Got my mri results back, I believe another surgery is due... lol

Now the question c9mes do i get it done or wait coz my circumstances will be same or even harder this time around coz i will have my 1 yrs old, used to 2-3 days a week but come mid March will 5 -7 days a week. So giving the arm/shoulder full rest is not gonna be possible. Not even counting gym because if I get it done I will adhere to everything they will say. But I cannot compromise on the care of my child regardless of what the doc says or how much pain or whatever else is going on, if she will ask to pick her up I will pick her up... to me logic says wait till she is older. I have a follow up with my surgeon on thursday will see what he advises.

@LevButlerov
Are you saying its the same issue or a new one? @rayray01

I am sure it's the same, i belive when I feel down couple days, after c the surgery and used my right arm to brace the fall, that's when it return, is what I am thinking. @LevButlerov

Have an appointment with my surgeon Thursday let's see what he says or when can he conduct surgery or not...

I am actually not even thinking too much about it now, coz I probably wait till my daughter is a bit older to get it done, coz right now I have no one to help me at home so even i get surgery again I will be forced to use both hands again and will risk messing it up.

You're saying you re-injured it again? @rayray01

I was thinking of starting a new cycle log and wrap up this log because it is pretty much a wrap. @LevButlerov and get back to lifting like prior to the surgery.
you mean TRT cycle log?

you mean TRT cycle log?
Well.was thinking of.running 12 week, tren, mast, primo cycle
Ofcourse test would be base.

Was thinking
Week 1-6 - Tren at 200mg/week
Week 1-12 - Masteron 300mg/week
Week 1-12 - Primo 300mg/week
Week 1-12 - Test 500mg/week

I wouldn't use trenbolone period.
Testosterone 300mgs/week with 100mgs primobolan to start and we can pyramid up from there @rayray01

Hello Evo Family,

Some of you already know I’ve been dealing with a shoulder/rotator cuff issue for a while. I’ve put it off long enough, so I’m finally going to handle it and get the surgery done. The plan is to get past the constant pain/discomfort, recover the right way, and stop worrying about making it worse—so I can (hopefully) get back in the gym pain-free and actually enjoy training again.

I’m starting this log to post updates along the way (pre-op, surgery, rehab, milestones, wins/struggles), mainly to keep myself accountable and also in case it helps anyone else going through something similar.

Diagnosis

Nontraumatic complete rupture of rotator cuff of right shoulder

TECHNIQUE Multiplanar multisequence MRI imaging through the shoulder.

FINDINGS ROTATOR CUFF: Mild supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinosis. There is a 7 mm full-thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon at the anterior footprint with a adjacent 3 cm intermediate-grade partial-thickness articular sided tear supraspinatus tendon and anterior fibers of the infraspinatus tendon. There is a partial-thickness articular sided tear with thinning and attenuation distal subscapularis tendon.

MUSCLES: Grade 1 fatty atrophy supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles.

BICEPS: Mild tendinosis proximal long head biceps tendon with medial dislocation out of the bicipital groove, mild fluid within the tendon sheath.

SUBACROMIAL / SUBDELTOID BURSA: Mild bursitis.

ACROMION / AC JOINT: Mild AC joint osteoarthritis with bulky inferior spurring. Type 2 acromion.

GLENOHUMERAL JOINT / LABRUM: No labral tear. The articular cartilage and capsular structures are normal.

BONE MARROW: No osseous Bankart or Hill Sachs lesion.

IMPRESSION

1. Mild tendinosis of the rotator cuff complex. There is a 7 mm full-thickness tear at the anterior footprint of the supraspinatus tendon with an adjacent 3 cm intermediate-grade partial-thickness articular sided tear.

2. Partial-thickness articular sided tear distal subscapularis tendon.

3. Mild tendinosis proximal long head biceps tendon with medial dislocation out of the bicipital groove associated with the subscapularis tendon tear.

4. Mild subacromial subdeltoid bursitis.

5. Mild osteoarthritis of the AC joint with bulky inferior spurring.

6. No discrete labral tear noted.

as you can see training upper body is not going to work for you, so lets update your other log with this @rayray01

Yea man, not taking any chances this time around. Apparently I made it even worse than where we started at before then1st surgery. They got to cut my bicep tendon and move it over an inch and drill a hole in my bole and use a screw to connect it. So this is more involved than the first time around

I told you this would happen I hate to say it. Please lets this time actually only do lower and cardio @rayray01

Yea man that is the game plan my only concern is taking care of my daughter when she is with me, I will habe bonuses my arm to take care of her no matter how much I wish otherwise. And pick her up to walk her to sleep at night. There is no way around it for me. @LevButlerov

I don’t think you should use tren ever! You’re very impulsive and occasionally erratic.

