HI Jason, I am hoping you can help me. I've been a Napsgear customer for several years. I placed an order on 12/20/2025, and still have yet to receive it. I have been emailing customer support but only receive generic auto responses, thanking me for my patience and stating USPS is running behind because of the holidays. This is absolutely false info; USPS is still waiting to receive the package.
I have been tracking the package since early January using the Parcel tracking # that's provided in the 'My Orders' section of my online Napsgear account.
The item left the shipping country on Jan 9th, arrived in the US on Jan 11th, and was released from US customs on Jan 13th.
I am not receiving any assistance from customer service. I ordered well in advance to avoid being in the situation I'm currently in.
Could you please help me with this? I would be ever grateful to.
I ran out of test last week and am freaking out to say the least.

I've been emailing with "Lisa Parsen" from customer service. She has helped me with a couple of delays I have had in the past, but I haven't had a delay like this before from NG, and especially not such horrible service. She last helped me about a year ago, and got the order to me. However, this time, I am just getting generic auto responses stating false information.
Please help me out. Thanks.
