Day 1 of my new training cycle. I'm keeping most of the movements the same but changing up some weights and reps just for the first few weeks. My app trys to limit the volume to 2 sets and 3rir for the first week but I bumped up to 3 sets and 2rir with 1 set to near failure.
The plan for this training cycle will be to keep my reps a bit lower. Staying mainly in the 8-12 range to start but probably more in the 6-8 as time progresses. I've noticed the Tren can tax my cardio and on really high rep stuff like 15+ I feel like my cardio is failing harder than my muscle. Hopefully staying in a mid to low rep range will help me hit my muscles harder.
Skipped my leg extensions last night cuz I trained them the night before. I missed a day training last week and had to make it up on Monday so the extensions ended up on back to back days.
Sleep was just ok last night according to my tracker but I woke up feeling good and recovery was strong today.
I noticed my joints were feeling a little sore yesterday. It started the day before with just my left elbow, but I've had tendonitis in the past and thought maybe I was getting a flare up. Then yesterday my knees and wrists started aching too. Concerned maybe it's a warning sign for low e2 so I've adjusted my Aromasin down by half.
