Here is a story about a source named napsgear. That was very well reviewed and well known. Lol. But seriously, me and my buddy decided to buy some gear from them. We both got their tren and testosterone. It is fantastic, really good quality and very fast acting. We were able to put on like 15 pounds each. I highly recommend them, and the shipping is fast.

I have been emailing customer support but only receive generic auto responses, thanking me for my patience and stating USPS is running behind because of the holidays. This is absolutely false info; USPS is still waiting to receive the package.

I have been tracking the package since early January using the Parcel tracking # that's provided in the 'My Orders' section of my online Napsgear account.

The item left the shipping country on Jan 9th, arrived in the US on Jan 11th, and was released from US customs on Jan 13th.

I am not receiving any assistance from customer service. I ordered well in advance to avoid being in the situation I'm currently in.

Could you please help me with this? I would be ever grateful to.

I ran out of test last week and am freaking out to say the least.

She has helped me with a couple of delays I have had in the past, but I haven't had a delay like this before from NG, and especially not such horrible service. She last helped me about a year ago, and got the order to me. However, this time, I am just getting generic auto responses stating false information.

They had a buy 5 get 1 free special cor the Cyp, that's why the sixth one doesn't appear on this screenshot, all 6 only appear in the order summary seen in my last post.

This is what most concerns me. The order has been in the US since January 11th, 2026. Nevertheless, Napsgear claims the delay is due to USPS.

Order was placed and paid for on 12/20/2026. Today is 2/23/2026.

As of today, USPS has still not received the order/package.

Correct. I did not choose the domestic option; the price was almost double. Napsgear website states 3 to 4 weeks for international delivery; I assumed that was credible. Please see attached screenshot.

Yesterday, Napsgear responded to another email I sent. The email they sent me seems to be another auto-respond email. They again stated "I have requested our upper management for updates and will get back to you asap". I still have yet to be contacted and USPS has still not received the package.

Correction here, see the 3-4 weeks in general, they have in their terms it can take longer. International can get stuck in customs and Napsgear cant do anything about US customs, thats the risk you run, do you follow? @Free-weight Lifter324

"The customs processing time is not linear, rarely consistent, nor predictable. FOR THIS REASON, WE REQUIRE 30 FULL DAYS of transit time before we rule out delivery. If no delivery occurs by then, we can review your case and discuss potential options to resolve the matter."

It is NOT stuck in customs. I have been tracking the order DAILY since early January. Please see attached.

Please genuinely try to help me receive my order. I really need your help man. This has become a nightmare.

Brother, I saw the screenshot showing it’s released from customs, but if that’s the case, we’re not sure why it hasn’t been delivered yet.

At the moment, the team believes it might still be stuck in customs, but we are not 100% sure.

That’s why we need to confirm the exact status with the shipping company first.

However, this is not relevant to the delay, as the order/package arrived in the U.S. on January 11th and was released from U.S. Customs on January 13th.

My aplogies for being redundant. I am simply trying to avoid miscommunications or misunderstandings. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you and receiving my order. Thanks.

The package was handed over to the logistics and delivery company on January 14th after it was released from U.S. Customs the day before, on January 13th (see below deliver details). Perhaps the logistics company Napsgear chose to work with lost the package or perhaps they're sitting on it. I just can't understand why we are still guessing.

The fact that we are still left speculating because Napsgear has not simply contacted the logistics and delivery company they chose to hire to determine what is actually happening is disappointing, to say the least.

I understand that issues can arise. However, failing to even make an effort to ensure that a long-time customer receives what they purchased, especially after such a delay, and all the emails and detailed information I have provided. That is precisley when a mishap becomes a slap to my face.

I am extremely grateful to Evolutionary.org for providing this platform, and I am grateful to you @LevButlerov & @jasonhill800 for at least responding to me. I appreciate you guys, and hope Jason will be succesful in helping me recieve my order. Thanks.

This customs registration and logistics means its still in customs even if it says released btw @Free-weight Lifter324 ive seen this before, like the logistics company has to send paperwork before its handed over and even if they do sometimes nothing happens, its slow

I am happy to be able to state I received the order. I've been ordering from Naps for many years; this was the first time my order was lost in transit and had to be reshipped. Although there was a delay this time, Naps came through and has maintained a 100% fulfillment ratio on all my orders. That definitely means a lot.

There are many variable factors outside of Naps' control, especially on international orders. In the future, I will be ordering using their domestic shipping option. I have received domestic orders in less than a week before, and they have never taken more than 2 weeks. Definitely worth paying slightly higher for domestic shipping when you need the order quickly.
