months ago - we were like "there has to be a better option than this..." Haha.

Seeing great demand on the L-Carnitine as well as Tret creams. Good to see lads keeping their Mrs happy!!

Whats tret creams?

I will refer your question to one of the "tret experts" to provide you with a good overview of their anti-ageing / skin rejuvenation benefits

Hahahah! Hardly an expert. This is so far out of my comfort zone.
But as a brief overview, tret is a very strong vitamin A cream normally prescribed by a dermatologist for the treatment of acne etc. what it does really well is resurface dead skin, reduce fine line wrinkles, and age spots.

Start slow with the cream at 1-3 x a week and slowly build up to everyday once your skin can handle it. I had a brief read of proper application techniques of the cream and routines etc. but ended up feeling like a potato so yeah… that’s it from me. Hahahah

Every summer without fail i get tinea versicolor and run pevaryl foam wash and it clears in a few months. This summer it's gotten worse and I think I've never really ever gotten rid of it.
Do you think these tret creams may help at all?

Based on my understanding - tinea versicolor is a superficial fungal condition which requires antifungal treatment. Whereas tretinoin cream is a retinoid and may not be entirely suited to treating the condition itself.

I believe where tretinoin cream can help - is once tinea has cleared and if you are left with skin discoloration, tretinoin can be used as a skin turnover agent for tone/texture. It is for this reason it is popular as an anti ageing treatment

In doing some further quick research on tinea versicolor - I read that one of the most effective treatments was ketoconazole 2% shampoo. This is something that I will have in stock shortly. May be of help @Eveflorence

Was literally just looking at my flare up right now, especially bad post workout.
What are the odds of coming across this.

most effective treatments was ketoconazole 2% shampoo.

Had a Doc (that suffers from it also) suggest Nizoral 2% Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, which has exactly that, so good spot, yet to actually get it myself however.

Reckon it would work for scars from shingles?

Hey @Eveflorence, This is an area I believe I can assist in. Normally we would use Ketoconazole shampoo 2% to treat Tinea Versicolor, should this prove ineffective we prescribe Fluconazole once weekly for 3 weeks for particularly resistant strains. Combination therapy with Ketoconazole as a topical shampoo used for the affected areas should be left for 5 minutes before washing off as it is a topical antifungal and Fluconazole (an oral antifungal) will get quick results, but not fix the issue of it coming back each summer as some can be recurrent/chronic

This will almost always make a reoccurrence in summer when we sweat as this particular yeast strain loves the oils and feeds off the sebum produced by our skin

TREATING CHRONIC/ RECURRENT TINEA VERSICOLOR:

For long term treatment and ensuring that that reoccurrence does not occur the best and most safe treatment we have to date is Low Dose Accutane, as it decreased sebum production and facilitates sebaceous gland atrophy, which is also the mechanism it relies on to treat acne

Low-dose or "microdosed" oral isotretinoin (Accutane) for chronic, recurrent tinea versicolor (pityriasis versicolor), particularly in cases that have failed to respond to traditional antifungal therapies. While traditionally used for acne, low-dose isotretinoin acts by significantly reducing sebum production which the Malassezia yeast feeds on and normalizing skin turnover, helping to prevent the recurrence of the infection.

@CladHQ would be my go to man for pharmaceutical Accutane

I have included some up to date 2024 and 2025 articles for you to read if you want to follow up more on this topic and I am always happy to lend a hand. I hope this helps and you are able to permanently fix this issue!

Oral isotretinoin for the treatment of chronic pityriasis versicolor: case report and literature review

Long-term remission of recurrent pityriasis versicolor with short-term systemic isotretinoin therapy

Reckon it would work for scars from shingles?
Hey @fingers86 this is another area I think I can help in 😅, Thank you again @CladHQ for the recommendation, currently I have quite a bit of experience managing Tretinoin in different applications and cosmetic application of these products to reverse the damage done to skin using strong DHT compounds.

We deficiently use tretinoin in the treatment of scars as they not only increase cell turn over but they also assist in the accelerated development of collagen and elastin which is highly compromised in scars. Additionally it assists in the remodeling of these collagen and elastin fibers so that skin is more flat and contain more well structured collagen which is why love it to treat acne scars on our face. We know based on the current clinical literature that Tretinoin reduces the size, colour and depth of scars. I would always recommend you use micro needling or glycolic peels in combinations with tretinoin as this will always improve results and provide them is shorter times. I have included a excerpt from the most up to date paper and review of all the literature we have on the topic (November 2025) should you wish to read further on the topic.

