This was the family day long weekend here in Ontario and it was pretty hectic. Up north with the family for the weekend but then had to rush back for Lunar New Year with the in laws. Surrounds by little kids all weekend so I upped my vitamin C and added in some elderberry to protect myself.

Yesterday was my first chance to train and it was ok. I've noticed the last 4 or 5 sessions my progression has slowed a bit. The last few in particular I've struggled to match my numbers from the week before. Weight has been slipping back a little bit too but my diet hasn't changed apart from yesterday with the Lunar New Year dinner...not a fan. Figured now is a good time to bump my Tren dose a bit and continue with my dosing experiment.

I said I'd continue up to 50mg if Tren ED if need be and see how the results are at each dose. I've got 4 weeks of 40mgs under my belt and it's been great. Very happy with the results. Let's see if I can keep gaining with a little bump. I'll be monitoring my health metrics and see how it goes. Anything starts getting outta line I'll drop back down.

its possible because you were tired and not 100%
bumping tren is not usually the solution to being a bit weaker, we should look at nutrition carbs under 500 is the issum imo

i cant stop you :D but i dont see the point of going past 40mgs/ed for you, you were doing find you just need to get your routine back and get carbs over 600 and you'll see bigger results :D

I don't eat fish out of the lakes where I live. It's pretty polluted. But my neighbor goes fishing saltwater and he brings me some fish sometimes. We have trout here but it's sea trout in the ocean.
Yea ocean fish are so much better than lake fish. Less worms and they don't have that murky fishy taste some lake fish can get.

You're area is famous for big largemouth bass tho. There's been a couple near world records caught around you.
 
the issue is, of course, when you come off. You don't want to make damage while you're on it and then come off and then it's gone.
Yea that's a good point. Although my knees are totally fucked already so it would probably just be more of the same lol. I'm gonna need both knees replaced eventually but I'm hoping the science gets to a point where the surgery isn't so bad and the knees will last forever. Til then I can just move through the pain and stay on deca as much as possible

This go around there is a bit of a method to my madness. Trying too see if there is an androgenic/anabolic sweet spot for me that doesn't include a bunch of sides. I can safely say my body will tolerate 40mg ED at this point now. I've had a mild androgenic bump, but barely noticeable. Still searching. 50mg is my hard cutoff though and if I said it I'll stick too it.

I promise to report back right after I pin 50mg for the first time lol

I actually hit a couple rep PRs last night and made some good progression over the week before as well. Hard to say for sure if it was the bump or not, but training today also felt a lot better. When I started feeling a bit tired mid session today my drive came back on every set right when I started my first couple reps.

I started a new training cycle today. I changed my reps and weights a little bit so it's hard to gauge compared to last week, except for how I felt, that was good

You know I love and follow your advice, but at this point I have a very specific goal I'm trying to hit with the dosing. I'm taking it really slow too. I've been on 40mg for 3 weeks in a row now and I was at 40 before I got sick. Health is staying strong and I'm being careful. Anything gets a little off I'll back down

I do think that after the multiple sickness bouts you had this winter, we should not be going up on tren, period. Why? simply long term we can run tren again in a few cycles and get back to a higher dose, especially summer less negative sides around.
I know you want to get to the goals but we need to think your health as well.
I always support, respect and love you, but trust me when I say Trenbolone is something we should be careful with.

I believe you bro. I'm being very proactive with my health. I took elderberry and extra vitamin C this week prophylactically this weekend cuz I knew I'd be around the kids again. I've also come to the realization that on Tren I can't rely on my immune system as much. Usually I never go to the doctor and let my body figure it out but that doesn't work on Tren. Like my sore throat. Normally I would just wait it out and be fine but 6 days it wasn't healing all on its own. Went to the doc and a couple days later I'm good. Good learning lesson.

No Tren this summer for me bro. This summer is gonna be all EQ and Mast lol. Actually summer I get exposed to a lot more sickness because I'm a lot more social. Up here in the winter we tend to just work and stay home outta the cold. Going out is no fun this time of year.

I think we stayed about an hour or so away from disney for a week. Only went to disney for 1 day.
Yeah, Disney is cool, but it's way too crowded these days. I used to work at the theme parks engineering the rides.