I’m not using tren ever. I don’t need it. You don’t need it.

Your approach to using PEDs resembles substance abuse markedly. The only thing that will stop you is disaster, so what’s going to happen sooner or later? Exactly that. It’s the only possible outcome because you are not self limiting.

I am not insulting you. You may feel insulted but I don’t care because this has to be said.

Now I’ve said it. Do what you will

No brother, no offense taken. Trust me I have self control when I wish to on stuff that I want to, but appreciate the concern. I do not understand why is everyone so scared of tren?? I just wish to experience it and everything compounds reacts differently with each individual. Just be ause one person had a challenging experience does not mean everyone will. Plus I do not plan anything without @LevButlerov advice when it comes to P.E.D.

I really do not have substance abuse issue. I do not drink, smoke or even utilize p.e.d. been on trt for most of the time I have been on the forum due to one reason or the other. I do not see myself getting carried away. Plus I am the most laid back chill person if u ever meet me in person, happy go lucky kind of fella. Not sure what kind of disaster you are mentioning of, please she'd some light so I make sure to avoid any such thing that can p potentially cause it.

I think your regular doctor meds are substances, they might be clouding your thinking at times, it happens @rayray01 those are the meds we need to cycle off slowly.

All I take blood pressure medication and my prostate medication and mounjaro, and anxiety med based on need that's it. Everything else like potassium, cholesterol, doxycycline all have been stopped. Not sure what prescription medication abuse would that be. Take one pill a day for both, weekly mounjaro shot, have stopped all peptides except reta and hgh. @LevButlerov

But it is better to be adviced to be cautious and I appreciate the heads up on it.

I agree I am not going to... bro, whatever u recommend is all I will implement, I promise amd that too nothing is happening forna while, gear wise atleast 3-4 month only trt, till I fully rollover from the surgery and physio, following that stuff to the point. @LevButlerov
we should start with going with your surgery and recovering :D step 1 @rayray01

Man I got 1 stack of 10 vials just wanted to use that in combo with hgh post recovery that's all be one and done. But if u say no then will not do so...
You had cancer before, you should avoid igf1 period

happy to see you completed #2 @rayray01 i hope this time we go slow :D

@HarleyGuy @BeMe
@Allupfromhere @Pigsy @Dreamer
@waggat @Kopite67 @codezz @Yuri
Bro forget slow, I am on pause, just focusing on diet and running a right ship in that dept. Will worry about lifting and all later on, all I am doing is 45 min walk on treadmill and thst to not inclined. Not taking no chances. Not even starting lower body till oked to be out of sling. Going turtle speed this time around.
@LevButlerov

But the best part of those pics is did you see ghk cu peptide time of cookie on that tendon, it's like glow stack made it to the injury site. Or i an just over excited about what I am speculating.. lol

@LevButlerov
start with just test and bpc/tb :D @rayray01

Surgery no. 2 completed
Been following you from afar @rayray01 and you're a trooper bro with this second surgery. If any GLOW seeps out of the wound I want a pic :p

I also agree no tren for you. You are pretty stable now after starting off on here kind of manic and a bit frazzled; tren might derail that and I like where you're at now and your progress is amazing without it brother. I love the pic in the hospital bed it reminds me of the time you did the thumbs up pic for me before surgery # 1 !

We love you bro, hang in there!

how have you been? @moreReps21 your log died lets get it updated
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/trt-and-training-journal.106409/
Yes @moreReps21 you're a fellow Canadian come back to us!

Test 120mg weekly will continue bpc/tb and ghk cu and kpv, and hgh will continue... simultaneously and collagen peptide and binge brother and drop protein to about 200gms

@LevButlerov
thats fine good moves :D

You and me both bro, I believe the surgeon did a goof job, let's pray that i keep his good work intact... till completed recovery. Lol
hey atleast you got some good insurance!

Always fun to have surgery, huh? @rayray01 hopefully you can make a quick recovery. Let us know any updates on what the doctors are saying about when you can get back in it.

Thanks man, timeline shared initially is 8 weeks in the sling at all times except shower and changing clothes. Not sure when he will start with physical therapy, he has even band work will have to wait. So probably around week 9 or around there when band excersizes will start so at minimum of 6 months before I get back to lifting any upper body weights. Have to be very patient with every step this time around.

The entire procedure breakdown is also pretty cool.... he broke it down barney style..

that's good man. Definitely work with your medical practitioners and see what kind of training you can do. You don't want to slow down your recovery by doing something stupid.