I have a very keen interest in this area and would like to help out as much as possible so we can look the best we can whist getting huge. Don't sleep on tretinoin its one of the most well research products we have to date but unfortunately you need a script to get it unless you know someone ;)

Don't forget to pick up some Tretinoin from @CladHQ ;)

Innovative Therapies in the Treatment of Keloids and Hypertrophic Scars (2025)

In-vivo studies have demonstrated a decrease in scar size after treatment with topical 0.05% tretinoin. Other studies demonstrated a marked reduction in scar size and a decrease in pruritus in the majority of cases of intractable scars (28 lesions in total) with daily applications of 0.05% retinoic acid solution.1

An Updated Review of Topical Tretinoin in Dermatology: From Acne and Photoaging to Skin Cancer 2025

Another RCT [58] evaluated the efficacy of using hydroquinone 4% plus tretinoin 0.05% compared to the standard treatment to enhance aesthetic outcomes resulting from electrodesiccation and curettage therapy for superficial truncal basal cell carcinomas. Both treatments were applied 3 weeks prior to and 3 weeks after the procedure (post-therapy beginning after >75 percent reepithelialization). All of the expert graders described a higher incidence of treatment success (excellent or good wound appearance) with hydroquinone/tretinoin therapy.

3.2.8. Treatment of Hypertrophic Scars/Post-Burn Scars

A prospective study (n = 15) [59] utilizing 0.05% tretinoin for one year on facial post-burn scarring revealed a significant reduction in skin resistance and elastance (determined by biomechanical analysis), indicating improved distensibility. Another prospective comparative study analyzed 77 patients, ages 6 to 46 years, with perioral burn sequelae. The use of tretinoin (0.01–0.05%) and glycolic acid (5–7%) over a 3-month period led to a significant improvement in mouth-opening measurements [60].

@Bazz
My wife has a CSection scar (which in the next few days will be getting reopened for our next child.

I would imagine this stuff would be beneficial for her also?
(Post closure of wound)
Yes 100%, early application is always key as whilst the body is closing these wounds, tretinoin ensures that these collagen and elastin fibers are remodeled correctly especially if she is prone to keloid scarring or really discolored scars.

Please if you're not already get started on GHK-CU post Cesarian Section as this will also provide a massive help in this area I recently dug into this area more when looking into its ability to increase the retention of hair following a hair transplant which provided very good results which prompted my investigation into its ability to heal wounds like chronic venous ulcers. I have included below some studies which confirms these effects. I personally believe it will work synergistically with tretinoin and micro needling or glycolic peels as these stimulate collagen production and skin remodeling whilst the GHK component of GHK-CU provides a signal for the body to stimulate systemic production of collagen and facilitate its effects more concentrated to areas where inflammatory cytokines exist (In the hair transplant model it was the inflamed follicles), in this case it will be the area of the C-section. Whilst the CU (this is the chemical sign for Copper), provides the active ingredients to ensure that the body can keep up with this accelerated production of collagen.

@CladHQ has really good GHK-CU and Janoshik test to back them up,

I Have included some papers I have on the topic for your further reading if you want with the most up to date papers I have on this topic, I'm sure I have more but my papers are a bit of a mess right now haha.

I really hope this helps, All the best to you and your wife!

This first study in particular is my favourite and I would highly recommend further reading into the effects of GHK-CU on lungs with acute injury and Reducing the effects of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder) which was long thought to be a progressive degenerative disease with no way to improve it or lung function. The reason this is so interesting is because this demonstrates how effective GHK-CU is at systemic effects and remodeling damaged tissues (Such as scar tissue in your case) its honestly crazy that something can so profoundly impact a chronic disease with no alternatives in regular world of medications.

Regenerative and Protective Actions of the GHK-Cu Peptide in the Light of the New Gene Data (2018 Study)

GHK-Cu at 0.01, 1 and 100 nM incubated with human adult dermal fibroblasts increased production of elastin and collagen. GHK also increased gene expression of MMP1 and MMP2 at the 0.01 nM. All concentrations increased TIMP1. The effects of GHK-Cu were also investigated in a randomised, double–blind clinical trial. Female volunteers applied GHK-Cu, encapsulated in nano-lipid carrier twice a day in the course of 8 weeks using either carrier alone or the commercially available peptide Matrixyl® 3000 as controls. Compared to Matrixyl® 3000, GHK-Cu produced a 31.6% reduction of wrinkle volume. Compared to control serum, GHK-Cu reduced wrinkle volume 55.8% and wrinkle depth 32.8% [20].