Ya I'm curious to see how long it lasts as well. I've found with the Tren that each bump seems to last for 2 weeksish and then it sorta just normalized. The higher I go the longer the bumps last and the more obvious they feel. Funny how that works lol

I can see how it could be a dangerous game continuing to ride the wave and chasing the gains with tren

Its probably in the water if they test it. I've heard they can find detectable levels of drugs in waterways near problem cities. Barrie's water treatment runoff is probably hitting the lake or river, or both, sooo I bet there's some detectable levels in there LOL. Barrie people love to party

Yep. Plus there's a specific species of bass called the Florida Largemouth that genetically grows bigger than the rest. The fishing destination lakes transplant Florida bass in them to bring in tourists. The biggest one ever was actually caught in Japan believe it or not

LOL!! Naw hockey. All forwards in hockey that play at a competitive level have fucked up knees by the time they're in their teens. Its basically unavoidable. Kinda like concussions for football players in certain positions.

Most of the time it's an accident and someone clips your knee when you're skating full speed and you're fucked. My worst one a guy from my competitive league team clipped me in the high school league and I was out for a month. My coach was pissed

Im gonna see if I can keep pushing with the training I've been running. Swapping out a few movements and messing with rep ranges a bit for the first couple weeks and then I'm gonna see how far I can push things. I'm pretty happy with the gains so far and keeping things mostly the same will give me a good idea of how the Tren is working for me

Steady Eddie! Only thing I'm changing is taking the Asin down to E4D now. Started feeling a little joint pain yesterday so I skipped my dose. The pain was in my elbow, wrists, and knees so I'm a little worried E2 might be a bit low. Not so bad today though. Joints felt fine training just now.

I've been on the lookout for any signs of low e2 just cuz my Asin dose has been steady for a while now. Thought it was a good time to adjust and see. Bloods are in a few weeks

Yea bud, Victory or Valhala. I used to pour water down my skates every game from taking shots. I filled in for goalies before because apparently i was basically a second goalie with out the pads. But i rememver a slap shot i fucking caught out if habit. The bruised palm was worth it but the play stopped because i couldnt open my damn hand.

Day 1 of my new training cycle. I'm keeping most of the movements the same but changing up some weights and reps just for the first few weeks. My app trys to limit the volume to 2 sets and 3rir for the first week but I bumped up to 3 sets and 2rir with 1 set to near failure.

The plan for this training cycle will be to keep my reps a bit lower. Staying mainly in the 8-12 range to start but probably more in the 6-8 as time progresses. I've noticed the Tren can tax my cardio and on really high rep stuff like 15+ I feel like my cardio is failing harder than my muscle. Hopefully staying in a mid to low rep range will help me hit my muscles harder.

Skipped my leg extensions last night cuz I trained them the night before. I missed a day training last week and had to make it up on Monday so the extensions ended up on back to back days.

Sleep was just ok last night according to my tracker but I woke up feeling good and recovery was strong today.

Why do my minnows taste like fent and smell like shit?

Yea bud, Victory or Valhala. I used to pour water down my skates every game from taking shots. I filled in for goalies before because apparently i was basically a second goalie with out the pads. But i rememver a slap shot i fucking caught out if habit. The bruised palm was worth it but the play stopped because i couldnt open my damn hand.

Yea when it comes to the aesthetics I can't complain. I'm very full all day long. Walking around now I look the same size I did with a pump before.

Just missing the crazy androgenic feeling a lot of guys talk about in the gym

It was all just a way to get by for me. Just a life I sort of found myself in. I never really liked crowds. I had friends that used the music scene very successfully, but that wasn’t me.

It was initially one of the reasons I shied away from Tren I think. I thought, fuck, I dont want my knees to be worse. Might be wrong though.
 
LOL!! Naw hockey. All forwards in hockey that play at a competitive level have fucked up knees by the time they're in their teens. Its basically unavoidable. Kinda like concussions for football players in certain positions.

Most of the time it's an accident and someone clips your knee when you're skating full speed and you're fucked. My worst one a guy from my competitive league team clipped me in the high school league and I was out for a month. My coach was pissed
yeah hockey is very dangerous. I never took you for a hockey player though. I figured you were more of a soccer player if that makes sense. @BeMe

Bros, I don't think you are going to notice any joint issues at that dosage. @BeMe maybe if you run tren really high and go super heavy, you'll notice issues.

Day one on 45mgs of Tren and it was a good one. It was the final day of my training cycle and I actually managed a couple rep PRs. I was feeling a little stuck most of the week leading up to this day. Maybe the little bump got me over that little plateau.

