Are you saying its the same issue or a new one? @rayray01Got my mri results back, I believe another surgery is due... lol
Now the question c9mes do i get it done or wait coz my circumstances will be same or even harder this time around coz i will have my 1 yrs old, used to 2-3 days a week but come mid March will 5 -7 days a week. So giving the arm/shoulder full rest is not gonna be possible. Not even counting gym because if I get it done I will adhere to everything they will say. But I cannot compromise on the care of my child regardless of what the doc says or how much pain or whatever else is going on, if she will ask to pick her up I will pick her up... to me logic says wait till she is older. I have a follow up with my surgeon on thursday will see what he advises.
@LevButlerov
Diet today
Volume is up!Excersize today
I am sure it's the same, i belive when I feel down couple days, after c the surgery and used my right arm to brace the fall, that's when it return, is what I am thinking. @LevButlerovAre you saying its the same issue or a new one? @rayray01
You're saying you re-injured it again? @rayray01I am sure it's the same, i belive when I feel down couple days, after c the surgery and used my right arm to brace the fall, that's when it return, is what I am thinking. @LevButlerov
Have an appointment with my surgeon Thursday let's see what he says or when can he conduct surgery or not...
I am actually not even thinking too much about it now, coz I probably wait till my daughter is a bit older to get it done, coz right now I have no one to help me at home so even i get surgery again I will be forced to use both hands again and will risk messing it up.
you mean TRT cycle log?I was thinking of starting a new cycle log and wrap up this log because it is pretty much a wrap. @LevButlerov and get back to lifting like prior to the surgery.
Well.was thinking of.running 12 week, tren, mast, primo cycleyou mean TRT cycle log?
I wouldn't use trenbolone period.Well.was thinking of.running 12 week, tren, mast, primo cycle
Ofcourse test would be base.
Was thinking
Week 1-6 - Tren at 200mg/week
Week 1-12 - Masteron 300mg/week
Week 1-12 - Primo 300mg/week
Week 1-12 - Test 500mg/week
Maybe finish last 4 weeks with windy or var at 175mg/week
Please advice @LevButlerov
Wishing you all the best with your operation and recovery. Supplement wise i think you have it sussed. Get yourself a really good phsio to help with a game plan after surgery. This is super important. Good luckHello Evo Family,
Some of you already know I’ve been dealing with a shoulder/rotator cuff issue for a while. I’ve put it off long enough, so I’m finally going to handle it and get the surgery done. The plan is to get past the constant pain/discomfort, recover the right way, and stop worrying about making it worse—so I can (hopefully) get back in the gym pain-free and actually enjoy training again.
I’m starting this log to post updates along the way (pre-op, surgery, rehab, milestones, wins/struggles), mainly to keep myself accountable and also in case it helps anyone else going through something similar.
Diagnosis
Nontraumatic complete rupture of rotator cuff of right shoulder
TECHNIQUE Multiplanar multisequence MRI imaging through the shoulder.
FINDINGS ROTATOR CUFF: Mild supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinosis. There is a 7 mm full-thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon at the anterior footprint with a adjacent 3 cm intermediate-grade partial-thickness articular sided tear supraspinatus tendon and anterior fibers of the infraspinatus tendon. There is a partial-thickness articular sided tear with thinning and attenuation distal subscapularis tendon.
MUSCLES: Grade 1 fatty atrophy supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles.
BICEPS: Mild tendinosis proximal long head biceps tendon with medial dislocation out of the bicipital groove, mild fluid within the tendon sheath.
SUBACROMIAL / SUBDELTOID BURSA: Mild bursitis.
ACROMION / AC JOINT: Mild AC joint osteoarthritis with bulky inferior spurring. Type 2 acromion.
GLENOHUMERAL JOINT / LABRUM: No labral tear. The articular cartilage and capsular structures are normal.
BONE MARROW: No osseous Bankart or Hill Sachs lesion.
IMPRESSION

as you can see training upper body is not going to work for you, so lets update your other log with this @rayray01@LevButlerov , dropping back to.trt dose only no more excersizes just walking for next 9 weeks. My surgeon said I should get it ASAP hence the quick shift. May start lower body.lifting after week 9, not taking any chances this time around.
Yea man, not taking any chances this time around. Apparently I made it even worse than where we started at before then1st surgery. They got to cut my bicep tendon and move it over an inch and drill a hole in my bole and use a screw to connect it. So this is more involved than the first time aroundas you can see training upper body is not going to work for you, so lets update your other log with this @rayray01

And pick her up to walk her to sleep at night. There is no way around it for me. @LevButlerovI told you this would happen I hate to say it. can you add bone broth daily?Todays diet
Yea will definitely do socan you add bone broth daily?
Man, you've really leaned out nicely since the beginning. Awesome changes so far, keep it up.Getting close to my goal.
No brother, no offense taken. Trust me I have self control when I wish to on stuff that I want to, but appreciate the concern. I do not understand why is everyone so scared of tren?? I just wish to experience it and everything compounds reacts differently with each individual. Just be ause one person had a challenging experience does not mean everyone will. Plus I do not plan anything without @LevButlerov advice when it comes to P.E.D.I don’t think you should use tren ever! You’re very impulsive and occasionally erratic.
I’m not using tren ever. I don’t need it. You don’t need it.
Your approach to using PEDs resembles substance abuse markedly. The only thing that will stop you is disaster, so what’s going to happen sooner or later? Exactly that. It’s the only possible outcome because you are not self limiting.
I am not insulting you. You may feel insulted but I don’t care because this has to be said.
Now I’ve said it. Do what you will
I think your regular doctor meds are substances, they might be clouding your thinking at times, it happens @rayray01 those are the meds we need to cycle off slowly.I really do not have substance abuse issue. I do not drink, smoke or even utilize p.e.d. been on trt for most of the time I have been on the forum due to one reason or the other. I do not see myself getting carried away. Plus I am the most laid back chill person if u ever meet me in person, happy go lucky kind of fella. Not sure what kind of disaster you are mentioning of, please she'd some light so I make sure to avoid any such thing that can p potentially cause it.
All I take blood pressure medication and my prostate medication and mounjaro, and anxiety med based on need that's it. Everything else like potassium, cholesterol, doxycycline all have been stopped. Not sure what prescription medication abuse would that be. Take one pill a day for both, weekly mounjaro shot, have stopped all peptides except reta and hgh. @LevButlerovI think your regular doctor meds are substances, they might be clouding your thinking at times, it happens @rayray01 those are the meds we need to cycle off slowly.
100% fact!I don’t think you should use tren ever! You’re very impulsive and occasionally erratic.

that's good man. Definitely work with your medical practitioners and see what kind of training you can do. Let's see if you can get ahead of schedule. Thanks man, timeline shared initially is 8 weeks in the sling at all times except shower and changing clothes. Not sure when he will start with physical therapy, he has even band work will have to wait. So probably around week 9 or around there when band excersizes will start so at minimum of 6 months before I get back to lifting any upper body weights. Have to be very patient with every step this time around.