2.3. Animal Studies Confirm Wound Healing Activity of GHK

Multiple animal studies have established the wound healing activity of GHK. It appears that GHK stimulates wound healing through a variety of mechanisms. In rabbit experimental wounds, GHK alone or in combination with high dose helium–neon laser improved wound contraction and formation of granular tissue, as well as increasing activity of antioxidant enzymes and stimulating blood vessel growth [21,22]. Collagen dressing with incorporated GHK (PIC-Peptide Incorporated Collagen) accelerated healing of wounds in healthy and diabetic rats. The treated group displayed higher glutathione (GSH) and ascorbic acid levels, better epithelialization, as well as increased synthesis of collagen and activation of fibroblasts and mast cells in wounds. In healthy rats, treatment of wounds with PIC increased collagen 9-fold [23,24]. GHK-Cu improved healing of ischemic open wounds in rats. Wounds displayed faster healing, decreased concentration of metalloproteinases 2 and 9 as well as of TNF-β (a major inflammatory cytokine) compared with vehicle alone or with untreated wounds [25].

Exploring the Role of Tripeptides in Wound Healing and Skin Regeneration: A Comprehensive Review (2025 study)

Emerging evidence highlights the therapeutic promise of peptides, especially tripeptides, in accelerating tissue repair through diverse mechanisms. These short peptides regulate key processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation, while also modulating inflammation, promoting angiogenesis, and facilitating extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling. This review, covering studies published between 2016 and 2025, explores the role of tripeptides in enhancing wound repair, emphasizing their biological functions, mechanisms of action, and therapeutic applications. Recent findings demonstrate that tripeptides can stimulate fibroblast migration, enhance collagen deposition, and support angiogenesis. In addition, they exhibit antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, making them valuable candidates for both acute and chronic wound management.

Oral isotretinoin for the treatment of chronic pityriasis versicolor: case report and literature review

Long-term remission of recurrent pityriasis versicolor with short-term systemic isotretinoin therapy
Thank you so much brother for taking the time to help, it is very much appreciated.
I will look into the accutane (is this prescription only?) and begin the nizoral treatment. Thanks again brother 🙏

@Bazz

Thank you very much for taking the time to share those detailed responses - as well as research articles that people can review.

I think this forms a fantastic education resource for people who are unaware of the benefits of these lesser known compounds - in areas of general health & lifestyle improvements.

Appreciate you taking the time!

Always happy to help brother I understand how these conditions can effect people and when Dr's are seen about it they often only focus on immediate treatment of the condition with no thought to if its chronic or reoccurring.
@IRONCLAD LABS stocks pharmaceutical Accutane and at a really good price, I want to try my best to offer options offered by Ironlabs as I would like to offer cheap options available for everyone to take control of their own health and I genuinely believe that you can treat this condition long term. I am going to include the studies again below which I must apologies as I see that the exerts I had included had not uploaded from the peer reviewed papers.

I Have highlighted the sections as the relate to the protocol conducted in the studies I'm sure you're aware Accutane is liver toxic in a dose dependent manner so please remember to follow up on your bloodwork brother and stay healthy, this is more definitely achievable considering how low the dose used in these studies that were used to achieve results

This would also be searchable as the HOLLYWOOD DOSE celebrities use low dose Accutane to stay acne and blemish free as they are always on camera. Low dose Accutane is used widely in the media space.

I personally prefer doses up to 20mg 3x/week but remember to check your liver function on your blood work and remember it shrinks sebaceous glands so make sure you have moisturizer on board for your face and lips as they will certainly dry out!!!!

And remember its never a race to the finish with these medications start low and assess tolerability and work up from there the longer and lower the dose is will still achieve the same outcome with less side effects!!!

Studied doses
Effective doses range from as little as 2.5mg 3x weekly all the way up to daily doses (0.1 − 0.5 mg/kg, up to 5 mg), for a longer period (up to 18 months), fewer adverse events, better tolerability and relapse rates similar to those observed with conventional doses.

Long-term remission of recurrent pityriasis versicolor with short-term systemic isotretinoin therapy (2018 study Peer reviewed)
Our case was succesfully treated with oral isotretinoin therapy at a dosage of 20 mg/day (0,4 mg/kg/day) for 2 months and long-term remission was achieved for one year. Besides the well-known effcacy of isotretinoin at doses of 0.5 to 1.0mg/kg/day in the treatment of acne, Mandekou-Lefaki et al. reported that lower doses may also be effective with a dosage of 0.15 to 0.4 mg/kg/day. Geissler et al.9 reported that very low dose of isotretinoin at a dosage of 2.5mg/ 3x weekly is effective in controlling seborrhea. Layton et al.10 reported that majority of the patients experienced long-term improvement in acne severity after low dose isotretinoin therapy. Although the efciency of isotretinoin is well known in acne and acne-related disorders, literature regarding its use in PV is scarce. Probable mechanism underlying the effectivity and long-term remission of isotretinoin in PV is seems to be related with the decreases in sebum production and sebaceous gland atrophy further studies are needed for the establish the optimal dosing and duration of therapy. We thought that low dose and short term isotretinoin may be a good therapeutic option for recurrent and chronic PV.