The goal of this bump is to try and find a dose where I get that androgenic boost without any bad sides. I'm willing to go up to 50mg ED if need be but that's gonna be the cut off. We'll see how 45 goes over the next few weeks.

Yep. Plus there's a specific species of bass called the Florida Largemouth that genetically grows bigger than the rest. The fishing destination lakes transplant Florida bass in them to bring in tourists. The biggest one ever was actually caught in Japan believe it or not

you can do lower reps but you should have at least 1 drop set each exercise you can do easy one like 25-30 reps for the pump light weight to close the set

From what I read it doesn't technically make your joints worse. It just acts more likea DHT then a Nandralone in that regard.

I've been running pretty decent doses for a while now and this is my first run in with dry joints. Personally I just think it's cuz my AI and my e2 being to low.

Yea speed was always my main advantage. The fastest guys usually play center cuz you're expected to get back fast to help out the defenceman if the play starts going back to your zone. Wingers are fast too but usually not as quick as center man and don't have to have the same level of cardio. Wingers are usually bigger and have really strong shots.

Used to be you'd have to know someone who knew someone and they'd get a call with the location a couple hours before the rave started. I think we were basically just copying what you guys were doing years earlier

I'll probably start adding in excercise intensifiers around week 3 or 4 in this training cycle. Lately I've really been focused on trying to improve my mind muscle connection. Really driving with only the muscle I'm targeting and avoiding getting caught up in just moving weight.

I think it's working because the DOMs I've been getting in my target muscles group each day has really increased.

Sleep was subpar last night. I got woken up at 5:30 this morning by a customer calling with an emergency call. Had to get ready quick and head out to work early. Already had a full day planned so it was a long day. Luckily today was a programmed rest day so no training tonight. I'll try to sleep a bit earlier.

BP looks a bit more elevated than it should. Didn't have time to sit down and relax for a mine before taking the reading this morning. Just wanted to have a ballpark idea of where I'm at for reference.

Back training was great last night. Felt like I did a great job of targetting each area of the back I was trying to hit and my the end of the first 9 sets my was fully pumped and felt huge. Played around with the angles on my rack mounted preacher pad and found a new position that hits my biceps way harder. Very good session overall.

Dinner was ordered in last night. Just had a birria burrito with guacamole and a quesadilla. Sorry no pics...I know boooo

No I actually hadn't. Currently I'm taking 6g of pure Omega 3. I take my DHA in a separate supp. I can up it to 9g if that might help.

Yep, would’ve been 95-98 for me. They were like that, but you didn’t necessarily need to “know someone” because there would be like many hundreds of people and you wouldn’t know where one stopped and another started and it all spilled out into the streets.

But there were small ones too of course. When I stayed near Denver and was revisiting my former life, we went to a secret show out in the mountains. It was awesome. Free drugs everywhere. Girls like whoa. This guy came up to me when the sun was still up and said “I want you to have this”. It was a crystal. He was a straight looking dude. Fast forward to the next day and a small mountain of molly later, my buddies and I are still soooooo high and lifting weights in the backyard and I’m like “oh yeah, this dude gave me a thing!” And I pulled it out of my pocket and it was a fouled spark plug. Not a crystal. Couple weeks later I was working in my sisters boyfriend’s chop shop waiting for my next court case hahaha

Yep, would’ve been 95-98 for me. They were like that, but you didn’t necessarily need to “know someone” because there would be like many hundreds of people and you wouldn’t know where one stopped and another started and it all spilled out into the streets.

But there were small ones too of course. When I stayed near Denver and was revisiting my former life, we went to a secret show out in the mountains. It was awesome. Free drugs everywhere. Girls like whoa. This guy came up to me when the sun was still up and said “I want you to have this”. It was a crystal. He was a straight looking dude. Fast forward to the next day and a small mountain of molly later, my buddies and I are still soooooo high and lifting weights in the backyard and I’m like “oh yeah, this dude gave me a thing!” And I pulled it out of my pocket and it was a fouled spark plug. Not a crystal. Couple weeks later I was working in my sisters boyfriend’s chop shop waiting for my next court case hahaha
LMAO!!! I wonder if you two were having the same vision and he thought he gave you a giant crystal too?

I loved the story but the ending was kinda sad. I thought the hero is supposed to prevail? Did you beat the case atleast?