Oral isotretinoin for the treatment of chronic pityriasis versicolor: case report and literature review (Study 2024)

In 2018, Yazici et al. described another case of a patient with chronic PV for 15 years who was treated with oral isotretinoin at a dose of 20 mg/day for two months, showing sustained improvement after one year of medication withdrawal.7 In a recent extensive review study on isotretinoin, Bagatin et al. discuss several off-label uses of the drug, including seborrheic dermatitis but do not specifically address PV.8 Geissler et al. reported that treatment with very low doses of isotretinoin (2.5 mg/3 times a week) is effective in controlling seborrhea, with a 51% reduction in the size of the sebaceous gland, as demonstrated on histopathology.9

Reduced doses to control moderate acne have been successfully described since the 90 s,10 an opinion supported to this day by reviews that demonstrate a tendency to prescribe lower daily doses (0.1 − 0.5 mg/kg, up to 5 mg), for a longer period (up to 18 months), fewer adverse events, better tolerability and relapse rates similar to those observed with conventional doses.8

Thanks again brother and very sound advice you've given about starting low and taking time with it. I've never used accutane but heard it can be pretty toxic if abused.

JANOSHIK REPORTS

Tested. Trusted. Ironclad.
Great results on the 240iu brother 👏🏽

Bazz well done mate , all this info is brilliant , very helpful. Can you please start a Tretinoin thread and copy and paste so the community can find this info easier.
And as someone who is currently using tret for acne scar colour reduction , it is bloody great stuff.

@CookieBaah @fingers86

Gents - you had previously asked about whether tretinoin cream would be beneficial for scarring.

It seems @Freki has had great results using it for this purpose.

So hopefully that can help.

Damn - I need yo start using this cream myself. Sounds amazing.

Little goes a long way as well , only using it twice a week

🔥🔥TD from Ironclad!🔥🔥

I had a really plenty service experience with Clad. He was willing to sort out my orders at last minute, INDIVIDUALLY WRAP each of my orders nice and snug into a box then stayed up at 2AM to give me status update.

Without me even questioning, he even gave a status update of delivery arrival.

Gotta say that's above and beyond your regular customer service!

Touch Down!!!!

Can't believe how quickly this came from the team at @IRONCLAD LABS . From initiation conversation last week explaining what coach and I are looking to achieve with the remainder of the cut, then rolling in to the build phase, the team has been absolutely amazing!

Delivery was made in 48 hours, and came packaged securely! Branding is on point and have already taken one of the SLU and Methylene Blue! Looking forward to seeing how we roll through the remainder of the cut and how the blue helps with cognition today! First time trying MB in pill format.

Sending heaps of love to the team at @IRONCLAD LABS and can't wait to see what we can do together!

Nice TD brother 🔥🔥🔥

In good hands with @CladHQ and the IronClad family 👌👌

Gotta start with a big thanks to IRONCLAD. You can talk to this guy forever. Super chill, feels like I’ve been buying from him for years already. I only hit him up to check the list at first. He replied in minutes, answered everything, so I gave it a try. Did not expect this kind of packaging. Looks and feels nice. I honestly did not even expect the cialis to be pharma tablets. Whole time I was ordering, every question I asked got answered right away. I’m genuinely really happy with how everything went. 👌

Love the contrasting colours mate.

That tree is bearing some juicy fruit!

Hi Iron Clad Fam!

I thought I would share the below info from my log (https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/10-week-ultimate-cut-cycle-log.109248/#post-1981184) for anyone who has been on the fence with slu. I have had some pretty interesting results with @CladHQ's Slu 20mg caps!

SLU - PP - 332

I regularly use a HIIT session on the assault bike to track my cardiovascular fitness and VO2 capacity.
In my previous log, I was utilising Slu at 1000 - 2000mcg 2x per day before training.

Before starting Slu, my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1 minute working / 1 minute slow).
In that 10 min timeframe (without slu), I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my Apple Watch.

After running Slu for just a week, my average heart rate came down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm), and I burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

IRON CLAD LABS - SLU USE / FEEDBACK

I have been running @CladHQ's Slu-pp-332 (20mg caps) for the past week, and have already seen a dramatic improvement in my training!
For those who followed along in my previous log, you would have noticed that I am no stranger to mito stacks and my love/hate relationship with the assault bike hahah!

After finishing a month of running Cardarine + SLU, I’ve now dropped Cardarine and switched to @CladHQ SLU (20mg) only.
Just over a week in, performance is still climbing.

Control test (unchanged):
10-minute Assault Bike
3.5 miles / 5.63 km @ 21 mph (33.8 km/h)
  • Baseline: 100.7 cals (avg HR 175 bpm)
  • Cardarine + SLU: 121.6 cals (avg HR 165 bpm)
  • SLU only: 127.1 cals
That’s roughly a 26% increase in work output from baseline at the same duration and conditions.

Less cardiac strain, more work produced, and improvements are continuing even after removing Cardarine, which is a very good sign for conditioning carryover.

I believe @CladHQ has hit the ball out of the park with this dosage offering! I find 20mg is the sweet spot for Slu, and I am excited to see how far I can leverage this in my training! Excited is an understatement. Here's to targeting North of 130cals on the assault bike...

Iron Clad's Slu caps are g2g gang! Get on them while they are still available and before I gobble them all up hahaha.

Mate - fantastic post. Really appreciate the level of granularity you have gone to in your data analysis.

This attention to detail is going to be one of the main reasons you smash it over the coming weeks.

Also - great to see the first review of our high strength SLU-PP caps. There are quite a few people now running them - including @Dumptruck and @AVMetal_mulisha . Will be super interesting to hear their feedback in coming days / weeks and see how it aligns with your experience @roguepineapple

Exciting few weeks ahead!

Absolutely loving this and the Methylene Blue!

As a heads for anyone purchasing L-Carnitine - don't refrigerate. Store in cool dark place (eg cupboard)
Learnt that the hard way lol. Coming from peptides, not refrigerating felt so wrong after taking 35 minutes to draw it up in like this can't be right. No one's doing this everyday are they? 😂

So I log back on to post a little touch down and update my log, only to find that things have gone a little crazy on @CladHQ's thread for Tretinoin cream :ROFLMAO:
Well, you all can't get anymore, it's all gone, I bought the last three (pictured below)! Sorry! hehe! Joking;)

I am sure if you ask nicely, @CladHQ will kindly support your tret request and throw in a little something extra!
Thank you for the viagra??? I think?? You are already supplying me with PT-141. Are you trying to kill me? What have you and @roguepineapple got planned? :ROFLMAO:

All joking aside. Thank you once again for your service, support, and follow-up throughout the process.

Touchdown from @CladHQ !!

The gentleman even threw in some Viagra for me. Will be put to good use 😂

A few hiccups with auspost being useless as fuck as always but all turned out great in the end.

Putting in another order as we speak.
little update since my last order!

I have implemented DSIP for the first time and it honestly has been an unreal addition for my sleep. That paired with @CladHQ HGH has me zonked the fuck out like never before.

I have also been running his SLU caps, at 2mg a day. I have to say that the eccentric coated caps make a huge difference.

All of these combined has really elevated my performance and recovery. Ironclad has 100% earned my confidence.

Awesome feedback mate! I have always been a terrible sleeper (even worse since launch..). But DSIP is a staple of mine. Very cool to see the improvement in deep sleep on an oura ring (pre-launch...).

And also great to hear results on SLU caps. It is an amazing compound. Underutilised and underappreciated still in my view - given the noticeable improvement it has on blood lipids alone - without even mentioning the positive impact on energy, metabolism and fat lipolysis.

Thanks for sharing mate.

Touchdown, cant get enough of the injectable l carnitine. 20mg reta for my aunty and methylene blue for my cousin. Im the family dealer lol. Cheers for the viagra mate, just need some moisturiser so i dont burn too much skin off my hand lol

L-Cart is 🔥🔥

Also topped up. Need some 50ml jugs already !!!

How you finding the L-Carn mate? Are you enjoying it? What results are you seeing?
Lots of sweat and heat.im only using it on fasted cardio (if i get a chance) or legs and abs day. Trying to limit myself to 3 days max at 600mg. The rest i may or may not use it but if i do i only use 300mg. Trying to save cash lol. Id say its assisting fat transport as i seem 2b melting it at moment. But hard to pinpoint it to one item. Definately feel the warmth from carnitine though or maybe its just me.

Can second this.

Have used Premium Supps but never experienced the sweat and heat as i have on IronClads product.

Using 600mg preworkout and alongside my pre workout meal (circa 50g carbs) - better muscles absorb and improves performance / endurance in gym.

Fasted L-Cart + GH is great for fat mobilization and Lipolysis

very dynamic

MAAATTTEE!!! I think taking L-carn for the 50g of fast-acting carbs is the best bit. It's like a reward lol.
